Patience....

If there is anything that I have learned in the market, it is patience.  It may take news, but this thing will retest the .18-.19 range.  Gonna be big resistance there based on recent history but if it clears it, look out .35.

Strange, isn't it: not a single trade yet today  ???

Oh, well! I've had it for so long - hardly even notice it anymore.

;)

Cheers.
Happy trading...

:)

hitting the 0.08's now.  when do you think this will move?  let's hope soon.

Patience Daniel-son.

When do *I* think it will move?  I think it will start to move Friday, October 14 at 9:48am...tomorrow!   ;D

...if not, next week.

The most important thing is we have to be patient...which is my nemesis b/c I'm not a patient man...but I would rather make money so you adapt.  Have and follow a trading plan.

from the RB board:

Nothing gets the street's attention like revenues. I think yesterday you saw that most people know the difference between an "unrealized gain" and real money.
HYRF has no contract with CEIEC. The contract is between EYI and CEIEC. So there is no penalty clause for HydroFlo. The penalty for CEIEC is the loss of exclusive agency rights in all of China to sell the Code Blue products, should they fail to meet the contracted minimums. If they fail to meet the contract terms, the exclusive agency rights go back to EYI. Part of the terms of the $210 million contract between CEIEC and EYI is the exclusive agency rights to sell in China. So it will be CEIEC doing the selling in China, not EYI. Remember, CEIEC wanted this product the day they saw it. CEIEC is a billion dollar plus Chinese company that imports and sells products throughout China. If anyone knows the Chinese market, it is a company like this. It is CEIEC that wants this product! And keep in mind, CEIEC is run by the Chinese government which is currently faced with an enormous arsenic and nitrates/nitrites drinking water problem.
Eyi is still not out of the gate on this contract. As soon as they begin to report product deliveries and income, then I suspect EYI price will react. EYI does not seem to go overboard in reporting things. The CEIEC contract was reported, and left at that. The Hong Kong office was reported, and left at that. EYI reports things once and when they happen. HYRF has worked over this CEIEC/ EYI contract and I think that frankly, for them, the EYI/CEIEC dog won't hunt any more. That has long been worked into the share price. HYRF will continue it's march as other positive developments are reported.
But the bottom line for HYRF and EYII where Code Blue production and sales are concerned is that CEIEC saw it, wanted exclusive agency rights in China, and signed a 2 year $210,000,000 contract. CEIEC is a Chinese billion + dollar company that makes it's living knowing the Chinese markets.

when will this finally move to the upside?  what would you say is support, 0.075?

I want to present a chart comparison based on the same fundamental problem from two completely different companies. Do you remember when I bought AMEP.OB at $0.0198? I said I would hold the stock for the long term, and wouldn't sell even if it fell down below support. I changed my plan along the way and ended up selling for a 22% loss, when the stock indeed broke support :-[

It looked everything was right for AMEP.OB to shoot higher, but everytime the stock rallied heavy selling kicked in and the stock fell back quickly, just like it is happening now with EYII.OB. I investigated a bit and AMEP.OB had the same «options and warrants problem» that I've talked about concerning EYII.OB on this thread.

Traders got tired (me included), sold their shares breaking support, but ... suddenly, there were no more AMEP.OB shares available for sale. Nothing, those people that had options and warrants that were converted to common stock run out of shares. Here's what followed:

So, I'm trying to learn from past mistakes and experiences here. Same situation, same outcome? Probably !

On EYII.OB we have awesome fundamentals but the stock price doesn't reflect that, everytime there's a rally the stock quickly falls back on heavy selling. Possibly EYII.OB will even break the ascending support line I'm considering because traders will get discouraged by the market action, but that doesn't mean anything, when stocks available for sale from people who converted options and warrants to common stock end, EYII.OB will probably shot up 5 or 10 fold just like AMEP did.

Here's EYII's chart, but don't forget AMEP's story if EYII breaks support  ;)

If EYII does what I'm saying I will probably pick up a truck of shares, of course, that has nothing to do with the $1,000,000 experience, but it would be just too good of an opportunity to have just $1,000 invested.

Good luck to all those holding !

today's action, negative response to yesterdays's form pre 14a? Seing this fall further from bases of 0.109 is not reassuring.  Others in this still holding or considering moving on?  per evgeny05 link for eyii yesterday's form pre 14a at http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2FResults.asp%3Fcriteria%3Dticker%255Fsymbol%26ticker%3DEYII%26res10%3D%26SortBy%3Dreceivedate%26AD%3DD%26startrec%3D1&symbol=EYII

Many have sent me messages asking my opinion on EYII and the a/s count going to 1 billion.

I am not a basher and truly wanted EYII to prove the past wrong.

The insiders have more than 51 % ownership, so the Billion Shares does not require any shareholder opinion.

I was excited about the fundamentals and was willing to stick it out with caution.  The news confirmed the reasons this company will have trouble being good for shareholders.

