depends on your time frame.  This stock has broken a major downward channel(a very bullsih sign 9/23)and it could go as low as 30 cents and still be looking healthy.. but would you want to hold through that?  Probably not since thats more than a 50% move against.  The action today finished nice and bullish with that hammer.  This one could still take off but if you are uncomfortable you can start shedding some shares.  I believe David is following this one closely.. I'm sure he'll give an update.

The new mantra is a good one.. taking profits is the only way traders keep on trading.

i would not be comfortable at .03 . was not comforted today when i saw it hit .052 but it rebounded so quickly that i just kept an eye on the chart action. i must say i am learning so much from all the traders here   .

I tried to scalp GNBT towards the end of the day seeing the same symmetrical triangle you posted for dhiraj19. I got in just before your post and was glad you saw the same thing but it didn't turn out the way I would like it.
The fact that it didn't work out cost me $1500 but that's the nature of daytrading..
I hope I'll make it up somewhere else by the end of the week. There are so many opportunities... it's really addicting.
BTW, I started using Medved Quotetracker and I have to admit the tool is incredible. So many things to tweak.. it takes some time to learn how to use it but when you do.. sky is the limit.

hi rickjust and elite...just to let u know, david was holding this in the 3sf portfolio, but sold it today..he thought it was an insurance company,...so, he took a bit of profit and dropped it today...i did too...at .55...i should have at least sold it at .59..but, it started to drop in the a.m..and i thought the ride was over..so i dumped.
May pick up again, if it goes lower.

What is your opinion for SQUM? Real revenues, had highs 0.76 and then settled in 0.40 range? Its not a momentum play though...

Also did you buy the other one MOTG?

SQUM is kinda sqummish now.. I really cant look at it for entry again until it climbs close to the highs of the last run.. (fundamentals never get me to buy because they dont tell me the stock is going up right now, they can change, and I dont feel that as outsiders we get enough information to come up with a value for a company.)

I did buy MOTG which is now MOTGE.  I am looking for it to move by its earnings report that will hopefully be out by tomorrow  .. my feeling is its an easy double or more if the pr is good.    I think downside is limited here by support .05-.04.

Insider buying sheet... gmarc (MEMY) and wrangler use it a lot.

First time I used it for NVAX and within 3 days it went from 1.28 to 2.5 ( My first double)  I was thinking we can we our trading logic momentum for any stock with the insider buys?

Basically more options to look into.

I have noticed, insider moves are usually not so clear(you do not know their time frame or perhaps they have to buy stock).  I think the key is to watch the technical developments in the stock after you see something interesting and then you can really make a killing, as you did with NVAX
