Hello everyone
First post here and I'm excited about ZENX

Looks very attractive:

Facts

1. June 23, 2005--Zenex International, Inc. Mr. Whitlock purchased 2,360,000 shares at current market price.
and goes on to state "In my opinion, Zenex's stock is undervalued." Mr. Whitlock noted that the company's operating income before taxes was $2,556,623 for 2004 compared to $1,678,610 for 2003 -- a 66% increase from the previous year.

2. Share Count:
Outstanding: 48.74 m
Float: 18.07 m
Market Cap: 26.37 m (at this point grossly undervalued)

3. Company has expressed interest in listing in a national market such as AMEX, NASDAQ.

4. Company has government contacts.

5. FEMA grant 10 million dollar contract to help add the Katrina Aftermath.

6. Getting close to a 1000 workers, working around the clock, FEMA doubles contract to 20 million.

7. To date, contract only involves Mississippi counties of Pearl River, Hancock, Harrison and Jackson to provide temporary roof repairs.

8. Government just doesn't hand out 20 millions dollars to anyone, it's the real deal.

9. ZENX currently has 7+ million in backlog contracts.

10. ZENX has received praise and support in the local papers w/ responsiveness and good work.

I pose the following questions to the ZENX shareholders.

FEMA is working in the gulf coast region, with 10's of thousands of relief and aid workers.

ZENX should expect work in Louisiana & Alabama?

ZENX will benefit from the rebuilding process in the area?
Rebuilding & Roofing?

Estimates are already over 200 billion for the clean-up and re-building of the gulf coast.

GOING FORWARD this looks to be easily a 1.50 to 2.00 stock with just the current contracts & we all know this is just the first one.

Food for thought?????????

Peace

I am right there with you.  Nice work on your post.

I have been in since .30

This ride is for real, no pump and dump.  The company has great funamentals.

With the 20mil. contracts so far I beleive the share price should be around 1.50-200.  Just my speculation.

Good luck.

On another note, I am also holding WEGI.ob, which I believe has the same potential, i bought both of them at the same time.  We'll see.

Mach92, I agree and as the recovery and reconstruction process continue, initial estimates will continue to increase as to the true cost/size of the rebuilding project.  I watched this morning on cable that many residential owners are selling out to commecial real estate investors/developers who have much "grand" plans on going beyond just rebuilding...they plan on completely redeveloping the area for commercial/retail purposes.

If you read the ZENX history, they are not only into roofing/disaster recovery, but plan on expanding their interest in other ventures.

Yes Julia, Friday was a good day and I will watch what happens on Monday.

I have been following ZENX since Sep 7 Katrina contract and found some related links.

Here is an article about ZENX CEO Ron Carte working on moving to Nasdaq or NYSE by early 2006 with a target price of $3 - $5:

Dammit if I would not have been in class all day I would have gotten in when it broke my marked G (0.62, I enter at .755) anyway... here's something visual:

Came up on relatively big volume around the 29th of Aug. Relaxed a bit and then broke a G-spot @ .21ish. Rose up huge on record vol back to back days, and relaxed. New G marked at 0.62. Rose up from .30 (well above the low point) and broke g today on what will end up being record volume (we're at 7.2M as of me typing this, at a price of .84!)

GOOD LUCK!!!

I got in at .52 and .62.  Wish I had gotten in at .31.

I don't know if this is true but here is what someone posted on Raging Bull "talked with Ron C just this afternoon, wow wow on the news ...nice to put a face on the voice... Captain..on the roofing Ron said they are more of a commercial roofing company not residential, but do disaster work also, thats there 2 main jobs. many may or may not know, but they also are working on 2 large projects, one in oklahoma ..FAA other is in Los Alamos both ongoing currently. This news must have really just come out this evening .... speaking of Ron said Bloomberg interviewed him today(yesterday 19th) about the blue roofs, so now wallstreet is in the know. I tried searching on the site but could not find anything. I asked about the stock moving to amex or nasdaq, he said yes company has plans...we meet all the requirements for listing on the amex or nasdq SC (smallcap) except for the stock price...needs to be $3 or more. there r exceptions for lesser price but need $3 to really do it. Once we get to a different listing it opens a whole new group of investors. This is the advantage we individual investors can have, get in earlier.------ As always everyone do your own DD before investing in stocks. "

Hurricane Katrina: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Increases Aduddell Contract to $60,000,000.00
Zenex International, Inc. (OTCBB:ZENX) & Aduddell Roofing:

Joint venture partners Aduddell Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc. and Carothers Construction, Inc. have received a modification by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to increase their Contract Amount to $60,000,000.00.

