Price action gapped up today in increased volume above average. Price action bounced off the top of the ascending wedge today. The highs have become quite friendly with the top of the wedge over the last 4 days, keep up this volume and i think we could be breaking out of the wedge in the near future.

Don't know if anyone listened to the audion interview with wallst.net, but heres a little summary of whats going on.

-The Ceo stated that the circuit city deal is going better than expected and is in the process of trying to make the deal go national sooner than planned in Jan.

-He stated that they are also in the process of beta testing their on demand movie and video game rentals. That is instead of waiting for the movie to come in the mail. You download it to your computer.

-planning on expanding there distribution centers in the US and possibly hawaii.

I would reccomend to listen to the audio interview to get the full details. Its short only about 7 mins long, but 7 mins of great stuff  ;)

Im planning on purchasing a bit more on the next dip.

Great day we had for GZFX. And upside breakout of the ascending wedge on increased volume.

December could be a big month for GZFX price action as they begin to start their major ad campaign in early December.

good luck to everyone holding. Lets make some bags  ;D

Rising Wedge (Reversal) Pattern.
The rising wedge is a bearish pattern that begins wide at the bottom and contracts as prices move higher and the trading range narrows. In contrast to symmetrical triangles, which have no definitive slope and no bullish or bearish bias, rising wedges definitely slope up and have a bearish bias.

Even though this article will focus on the rising wedge as a reversal pattern, the pattern can also fit into the continuation category. As a continuation pattern, the rising wedge will still slope up, but the slope will be against the prevailing downtrend. As a reversal pattern, the rising wedge will slope up and with the prevailing trend. Regardless of the type (reversal or continuation), rising wedges are bearish.

The rising wedge can be one of the most difficult chart patterns to accurately recognize and trade. While it is a consolidation formation, the loss of upside momentum on each successive high gives the pattern its bearish bias. However, the series of higher highs and higher lows keeps the trend inherently bullish. The final break of support indicates that the forces of supply have finally won out and lower prices are likely. There are no measuring techniques to estimate the decline -- other aspects of technical analysis should be employed to forecast price targets.

From looking at this chart from stockcharts.com
I see something different. Not to take away from the outstanding work fousc has did.  ;D
I always applaud his fine work.  ;)

I see this thing as a:
Ascending Triangle (Continuation) Pattern
The ascending triangle is a bullish formation that usually forms during an uptrend as a continuation pattern. There are instances when ascending triangles form as reversal patterns at the end of a downtrend, but they are typically continuation patterns. Regardless of where they form, ascending triangles are bullish patterns that indicate accumulation.

Because of its shape, the pattern can also be referred to as a right-angle triangle. Two or more equal highs form a horizontal line at the top. Two or more rising troughs form an ascending trend line that converges on the horizontal line as it rises. If both lines were extended right, the ascending trend line could act as the hypotenuse of a right triangle. If a perpendicular line were drawn extending down from the left end of the horizontal line, a right triangle would form.

In contrast to the symmetrical triangle, an ascending triangle has a definitive bullish bias before the actual breakout. If you will recall, the symmetrical triangle is a neutral formation that relies on the impending breakout to dictate the direction of the next move. On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. It is these higher lows that indicate increased buying pressure and give the ascending triangle its bullish bias.

Thanks for your comments sox guy, As far as going to 2 or 3 cents theres not really anyway to know for sure.

But if this circuit city goes national, i see this one going above and beyond 2 or 3 cents.

Price action is also on the verge of breaking out of a G-pattern. Todays price action on heavy volume approaching the G-spot at .143 is a bullish sign. I'll be looking to buy some more in anticipation of a G-spot breakout. I just gotta get my lazy ass up at 6:30 am for the open  ;).

I usually post my chart in linear scale but that error spike totally through my chart out of wack so this is a semi log scale chart.

Hi Fousc,

You're not really lonesome, I've followed it everyday and agreed with your analysis  :) So I don't really see a need to go into that much further. It's like David with his updates on pennies. No news is sort of good news  ;).

However, I've decided to change my plan a little. I want to let the profits run, but I also don't want to lose present profits. I've decided to bring in TL 2 (TL1 was for me the one ascending $ 0,0002 per day like yours). If it breaks this TL2 I will sell, maybe to get back in at a lower level. I'll continue to hold as long as price action closes above TL2 rising $ 0,0005 /day. For today that trendline stands at .0105.

Here is a snapshot of the MSO chart from two months ago. Very similar setup to the current GZFX chart. Now pull up a chart of MSO today to see how it played out. I'd have a twitchy trigger finger at this price.

Lucas Scott,

Does the fact that the volume bars are much heavier and much higher on GZFX vs (The Deva) MSO have any  bearing? Looks like less volume on MSO as it rose and more on GZFX....would appreciate a reply by someone....I see the similarities in the chart.

The volume bars look similar to me -- highest in the initial spike and smaller on the return to the previous high. We'll see how it plays out though.
