EliteG, I got some last week and some today. I think their technology is great. They have assmbled a very impressive mangement team. I am waiting for 2 things to happen....

1. their application to OTCBB &
2. Preclinical , animal trial results...end of November.

What is your time frame?  Look at what happened to HISC.pk and IGTN.pk awaiting OTCBB status.  This is a momentum play to me and a pink sheet stock.. be cautious.  Goodluck though

ElteG, I cannot play momentum as my account is filled with BB & PK sheets stocks!!! But you are right, it is risky to be waiting for OTCBB! But Biotech stocks coommand a healthy PE without revenues!! I am banking on this as NNVC has assembled an impressive Management team. I will hold till end of Nov or 1st week of Dec!! Thanks for your input.

As long as you have a reasonable plan for entry and exit.. I think thats what counts.  And I have to applaud you for getting in NNVC so early.  Rock and Roll!

How much profit are you expecting out of the trades? GNBT is constantly touching 0.90 high today but isnt breaking through it.

Hi EliteG, wow great thread. First time posting on your thread and I just wanted to thank you in advance. I know I have a ton to learn but I have realized that I love it and I have started taking some of the baby steps. Anyway, looking at your startup curve on page 3, I was wondering if BCRX hasn't setup llike that and started it rise. Thanks for any input you can give

CPST is moving nicely today. Currently trading at the bottom of linear regression channel (a lot of room for the upside), Williams %R is pointing up as well as momentum indicators.
Some to watch IMO.

GNBT is a solid breakout if it can close nicely today.  Of course there is always a chance that it gets rejected.. but with this volume, pattern and underlying story I think it can go places.  My short term goal is really where I feel the momentum takes me.  1.10-1.50 short term goal but we shall see.

thanks uc  I'm glad that you like this thread.. it just keeps growin and growin and its important to keep a trading journal so this is sort of like my journal

yes BCRX is a great g-pattern but note that when its so high in price(compared to pennies) that 100% projected goal may be difficult to get to.  I would not be a buyer of BCRX, even if it can go to the moon from here) because its g-spot is around 14% away now.  The avian flu  stocks have good momo here though so any position with a tight stop might be ok.  Good eye and good luck with the baby steps(a good way to start and reminds me of "What About Bob", funny flick)

hey onestock.. man what happened to CPST    I wouldn't touch it until it forms some kind of consolidation after a rise.  Everything else can be a fakeout, imo.

Nope, I sold out of HYRF before the gap on 10/14.. I only play the pennies for momentum and I will only hold through an early consolidation period.  HYRF was going through a late stage consolidation (it already had huge movement upwards) so I had to let it go.

HOM is a great long daytrade or swingtrade here, imo, @ 5.70ish stop @ 5.49ish

and I think it is set up perfectly today.  I checked on earnings and those are 11/1 according to earningswhispers.com, so it should be safer from gaps until it gets close to that date.  I am expecting a the big movedown today or tomorrow.  This is all according to the chart.  The probability should be high on this one so I would stop it tight no higher than about 13.75 and if you want to be more aggressive just above 13.50.  Target is $.75-$1.25 or more down by tomorrow.
