Private Sale of Nearly 2.4M Shares of Zenex International Common Stock
Zenex International, Inc. (OTCBB: ZENX) is a holding company with one subsidiary company currently, Aduddell Roofing, Inc. Aduddell Roofing is a recognized leader in the United States in the roofing industry.

Jerry Whitlock, chairman and owner of Whitlock Packaging Corporation since 1980, announced today that he has negotiated a private purchase with a non-affiliated share holder of Zenex common stock. Mr. Whitlock purchased 2,360,000 shares at current market price.

Whitlock Packaging Corporation is the largest contract manufacturer for branded products in the juice industry and has production facilities in California, Georgia, New Jersey and Oklahoma. The company has a total of 1,600,000 square feet in all facilities and employs more than 1,000 production and management personnel. He is also the chairman and owner of Universal Promotions Services, LLC, and serves on the board of directors of Strategic Food & Beverages, Inc.

Mr. Whitlock, who was elected June 7, 2005 as a member of Zenex's board of directors, said that, "In my opinion, Zenex's stock is undervalued." Mr. Whitlock noted that the company's operating income before taxes was $2,556,623 for 2004 compared to $1,678,610 for 2003 -- a 66% increase from the previous year. Mr. Whitlock added this: "I believe that this company's dedicated management has a depth of experience that is unmatched in the field of roofing and waterproofing, and I expect that this commitment will positively reflect Zenex's continuing, substantial long-term growth." Mr. Whitlock also remarked that a key element of Zenex's growth strategy was the strength of its existing customer base, and that those long-term relationships will continue to mature and develop in a mutually, beneficial way.

yes, i love IGTN..i tried to buy it this morning put my bid a little to low and missed it...didn't want to try to catch it...i noticed it does a nice dip in the am and then does well thru out the day..then redrops near close..so maybe i will try to buy it tomorrow in the am on the dip...thanks! you know i'm looking hard at your recommendations now...so..i saw ur post the other day that u gave IGTN the thumbs up....im watching u setravis!!

stock is just starting to get interest.  Volume has picked up significantly in this stock. Don'tknow where the stock will go, but as of now it's up.
