I noticed your conversation about taking legal action against HYRF.

I don't know what your losses amount to but if it is under $3000 (or thereabouts in NY State), you can file a small actions suit without an attorney.  This would be a good way to test the waters as to the company's willingness to settle right away.  Companies getting sued by their shareholder's for BS PR's is very bad press, especially for a company who is awaiting a big deal in China.

Good luck.  I'm still holding EYYI with my fingers crossed.

Amarens,
any news from anybody on HYRF yet?

Hey all,

I just wanted to put this out there - I have a sneaking suspicion that HYRF is about to start making a rebound, and Monday may be the tester...

This last 2 weeks has been pretty awful - Personally I lost 75% of my investment on HYRF when it dropped (fortunately when I figured it all out, I realised that in total I was up overall for trades on HYRF, but it still hurt  :'()

The news that came out that caused this precipitous fall was outrageous, as we know, that essentially HYRF had been overstating their position, pretty much "pumping" their stock in all their news statements over the last 3 months.  This was not good, and causes serious issues about trust in the company, as (potential) shareholders.

However, while the news was bad, it wasn't quite as bad as would be thought on first reaction - most of what they stated, we already knew.  Sure the fact that they will only provide consignment orders to EYII on an "as needed" basis isn't great - there are no assured contracts for HYRF, however, once the orders start coming in to EYII, they are going to go through to HYRF.  So, provided that the CIEC deal still goes ahead, potential revenues for HYRF from it over the next 2 years should still be at least 100m.  Right now, this is the problem - there is little confidence in HYRF or EYII as to the truthfulness of their statements and the certainty of this business, but this is only percieved - there is nothing explicit to suggest that the deal is a bust.

So, on to the technicals, if we have a look at a 15min chart since the gap down, it shows a very clear descending triangle formation.  Now I sold at the open that day, which in hindsight was not the best of ideas, as HYRF got a very solid bounce off a low of .21 - In fact during that morning the buy volume was as large as the total sell volume.  A lot of day traders made some very good profits that day on our misfortune.  Since then we have seen the pps step it's way down the descending triangle until it printed a low of .21 on Thursday afternoon, the exact low of the gap down day.  In addition to this, volume has been steadily decreasing, and it looks like sell volume is drying up - pretty much everyone who wanted to sell out after the bad news has done so, and most of the daytraders too (except perhaps those that bought Thurs/Fri, but still the volume was very low).

Now the 2 descending trendlines on the chart have slightly different slopes - the higher one connects high peaks since the gap down, the low one closely follows 15 min open/close levels, and appears to be quite reliable.  The important point to note is that in the last 2 days, BOTH OF THESE TRENDLINES HAVE BEEN BROKEN.  The steeper one immediately after the low print of .21 on Thursday, th shallower one on friday afternoon, and both with strong upward moves.

In addition to this, if you look at the chart for the last 4 days, you can also se that the MACD as measured on the 15min chart (different to the MACD calculated on a daily chart)  crossed over the 0 line on Friday afternoon - also the signal line for the Bollinger bands, which have been contracting, has made a bottom.

All of these factors suggest to me that come Monday, HYRF may see some upward movement.  At the moment I am not willing to suggest that this is the reversal point - we could still see lowwer lows, but for anyone interested in making a short term position trade, Monday could provide this.  (Don't forget that a move from .25 to .30, which it could easily do, is a 20% return!).

All in all, I still think that HYRF could provide major profit making potential - I don't know if we will see a run quite like last time, but I ouldn't be surprised by something similar happening again.  The real question for buying back in to HYRF now is where do you see the low point, and are you willing to speculate on this company again.  To me, the low is .20-.21, I don't think it will go below here.  Anyone else's opinions would be much appreciated, as I try to figure out whether I feel like playing with fire a second time....

I'll leave this one with a few charts, good trading all ;)

The fear is a lawsuit arriving for misleading on 18 press releases.
And where does HYRF (BDC) get financing to operate the companies under the portfolio ?

EYII nor HYRF have stated that the China deal remains intact.  So buying here is too much of a risk for me.  It is pure gambling.  Because 25 cents to 0 would certainly hurt.  So TA would be thrown out with a lawsuit and/or the SEC concluding more evidence.

I agree, if you want to speculate the deal is intact, a buy can bring a nice profit.
But many that bought are looking to get out on any pop.
And those that have been burned may not return to help with a push.

