Dave and Fred,

I have a recommendation to make about the ranking system once the premium service becomes active. I notice that people who are not honorous members have their names color coded based on their level of activity and rank. Though all honorous members are the same color and all have 5 stars. So my suggestion would be to make a color coding system among the members as well and also the amount of stars that are displayed under their name based on activity and ranking.

Just a suggestion :)

help needed.... time is running out on that great subscription deal - and I cannot make my payment!! I live in Thailand. Paypal will not work. It costs a fortune to have a Thai bank send an ET. If anyone has resolved this problem, please share. There is another 3SOF fan in Bangkok who is in a similar position to me. tia, Don.

Perhaps you could send a certified bank check to Dave and Ram. Unless they're uncomfortable giving out their personal addresses.

Hi,

Don't worry about it Don, we are working on that, and I'm confident that we'll work that our before the deadline.

Hi, David and Ramsburg.
I'm so glad that I'm finally able to make a donation (or pay the membership).
This is my first post in 3StocksOnFire.
I've checked the site almost everyday (except 1 or 2 day) since I joined (I think it was around mid July).
I can't tell you how much I appreciate to the person who posted a message about this site on the yahoo message board. Otherwise, I wasn't able to know about this site...
Anyway, since I joined, I made pretty good return at the beginning by following your picks but I lost all of them afterwards. It took me days to make those profits but lost in few days.. I think it was because I was inexperience... I'm really new in the stock market.
I was very disappointed but I tried to encourage myself to start again.
Good thing that I didn't lose any money out of my pocket but I lost the profit I made.
I want to start again. For a month or so, I made profit 2 times more than I made before.
I've been wanted to make a donation but I was kind of afraid of what if my luck runs out after making the donation  :D..   I'm superstitious :-*.
I've learned a lot and want to learn more.
I thank you for both of you David and Ramsburg to provide this premium service and I wish you the best luck on the future of 3StocksOnFire.

Had not heard an answer. Wondered as if all the open positions are listed for non members to view then what is the main reason for paying? I understand that some message boards will not be able to be seen by non members but do not think so many will pay just for that.

Sorry for this late reply, metro.

The open positions will be available with some delay to the non members, but the links of justifications, the email alert, the trading plan, the selling alert, the trade's topic on the 3Stocks message board, etc will be available to subscribers only.

We believe that our service is a bit different from the regular stock picking services on the web... We describe a detailed trading plan, we update our holdings everyday, we interact with our members exchanging inputs on the trades, we disclose every detail about our opinion on the portfolio positions. All this will be made on the premium message boards, and I think thats the main value of our service.
Otherwise, whoever wants to follow our picks not being a subscriber, will get delayed «blind» picks, without a trading plan, without alerts, and without everything we think is important for a trader to know when holding a position. The premium message boards will be like a command center for us and our subscribers, where personalized interaction with the members and our team happens as until now.

Hi Guys,

You should give a good discount for one year subscription :)

P.s  : 50% discount until October 1 st   the offer is end :)

For Example : 6 months subscription gets %25 off  , and one year subscription gets %50 off

Wish you the best  :)

I have a question. What if a message is posted, or a thread started about a stock that is being covered on a "premium board"? Are you going to remove it or move it to the paid board?

Hi Lucas,

Sorry for the late reply.
We already have the T-Shirts on our office, my girlfriend is working on that right now, shes taking care of of the evelopes, sizes, mail directions, etc. I know I've already said a date before and we missed, but I expect to have all them shipped before the end of the week.

The 3SOF's Diversified Portfolio is composed of common stocks traded on the AMEX, NASDAQ and NYSE (sometimes we may add OTCBB stocks). Each initial position on an individual stock has a limit of 6.66% of total capital, which means our team needs to hold 15 different stocks to be full invested, and that's the limit. The Diversified Portfolio can have long and short positions on stocks (mainly long).
