Thanks Fill for the info.  I got into EYII a couple of days ago.  Your research is certainly distressing to any shareholders.  However, I don't think panic selling is called for.  IMO the holders of the new shares will sell on rallies.  That means that they will allow rallies to happen rather than dump shares en mass right away since dumping share right away will hurt the value of their unsold shares.

So chances are the stock will continue in its current pattern of rallying and then selling off.  This means that while EYII will not shoot up like AMEP, current shareholders will have a chance to sell at highrer levels.  This will probably happen when PR from the China deal continues to come out.

Both David and Ramburg were very bullish on this stock.  I don't have the premium service yet.  Would someone summarize what David's take on this news is?  Thanks.

Yes, We need their opinion.

What prevents millions more shares from hitting the market with the delay?  They flat out lied to me on the phone about No more shares hitting the market over the last quarter.  And 58 million are now issued in front of our eyes with hopes of One Billion total soon authorized.

Sure, EYII has a value.  But the idea of a multi bagger is sure tainted with the dilution.  The delay certainly does not assist investor confidence as it was already on the rocks.

The delay will now push up losses to next quarter and disrupt the numbers moving forward.

Long term it may work.  But the lack of shares on the ceiling will not be the reason.  Companies that do not tell the truth are not for me.  I will not be commenting here very often as my losses are realized and they cannot be trusted.  The most recent Agreement is already using ' Holidays ' as an excuse.  They did not have Chinese holidays before the Agreement ?   ???

additionally, agora is not a reliable place to look for answers.
they delete all negative or other posts with legitimate serious questions. (or comments).
agora looks like eyii's own lil mlm seminar in action.
a previous poster there brought questions about cornell and was deleted.
now having seen it in action, Im out...

Quotebucks1,
EYI is not the manufacturing end of this deal. That is HydroFlo's end of the court. How can EYI comment on another company's performance? Let me give you a rundown, as I see it. It is all there in the filings and PR's, you just have to piece the process together.

1.CEIEC can not order until the product is properly registered in China.
2.CEIEC, per the contract, is responsible for getting the registration process complete. That process requires samples from the manufacturer (HYRF). HYRF changed manufacturers somewhere between the LOI and the signing of the contract.
3.CEIEC could not start the registration ball rolling without samples.
4.EYI delivered those samples last week, just as soon as they received them. They can not produce them out of thin air. They must wait for the manufacturer to provide them.
5.Now CEIEC can start the registration process which was delayed because CEIEC just received the samples to accompany the registration process.
6.As soon as the product is legally registered in China, CEIEC will be able to place orders.( I can't imagine they would until the product is registered).
7.CEIEC is runby the Chinese government. The same Chinese government is registering the product...that's good!

Summary:
The delays are caused by the manufacturer, probably due to the fact that it was changed mid stream from WAL to a Chinese company. In any event, as today's PR clearly states, the circumstances are beyond EYI's control. They and CEIEC could not get the product legally registered until they recieved the samples FROM THE MANUFACTURER, ok? It's all there , you just have to see it and put two and two together.

I read the above on Agrocom before you posted here. It seems to make a lot of sense in a way. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and let them do the registration and so on. We'll see what happens then.

People seem to panic in circumstances like this. Most people want their profits today. In a company like EYII, we have to wait a bit longer, but the profits are coming.

Some are saying that EYII dumped the 58 million shares while knowing the PR's from HYRF and EYII were incorrect.  This could come back to bite them.  Millions of dollars were generated knowing the public was being deceived.  They even lied to me saying NO shares were sold and the share count remained the same.

Quote1gradeteach,

Thank you for your inquiries.

Small cap stocks on the otcbb are speculative, and as such, there are fluctuations in the stock price which the company cannot control.

In order for any insider to sell stock, insiders are required to report any transactions or planned stock sales. If you refer to the follow link, you will see that there is no basis for your assertions that EYI sold 58 million shares. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=EYII.OB

HYRF is an independent public company and AGORA and EYI have as much control over it as they do IBM. HYRF is solely responsible for their actions.

This will be your one and only warning that any other wild accussations made against EYI and AGORA will be met with the immediate termination of your posting privileges.

Jennifer Trevitt in EYI IR claims a shipment will go out this week.
We will see.

If the China deal remains intact, it may be the time to take another look at HYRF & EYII.
Adding some of both here knowing the risk involved.

Hi Jeff,
We received a shipment today for our US and Canadian customers. Product has already been shipped to China.
Thanks
Jennifer

Jennifer,

Are you referring to product outside of the 6 units that were delivered ?  Or a new shipment to China ?

Will any press be released on the domestic shipment ?
How many came ?

Domestic is good, but we need China news to move forward.

Jeff, watch for news this week with an update on CEIEC.  The units that were sent previously to China were samples.
Thanks
