That's great ket1390  :D One thing that I particularly like about EYII's 40% rise on Friday is that it was based on pure market developments, there were no news involved. Possibly the supply that was affecting the stock price is over now, and EYII will be able to reflect its fundamental value and potential, which is much bigger than a $20M market cap would predict.

I also found 1 Code Blue for sale at the UK ebay: Code Blue at EBAY

When Ramsburg arrives I will buy this one for myself (don't you go bidding on my product  ;D) just to see how it works and have something to remember the $1,000,000 adventure (I would prefer to have the $1,000,000 as a souvenir, though  ;D)

HYRF is coming back to the high zone again, I will obviously continue holding HYRF.OB.

eliteG

decided I had to rebuy in.. so much support with those hammer candles and drifting up and LVL2 looks good.  I'm lookin for the move soon  ;).  Goodluck everybody, rock'n'roll  >:D

ScottishTrader

finally!! excellent news ;D

This is exactly what we (and the market) have been waiting for for both HYRF and EYII.  Now I'm so glad I didn't take my other half off the table and have held through the pullback the last week or two.

We should be beating previous highs before you know it :D

Can't wait to see tomorrow's open :o

good luck everybody still in this one, and again, nice pick david

cheers!

EYI Industries, Inc. Signs Chinese Agency Agreement With CEIEC
Monday September 26, 4:10 pm ET

BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- - EYI Industries, Inc. (``EYI'') (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News) http://www.stopdrinkingpoison.com, a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited, has entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period with China Electronics Import and Export South China Corporation (``CEIEC'') through its wholly owned subsidiary.
Subject to the provisions of the agreement, CEIEC may purchase up to an estimated US$210 Million worth of product as per the following Purchase Plan:

Fiscal 2006 (US$42,000,000)
---------------------------
Q1 = US$700,000

Q4 = US$24,500,000

Fiscal 2007 (US$168,000,000)
----------------------------
Q1 = US$31,500,000

ADVERTISEMENT

Under the terms of the agreement, EYI will issue an Exclusive Agency Certificate to CEIEC, thereby granting CEIEC the exclusive right to distribute the Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration System throughout China for a period of two (2) years. In order to maintain exclusive agency rights in China, CEIEC must purchase a minimum of $21,000,000 in product in each of the years 2006 and 2007. CEIEC reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to increase, or decrease, the number of Code Blue(TM) units that it purchases under the Purchase Plan, based on its evaluation of market demand in China. CEIEC will commence purchases under the Purchase Plan commencing in October 2005, and will place subsequent purchase orders on a quarterly basis.

The CEIEC, located in South China, is the largest exporter and importer of electronic products in China and was the first Chinese enterprise to establish sales and cooperative relations with foreign brand name enterprises such as Hitachi, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens, Casio, Philips, Hewlett-Packard, LG and Samsung. Currently, CEIEC is under the direction of the Chinese government and has extensive business relations with nearly 100 countries and regions and imports/exports over US$1 Billion in products every year.

The Code Blue(TM) Portable Water Filtration System removes Arsenic and other contaminates to a negligible level from drinking water. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.

Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited President and CEO Dori O'Neill stated, ``As evidenced by this agreement, our recent trip to Hong Kong proved to be very productive. Not only have we established the infrastructure to support our sales initiatives in Asia, we have inked an agreement with a well established and reputable company in China.'' Mr. O'Neill went on to say, ``We are extremely excited to see this agreement with CEIEC come to fruition as it opens up the world's largest consumer base and fastest-growing global economy to EYI.''

EYI's President, Jay Sargeant stated, ``This agreement with CEIEC represents many months of hard work and negotiations by the entire EYI team and we are very proud to finally announce that we have an agreement in-hand with CEIEC, which, if successfully completed, will be worth up to an estimated US$210 Million in sales over 2 years.'' Mr. Sargeant added, ``As always, we would like to thank our loyal shareholders who continue to believe in EYI and the EYI business model. I can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to create shareholder value.''

  KC,

  David's target is .32....come hell or high water (no pun intended  :o )... I am a newbie and a wanna be, so from the wee bit of experience I have had from these pennies...I think that .25 - .30 is reasonable, but take some off the table as you go....I like Elite's discipline....and as David says...sometimes you just might have to buy it higher...hope you make a killin' >:D....good luck,
  that is a lot of water you are holding... ::)

HYRF should move on the great news for EYII, but it is my opinion that EYII will see the major uptrend this time.

I tend to believe that EYII is worth more than the .32 cent shareprice and will go higher.

The contract assures $21 million is on the way with estimates for a potential  42 million next year.

Given those two numbers using a 20% net profit margin and a pe ratio of 30 given 166 million o/s lets have some fun...

21 million would support a shareprice of .76 cents
21 million * 20%  gives total earnings of 4.2 million. The 4.2 million  using 166 million o/s give an eps of .0253. Utilize a  pe of 30 gives the shareprice .76 .

42 million would support a shareprice of $1.50
42 million * 20%  gives total earnings of 8.4 million. The 8.4 million  using 166 million o/s give an eps of .05. Utilize a  pe of 30 gives the shareprice $1.50.

It will be fun, that is for sure.....

Good luck to all  !!!!!!!

Thanks for the calculations aitech61.  Plus, keep in mind that you're only accounting for the sales of Code Blue in the share price.  EYI sells many other products besides Code Blue (although the sales pale in comparison to this contract).  Still though, sales are sales and the prices you mentioned seem to even be a little on the low side to me.

It would be fun to see what a $250M contract would do to the price, in a best case scenario type calculation.  :o

Thanks RJ and aitech61 - since I'm not a T/A guy I'm not sure where the triangle(s) point to, so I hope David gives us some additional targeting in addition to the 100% goal.

You can read my analysis on EYII to know what I think from these two stocks: Double or nothing: EYHII

HYRF.OB pre-market equilibrium is already at $0.87, if the stock makes it and closes above $1 the technical target ofr the breakout would be $1.64, so I hope HYRF can make it today ! If its not today, no problem, I have patience for a company with such an attractive fundamentals like this one.