Aduddell has been mobilized and working since September 8, 2005 in the Mississippi Counties of Pearl River, Hancock, Harrison and Jackson. Aduddell has already exceeded more than 80% of the first two task orders totaling $20,000,000.00.

Mr. Ron Carte, CEO of Zenex International, Inc., states, "The widespread damage caused by Hurricane Katrina has required Aduddell Roofing to increase their workforce because of anticipated growth in the core business of Commercial Roofing and Waterproofing. We are optimistic about the outlook and potential for future growth of the company."

Wow.  I'm smart (not).

Bought for .48, sold for (wait for it) .485 yes!

Next day, shoots the lights out at 80% and where do I buy in? .755   ::)

I'm pretty sure I am the worst 'trader' here (I feel so down today), I shouldn't even use that word 'trader.'   DONATOR.  That's me. :)  I am DONATING to my broker, the market.

Great trades for the rest of you guys/gals, way to hold in there (why did I sell again? I have NO clue).

Thanks for letting me vent.  :)

Don't worry ehos,

With the new $60 million hurricane Katrina contract with the US Army Corp of Engineers and with more damage hurricane Rita will do, Zenex will probably get more work.

With huge gains seen today ($0.90 breakthrough!!!) and last week, along with 3 contract increases from the original $10 million, there's a lot of buzz about Zenex.

Many who have been watching to see if this stock is truly headed up, is now convinced and buying (that's what's been driving the price up).

But, again..i missed the news today...so...there u have it...so dont' feel so bad..there is always someone worse than u! ;D me. ;D

Zenex CEO Ron Carte plans to list with Nasdaq/NYSE with $3-$5 target by early 2006 using reverse split:

http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4182/is_20050225/ai_n11825817#continue

With current $60 million contract and possible future contracts (hurricane Rita and others?), even without the reverse split, the stock may hit $1-$3. Very possible.

Even at $1/share, a three-for-one reverse split will give $3/share, way ahead of early 2006 timeline.

Either way, Nasdaq/NYSE listing will definately give creditability to this solid company with growth potential (they went from 62 employees to over 1,000 just for hurricane Katrina!).

At $0.90 right now, we are almost to $1/share!

Nasdaq, here we come!

Thanks for the cheerup Julia! :)

I have a deficiency in my stock 'trading' right now..

1) I don't understand how revenue relates to market cap.
2) I'm not using Level II trades (is that ok?) Just what my broker gives me (TD Waterhouse)

3) I need to read more and learn more and not be as panicy.

I'm lucky, I think because I followed some of my own DD and some great picks here and amazingly, I'm still up money.  It's a testament to this board members!

Hi Ehos...glad i could cheer u up ;D

I also don't know about stuff like market cap, floats and revenue and how to determine how much of what is good and in comparison to what ???...I'm quite sure that is important..tried to understand...but, seems to go over my head.

Level II is good to watch (warning:can sometimes cause heart failure however as  you see all the pullbacks!) because it shows you all the trades going thru as they happen and can give u a better indication on how the stock is moving.

I guess it depends what type of trader u are...but, i have a TD Waterhouse account which I find inadequate for me as it is much slower to execute a trade, have to constantly  refresh the page to update quotes, and there is no Level 2.  So, I prefer my Trade Freedom trading platform. It is much better all around...which is offered to Canadian residents. You must deposit $3000 in order to activate the platform...Its a great platform and once you figure out the details..u will find it very easy to operate. Unlike TD Waterhouse where you can open ur account from any computer as it just a website, Trade Freedom is a program u  download on to your computer...very simple.

But, check it, and u can even download it to check out the demo.

Glad to hear your doing well with your picks!!

goodluck,

My guess is if your in anywhere it looks pretty good.  ;D As far as buying or selling too soon or too late, I believe you have plenty of company here in the land of humanoids.  ;D I'd trade several of my holdings for anyone's position here...any takers?  ;D I may just jump on the train heading north yet.  ;)
