MBAH - MBA Holdings Shareholder Update
Friday October 7, 5:30 am ET

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 7, 2005 -- MBA Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: MBAH) and its subsidiary companies, Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, Rent2Ride Nationwide, Worldwide Motorcycle Rentals, Street Eagle Motorcycle Rentals and the National Motorcycle Dealers Association (NMDA), report on their motorcycle product related division.
Progress for the previous month to date includes:

Blue Sky/Liberty Tempe, AZ, added 14 motorcycles to their fleet (10 Harley-Davidsons and 4 Honda Goldwings). One additional Honda Goldwing delivery is expected the week of October 9th. Blue Sky/Escape Eagles Las Vegas, NV, received 18 motorcycles (17 Harley-Davidsons and 1 Goldwing). Six purchased motorcycles for the new Clearwater, FL, Blue Sky Licensee have not yet been delivered due to the extended humanitarian effort underway at our Nation's ports. Delivery is now expected the week of October 9th.

Street Eagle Tampa, FL, reports negotiations are under way for the purchase of its initial rental fleet of up to 20 motorcycles.

Bourget's Bike Works has accepted Scottsdale, Arizona's Hacienda Customs request to represent the well-known bike manufacturer. Bourget's Arizona will now be located at Rick Hatch's Hacienda Customs complex. The new Bourget's Arizona Franchise is not associated in any way with the former Bourget Arizona dealership that was located nearby. Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski, Founder of Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, was instrumental in the completion of the transfer. Hacienda Customs owner Rick Hatch commented, "The Bourget line of bikes are beautiful top end machines. I'm looking forward to receiving our first shipment of Bourgets just in time for our Discovery Channel's East Meets West Biker Build Off this weekend (www.eastmeetswest2005.com). Stop by and say hello if you're in Scottsdale Saturday or Sunday. Carrying the Bourget line is another NMDA assisted revenue stream for us. These guys and their contacts get stronger by the day. I'm glad to be part of it!"

MBAH CEO Gaylen Brotherson reports San Antonio, TX, Chicago, IL, and other pending locations will be announced as Dealer Packets are completed. Packets include License Agreements, demographic studies, fleet acquisition purchases, inventory financing, signage, contracts, building lease, insurance placement and many other items not included in this list. On the topic of future Shareholder Updates, Gaylen commented, "Please look for forward guidance and monthly progress reports on the NMDA website. We'll be announcing events, location openings and other pertinent information in the future. Our stores are setting new sales records weekly which prove to us that our systems are working."

Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski, Founder of Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, reports successful ongoing negotiations with a nationally known custom motorcycle manufacturer from Las Vegas, NV. "I'll formally announce our deal in the future after we've worked out some co-branding issues. I'm excited about our new hot, specifically built rental chopper. It should be the talk of the town when it's complete. Ordakowski continued, "Just in the last few weeks, we completed our Metric and Fleet Lease deals. Those deals are already producing revenue. Add to those, the Blue Sky Licensee addition of one of the largest Harley-Davidson Authorized rental programs, and you see how exciting we all are while we ride into the future."

to me its almost a sure thing because of the spike up in price and volume 3 trading days ago and then the eeny weeny volume and trading range for 2 days and now volume and price surge.  Tomorrow she goes bye bye, imo.

wanted to add that this positive action in MBAH could be a result of HDI's(Harley Davidson) analyst upgrade and good earnings report.  I'm not thinking about it deeply but both deal with motorcycles.  So good news about the industry should be good for both  ;)

can you explain that statement doyer?  why are you considering a dividend payment a dilution?  they are not issuing more shares...

**edit... hmm i see what you mean, 1 share for every 200 to holders of the stock.. doesnt sound that bad(maybe even good.. like a split that doesnt affect the price), wonder how it will affect the stock
