Scottish, should we say we got out too early?
Well.. never mind now. The loss is taken.

ScottishTrader

I know, now I'm sitting here watching it pushing .40 >:D

Well such is life, my feeling is that this will probably pull back quite a bit before they day is through.

I'm not about to go and stick what little I have left back in - man this really is like gambling sometimes - exactly the same feelings/urges that you've gotta fight.

OneStockMind

If you really want to gamle then you can consider towards the end of the day to short it if you think it will pull back. That's exactly my feeling as well but that's a pure speculation and anything can happen.

Some are saying that EYII dumped the 58 million shares while knowing the PR's from HYRF and EYII were incorrect.  This could come back to bite them.  Millions of dollars were generated knowing the public was being deceived.  They even lied to me saying NO shares were sold and the share count remained the same.
Just one opinion, do the research

MarketMakerz

I was on the EliteG thread and noticed the drama from stockmind's post over there.

Law suits are to follow. You guys could have a chance to recover some of the losses.

I know what some of you people are going through. Scamsters(not just HYRF's management) like these should be put in jail for good.  >:( >:( >:(

OneStockMind

As I said on Elite's thread, I don't know what regulations apply to pink sheets and OTC stocks but somebody has to be responsible for this. I mean, those guys lied all this time.
This should be a lawsuit and people that lost money should get something back.
If nothing happens then the law just doesn't work. One thing is when you loose money by investing in a troubled company but investing in a company with "great" fundamentals which is all lies and scam.. well, that's why we have courts and jails..
Not sure how that works but please keep me posted. I lost two-month salary here. It's a big deal to me!

Stockmind, I am pretty sure there will be lawsuits filed against these criminals. IF this is not fraud then what is?!
Here are a list of law firms with experties in this field you could contact if you didn't see any action against these scamsters.

http://www.whesq.com/
http://www.murrayfrank.com/CM/Custom/TOCFirmOverview.asp
http://www.abbeygardy.com/
http://www.federmanlaw.com/

Those of you who lost substantial money should contact these guys and try to get what you lost plus some intrest ;)
Remember these law firms would love to hear from you ;D

OneStockMind

Thanks Market (applaud).
I think everybody who lost substential amount of money should join together and sue them.
Scottish, you read?

nberski

Hmmmmm -

I know that I have read reports of the Chinese executing crooked executives.

Sometimes accountability is refreshing.

I wonder if they sold the usefull body parts to reimburse the victims of their fraud.

Waste not - want not -  -  -  that is what Granny always sayes

No point is wasting usefull parts.

The crooked brain is probably worthless but other parts may still be valuable.

I would not even feed their brains to the chickens -  they would probably lay rotten eggs.

Of course they should get a fair trial  - like the fair treatment they gave stockholders.

Disclaimer =  I just polished off a 40 ozer at babes pub.

Your other cousin,

Thanks again market. I thought about it right away but you reinforced my thoughts.
I just wonder how do I find out if somebody else starts the whole thing and how do I join?
How long does it take on average that somebody starts the process after the fact?
I hoped I'll never be in one of these but here I am.. If there's any remedy I'm not letting it go because I'm really pissed at these people.

Amarens

Out of curiousity I send Glancylaw an email. I'll keep you updated.

Why dont you be the first one to initiate it. Give some of these firms a call and see what they have to say? I bet they will be glad to hear from you.

PS: Dont just email them. Give them a call on phone. Dont be affraid. These guys do this type of thing for living.

Amarens

Onestockmind,

This is the respons I got from glancy:

Dear Amarens:

Your email sent today to [email protected] concerning the
above-referenced Company was forwarded to my attention. Thank you for
your inquiry.

This firm generally does not prosecute cases involving so-called "penny
stocks."  HydroFlo's current share price is approximately $0.34 per
share, and for the greater part of the past 18 months the Company's
shares have traded below $1.00.

Please consult with other counsel, who may be willing undertake such a case.

Regards,
Dale MacDiarmid

Yes, that's exactly what I thought. These law firms dream about huge corporation scandals and they all want WorldCom and Enron... As soon as they hear about OTC and PK stocks < $5 they pretty much react like that. There must be somebody who would take on small caps as well.
Otherwise we can all do the same thing - issue a bunch of BS PRs, get money and then say "Well.. we were lying all this time and we are very sorry. Good luck next time".

Keep up Amarens. I'll be following your posts and let me know if you need anything.
Don't give up just yet. There's another resource for this kind of thing:
http://www.endfraud.com

Since you probably have something already put together would you please paste it there too.
Thank you very much.