Just an opinion.

Well, I had a sneaking suspicion over the weekend and should have stuck with my intuition on this as setting up for a move - HYRF gained 24% today!!  Was even higher up today, peaking at .34, a 36% gain!

But I slept in this morning and didn't want to buy it at .28, silly me.  Oh well, will be keeping an eye out for another move tomorrow or possible pullback.  HYRF is definitely still very tradeable, that's for sure, and with moves like that, something may be afoot again....

logocovet

yeah Scot, excellent intuition.  Unfortunately my EYII does not rise in sympathy.  It dropped along with HYRF but does not gain with it.  Reminds of the designated wipping boys princes used to have.   :D

I feel sorry for EYII and me.  :(

HYRF dropped like a rock...

I still can't find any info on a HYRF lawsuit. I emailed and called a whole bunch of law firms but nobody's willing to work on an OTC stock.
I'm sure there must be SOMEBODY who will do SOMETHING about this scam/pump.
I lost 75% on HYRF drop (as well as Scottish) and I'm not glad about it. They lied and that's the fact. If they get away with this without a lawsuit then I really don't understand why we even have laws in trading. I guess Intel can say that they have an agreement for the next 20 years to be the biggest hardware supplier for the whole world and their stock price can be upgraded to $700 and then drop to $6 without any penalty.

Does anybody here have any idea where can you complain?

If the China deal remains intact, it may be the time to take another look at HYRF & EYII.
Adding some of both here knowing the risk involved.

Hi Jeff,
We received a shipment today for our US and Canadian customers. Product has already been shipped to China.
Thanks
Jennifer

Jennifer,

Are you referring to product outside of the 6 units that were delivered ?  Or a new shipment to China ?

Will any press be released on the domestic shipment ?
How many came ?

Domestic is good, but we need China news to move forward.

Jeff, watch for news this week with an update on CEIEC.  The units that were sent previously to China were samples.
Thanks

EYI Hong Kong Management Meet with CEIEC Top Executives
Burnaby, British Columbia CANADA, November 17, 2005 - EYI Industries Inc. (EYII - OTCBB), (''EYI'') (http://www.stopdrinkingpoison.com ), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) (''EYI HK''), President and CEO, Dori O'Neill, and a senior EYI Consultant met with top executives of Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise (Group) Co. Ltd. (''CEIEC'').

On Saturday November 12, 2005, Mr. Dori O'Neill and a senior EYI Consultant, met with 5 CEIEC senior executives including Mr. Zhang Jiang, President and CEO, Mr. Yu, Executive Vice President and Mr. He Bing Gui, Vice General Manager. The purpose of their meeting was to further discuss the marketing strategy for the Code Blue(tm) portable water filtration system in order to ensure successful penetration into the Asian market. CEIEC is currently proceeding with the Code Blue dual trade mark registration and ensuring that all products meet the requirements for sales in China.

Over the next 5-6 weeks, a senior EYI Consultant will be traveling throughout Southern China to assist in educating the staff and regional managers of CEIEC on the features and benefits of Code Blue(tm).

EYI has also hired C&E Translation & Advertising Inc. to translate www.codebluewater.com into Mandarin and Cantonese. EYI is currently preparing to launch the translated Code Blue(tm) website which will then be linked to CEIEC's website.

Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) President and CEO, Dori O'Neill stated, ''We are truly honored that CEIEC has given us permission to link directly to the CEIEC website. We are the first vendor to have been afforded such an honor. We are very pleased with the progress that we have made to date with CEIEC and are looking forward to a successful partnership.''

I'm not sure what to make of this latest PR.

It states that EYII is discussing marketing strategies with CEIEC.  This seems to imply that CEIEC has finished testing the Code Blues and are satisfied with them.  I emailed EYII IR about this and will post their answer.

I don't understand why CEIEC would sign such an extensive contract with EYII prior to having testing the Code Blues.  The PR about the sample Code Blues said

"On Wednesday October 19, 2005, Mr. Dori O'Neill personally delivered six units of the Code Blue(tm) water filtration system to CEIEC for review and testing."

This seems to imply this is the first time CEIEC will have an actual Code Blue in possession.  Or, are the samples meant to meet some technical Chinese trade requriement?  Does anyone have this info?
