Does anyone know of any colleges (even junior colleges) that offer classes on stock trading as part of their economics curriculum?  I just thought of this because a friend of mine is a senior in high school, and she has an assignment where each person in the class needs to "paper trade" stocks for two months and see who ends up with the most money at the end of the assignment.  Each student is given $100,000 of imaginary money, but are not given any really useful methods of picking stocks.  I'm going to help her pick them using technical analysis tools.

My idea was to build on this assignment and make an entire full-semester college course on stock trading.  It would cover both fundamental and technical analysis.  Exam concepts would be fundamental ratios and valuation measures, chart patterns, and use of technical indicators.

The college I went to doesn't offer such a class, but was wondering if any in the USA do.

Stock trading is being taught.. can't rememebr where.. but I believe Michael Parness(Waxie) of Trendfund.com is a Professor.  I learned a lot from him and Michael Saul(Tiny), also from Trendfund.com.  He is based in New York so I would check New York Universitys but it could be anywhere.
