Hi !

Scanty change of the prices for the north, can be news from HYRF will help EYII to continue a way on the north. The market waits for news from EYII.

T.A - Very Bullish.

Only my opinion.

Good luck.

from the RB board:

Nothing gets the street's attention like revenues. I think yesterday you saw that most people know the difference between an "unrealized gain" and real money.
HYRF has no contract with CEIEC. The contract is between EYI and CEIEC. So there is no penalty clause for HydroFlo. The penalty for CEIEC is the loss of exclusive agency rights in all of China to sell the Code Blue products, should they fail to meet the contracted minimums. If they fail to meet the contract terms, the exclusive agency rights go back to EYI. Part of the terms of the $210 million contract between CEIEC and EYI is the exclusive agency rights to sell in China. So it will be CEIEC doing the selling in China, not EYI. Remember, CEIEC wanted this product the day they saw it. CEIEC is a billion dollar plus Chinese company that imports and sells products throughout China. If anyone knows the Chinese market, it is a company like this. It is CEIEC that wants this product! And keep in mind, CEIEC is run by the Chinese government which is currently faced with an enormous arsenic and nitrates/nitrites drinking water problem.
Eyi is still not out of the gate on this contract. As soon as they begin to report product deliveries and income, then I suspect EYI price will react. EYI does not seem to go overboard in reporting things. The CEIEC contract was reported, and left at that. The Hong Kong office was reported, and left at that. EYI reports things once and when they happen. HYRF has worked over this CEIEC/ EYI contract and I think that frankly, for them, the EYI/CEIEC dog won't hunt any more. That has long been worked into the share price. HYRF will continue it's march as other positive developments are reported.
But the bottom line for HYRF and EYII where Code Blue production and sales are concerned is that CEIEC saw it, wanted exclusive agency rights in China, and signed a 2 year $210,000,000 contract. CEIEC is a Chinese billion + dollar company that makes it's living knowing the Chinese markets.
Long term investments are short-term investments that have gone wrong.

Hi !

I am assured for EYII for the several reasons.
TA - big volume on thorns and small on downturn of the action (the next level of support 0.082), ADX positive, Full STO shows that EYII is resold.
FA - up to the end of October EYII should ship the first party of the goods to China (news from 27 sep.)
the market waits acknowledgement of news from EYII about concrete actions (sales) when the market will receive acknowledgement on sales that reaction will be much stronger previous and I недумаю that EYII once again will return on these levels

Good luck.
Evgeny.

Dear EYI shareholder,

In our continuing pro-active efforts to keep investors apprised of the most relevant and timely information on EYI Industries and its target markets, AGORA is pleased to present you with this latest Industry Report which demonstrates the need for a product such as the Code Blue™ water filtration system throughout many parts of China.

Code Blue is an international provider of water treatment solutions, treating water for industrial, municipal, and residential customers. Code Blue builds and markets filtration and treatment systems to remove harmful contaminants like arsenic, elements, and compounds from potable water.

This is momentous as EYI has recently entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period in China. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.

Regards,
AGORA Investor Relations

Major problems related to China's water resources are expected to be solved step by step in the next five years to improve the nation's water supply, flood-control, food security and ecosystem rehabilitation.

Water authorities have set a target for this sector during the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan (2006-10), Wang Shucheng, minister of water resources said recently.

He was optimistic about the further developments within the water resource sector.
The country faces five water-related challenges today worsening floods, droughts, water shortages, soil erosion, pollution and insufficient rural water infrastructure, he pointed out.

However, ''further developments within the sector can back up the nation's efforts to build a well-off society by tackling water issues,'' he said this week in a speech for an ongoing international congress on irrigation and drainage.