The news yesterday does not bode well for the future.  EYI does not have cash unless they strike the financing deals.  And what will prevent dumping all of the new shares and voting for another billion ?  Very difficult to reverse dilution.

Hopefully, you will all be rewarded.  This is only one opinion.  But history repeats in the market, so my thoughts are from much analysis with Cornell and MLM companies.

I liquidated all of my EYII shares for the following reasons:

-  Cornell Capital is known for toxic financing
-  Cornell makes money in various ways, they are a hedge fund and get the shares at a discount, thus any price they sell at is cash for them.  And Cornell also is paid 12% dividends for many of the deals.  Cornell can usually only have a certain % of a company at any given time.  So Cornell sells shares and then can get more.  Investors (including myself, cringe at the name).  They can make money is so many ways at the public expense.  They are in to make money and do not wait around for stock appreciation.  And as long as EYII balance sheet posts such losses, they will need the financing.  Especially with the new China expenses.

-  Go back and look at the charts of Cornell financed companies (dilution and reverse splits)
-  The Price does not have to appreciate for these people to cash in
-  EYII is a Nevada company
-  EYII is based out of Canada (no success in the past with this arrangement)
-  All of my attempts to call the CEO, etc. were referred to Agora (PR firm)
-  Many lawsuits come from weight loss pills and I have never heard of the products before this thread
-  The China deal is worth alot (if it works), but the terms are very loose; if the test does not go well, nobody will want it and CEICC only loses the exclusive rights.

-  The fears were confirmed that the pps did not rise because insiders and those paid for debt have been dumping shares on any increase.  This would be okay if it had an end in site.  But now the a/s are more than going to triple.

-  A company usually does not authorize shares without the intent to use them
-  Whomever gets their hands on the shares can at any time dilute the company
-  The market cap is immediately adjusted
-  If a 220 million dollar deal is not enough to move it up, people see the writing on the wall
-  I gave them a chance with 300 million authorized and will not make the same mistake with 1 Billion.
-  EYII was potentially bankrupt prior to the China deal.  But the deal has loose guarantees.
-  EYII is far from getting enough cash from the deal to eliminate financing (thus more future dillution)
-  The deal has money that will trickle in over many years.
-  And only a small amount goes to EYII.

The market knows Cornell, does not trust MLM companies and runs from dilution.  Period.

Do what you want as this is only one opinion.  But my experience with Cornell is playing out as expected.  Good luck.

Very solid post fill.

I agree with you in every aspect. As soon as I learned about Cornell, I sold in the .11 range for a 40% gain.  I have still followed the stock very closely and therefore I do agree with everything you said. If you are not out of this stock, I would get out now, or at least in the near future.  IMO this is not going to be pretty.  The writing is on the wall - as fill said.

When i read FTG post, i did a panic sell to and sold at .07...so i lost about 40%...this is not good.

yet, there are still buys going thru...hmm...now im wondering ???

selling in panic and buying in midst of exuberance is not good...it's gotta be the other way round...buy into weakness, sell into strenght...perennial rule of trading.

i'm holding mine, may add more but will wait till monday.

definitely news about initila shipment will hit before end of month....then will be a good time to reevaluate the position.

I totally agree with Vic. Too much panic is happening. Let's wait and see. The deal is not until December. We have to hear about the shipment first. Then we go from there. Maybe we sell at high and then we get into it again at low.

I personally have been burned by Cornell.

Check into this part of Cornell financing.

-  Companies are in dire need of cash and they come to Cornell
-  Cornell begins the bleeding out process in the issue of cash to the company
-  Cornell uses SEDA (Standby Equity Distribution Agreement)

The deals have NO FLOOR on conversions.  Cornell sells to market and makes money regardless.  This is their business.  They are not in the business for company appreciation.

And Cornell can short against the position !

Cornell is now under much SEC scrutiny.  Shareholders lose.

This is just some research after getting burned.  Never again with Cornell.

BTW.  If you sold today and regret it, buy back. It is around the same price.  Just presenting what was found to the group.  Nobody that sold got a price much higher than it is now anyway on a sale.  Just do not want to be the cause of any sale.  Do what you think is best for you.

To all,

The board is for opinion.  Please do not make decisions based on a post.
EYII may shoot way up, who knows.  But we all have been scratching our heads as to why it has not.  Now we know more.  But the public did not know this before and it did not sustain any rallies.

Either way, the facts about Cornell were presented.  And EYII did not move when HYRF shot up 1000 %.  Tells us something.  Now someone will have 3 times more to sell on any bullish move.  Did you not see how fast it would come back down on the recent rallies?  Not good.  This is not like AMEP.  Shares are not running out.  They are being added.

I believe the shipment will take place.  But this is not much immediate money for EYII.  And they spend alot of money.  So do your homework.

Just presenting another angle to answer some of the reasons EYII has not followed HYRF.

But never buy based on a post.  Evaluate all of the facts and angles then trade the plan.
