Presumably David sold HOM today or will do so at the open tomorrow. HOM broke its long term trendline today and looks like a fantastic SHORT right now. Chart: http://tinyurl.com/cvb6l
GO IN THAT HOUSE OF PAIN THAT YOU SEEM TO WANT TO BE IN, BUT GET AWAY FROM ME.  I'M TRYING TO WORK, DAMMIT.

I sold out in the morning.  It just did not look like it was going to be a green day.

Possibly my plans and sometimes mistakes are a bit annoying, but that's how my life goes as a trader ... and I've never been a better trader than I am now. What I mean by this is that taking small losses when its needed hasn't got much style, it isn't sexy, not for a newsletter writer.

Well said David, that's why we love you! :-*

David Randolph

Lol, thanks irod, you're inspired today, I love you guys too  :D

I dumped HOM before the closing bell, at $5.25, according to plan. The stock had a major technical sell signal so I don't want in anymore. I suspected this was going to happen, but I thought it was better to wait for confirmation, having discipline, because longer term that's the right thing to do.

Normal business execution here. Time to move on.

I got out at $5.30 for a 60% gain.  Thanks Dave for your trend line.  I kept moving my stop higher and it paid off.  I'm but a babe in the woods, but I'm learning so much from all of you.  Becoming a premium member was the best investment I've made so far. ;D

#2 spot on IBD list (<$10) 3rd time in a row, the #3-10 have changed a lot but #1 & #2 are always AOB and HOM:

I came into HOM a little higher than David did, and I didn't like the exit point he chose, so yes I am still holding as well.

Another reason for holding was the chart action covering the last week in September, a very similar robust bounce after a high-volume sell-off.

Looking forward to earnings.

If you must smite, post why so I can improve myself.

Are any 3SOF members on board for earnings Monday morning?

Good luck all...

valueseeker

I am holding through earning, from low $3.

Forward earning is $0.39, and at PE=25, this should be $10 stock.

I am holding thru earnings but I only have 1000 shares left (started with 3000) but sold long the way.
