PBLS -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate
Com ($0.001)

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

Message From the President of Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate

COVINGTON, LA, Sep 06, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (OTC: PBLS), a holding company with assets in oil, sand & gravel, soil products, land development, trucking, contract hauling, swimming pool construction and construction related industries, today announced, although our mining operation sustained a direct hit, that Phoenix has survived Hurricane Katrina and is feverously working to maintain its continued growth. As most of you already know, our mining company, Murphy Sand & Gravel, is located in Pearl River, Louisiana, and is the closest mining operation to the New Orleans area and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Our location has millions of tons of soil, sand and gravel and we stand ready to furnish material to help rebuild the devastated areas surrounding the Gulf Coast communities and the City of New Orleans. In the best interest of our stockholders, this disaster should almost certainly cause a re-evaluation of the $300,000,000 in reserves located on the company's 820-acre site. Thank all of you for your enthusiastic support of Phoenix while we continue to grow our company. We have some great announcements coming up soon. THANK YOU.

Alot of chatter about a potential buyout of PBLS, I am unabale to confirm the information.

From another board:

Waverider the thought about a takeover makes me salivate along with everyone else but you have to look at how people in Louisiania and Mississippi think. Paul Alonzo right now is probably thinking the same thing. These guys from these areas are sharp, shrewed and fast thinkers. Bearing this in mind I would think where they is one offer there will be others and Paul will entertain one while he waits for the others that will come. KBR is going to be a player I'm sure just because of the goverment ties and because they are part of Haliburton. A company like KBR can absorb a company like PBLS without even thinking about it.

If Paul is a smart man as I think he is and the fact that they are cash positive at this time with all the work being laid out in front of them for many years to come..I would be thinking real hard about becoming a fully reporting transparent company and I would be holding shares tightly in the mean time.

I would certainly fast track the option of becoming a BB either by starting the filing process which would take around 90 days or I would be looking for an exsisting clean BB shell to reverse into. Then I would start looking at an AMEX shell or company to make the next step.

Knowing the investor base that is building in this issue and if the right reverse could be made then it would position PBLS to be propelled in short order into the upper markets sooner than later. You also have to factor in that there work load is guaranteed for many years to come.

Its called being in the right place and the right time.

Congrats also to those that got in early...I saw it too late, I thought...didn't expect this runup....and thought about it today early...but I don't like to chase a runawy train. I tend to buy when they hit the top and come crashing down. .024 would have been a good entry point Julia.  ;D

quite a rollercoaster day, started at 0.069, went down to 0.04, now recovering to 0.059.  if timed perfectly could have been quite a trade.  just analyzing now, missed it.  still might be chance in this.

I watched this fall off the cliff yesterday.  it amazes me how 3 days of profits can disappear in about 10 minutes, esp when pennies and pink sheets trade only with limit orders

I guess someone is either able to simultaneously burn through all the orders, or puts in a large sell order way below the bid and brings the market down to there

Extra big volume today and it may be starting another run..who knows  ::) This stock went up on good news...I think it is a good company w/alot of potential...but the pumpers/dumpers got in on the run and exploited it...and brought it down as fast as it went up....looks like the fall has stabilized...and there is chatter of alot of good contract news coming soon. We'll see ;D

BIG volume/strong finish @ .045....up 52% for the day...the last run went over .12 I believe. This company is moving into oil and gas wells along with their current business which stands to benefit in a big way from Katrina. The chatter on this is alot of contract pr's coming....I've seen people say they have talked to the company and they are swamped with contracts/jobs and getting more each day. The more I look into it the more potential I see. They seem to be in need of a PR person to report what all they are doing. If they get that straightened out, it looks like it will go north. But this could, like all pennies that are moving, be exploited again by pumpers/dumpers and momo players...guess we all like momo going north. ;D  I got in today after the trading manipulation stopped and it started climbing on good volume. But if you get in it, beware that it can go fast in both directions. Just look at the chart on the last climb and subsequent fall.  ;D

I got in at .34....it does look like a very good company and it does look like eventually the price will eventually get where its supposed to be...yes, there will be pullbacks..but, short term and long term i believe it will a good stock to hold. ;D

good luck to any holders( RFTD!)...and me :D
