It took off last Monday. Looks ready to take off again next Monday.

A nice doji, a 5DMA, 20DMA crossover (a well-known buy signal for swing traders) and a bounce off the 50dma... it looks to me like a posible slingshot up to retest the 58 cent level.

Stockta sez 46 is resistance. Then no resistance until 58.
It this wave attracts some committed buyers not wanting to miss out on the run, then I think we could break the 58 cent level, take out 63.. and off to da races. Fingerz crossed!

Time for bed. It's 5.20am here in Thailand.

Yes, look for this to continue upswing. Broke out of bottom channel and buing opportunity is right on at these prices. I picked up small postion last week. Dragonfly doji could indicate stock is at its turning point. Im looking to add this week as overall trend continues to ascend. Nice pick.

Nice chart shipman. Nice uptrend clearly shown here. I went on and found that other thread with the DD. Im looking to add to my position this week. The is in the midst of a nice rally. Also watching ESYY closely. Has been moving nicely these past few days. Could be a nice week for both these stocks.

The CEO is now in, or just back from USA I understand....
The profit-taking has finished. Sellside volume dried up completely.
Very little buy side volume would move this stock quickly to test the recent highs. and if 58 cents is taken out a run up to 88 is quite possible.

And yes. Great fundamentals. Toxin Free Fish. The public just becoming aware of the issue.

Hey brothers in fish,
I would like to request that you post those links and charts on the board.
It's real easy, you just have to save whatever it is to your own computer in documents or pictures.  Then use the additional options at the bottom of your reply page, browse for the file and attach.  It saves time for anyone wanting to follow the thread and rationale.  Thanks bra.  Fresh fish don't smell.  All aboard.

Well, not really what I expected from this stock for a Monday, but then again, it gives me a chance to average down at these bottom prices. I watched this a bit today and didnt really see any great entry points to add on the dip so I shunned that plan and instead will be looking to add to my position later on in the week, perhaps friday. I'm still have good feeling about this company and believe it will turn soon and continue climbing. If one looks at the charts in multiple time frames, one will see the dip this is experiencing. I'm in long. Lets not forget about this company's vital aquatic products products.  ;)

Well B it was a big red bar.  Maybe tomorrow will form a nice doji for ya.  Be quick.  After today though I'm not sure about the TA on this one. I expected the macd to turn positive.  Hopefully just a short term shake.  I would try to nab it at .36 or .37.  but if it is set to close below that.  I don't know, probably a sell.  I would think that it would go down and touch the 200 dma then at .28. that would be the ultimate buy target for someone wanting to enter.  But then again we are sitting real close to the 61.8% retracement between the 10/26 low and 11/15 high.  So if you think it's gonna hold here, buy away.  Tough decision though, good luck.

What will this news do to the pps?

HQSM Signs Term Sheet for US $40 Million Loan

SEATTLE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/14/05 -- HQ Sustainable Maritime Industries, Inc. (HQ)
(OTC BB: HQSM) announced today that it has signed a term sheet for a US$40
million loan with a prominent U.S. specialized commercial finance company.
Use of proceeds will include development of greater distribution for HQ
products in the United States, as well as expanded capacity for organic,
toxin-free fish farming and the construction of the Company's
state-of-the-art, toxin-free feedmill in Hainan province, China.

The loan is guaranteed through HQ's financial partnership with Amalgamated
Resources Holdings Inc. (Alps), as announced on October 18, 2005.

Norbert Sporns, CEO of HQSM, said, "This substantial funding supports the
next phase of our growth plan to become the world market leader in
zero-toxin aquaculture. Expanding our toxin-free fish farming capacity and
building an organic feedmill will consolidate our vertical integration and
control of quality throughout our operations in China. We are currently
launching a strong branding, marketing and distribution initiative in the
United States, spearheaded from our new corporate headquarters in Seattle,
Washington. While HQ produces a variety of aquaculture products sold
around the world, our current focus is on the production of farmed tilapia
whose market in the United States is more than $174 million. China is the
world's leading producer of tilapia, the United States is the largest
consumer, and HQ is China's leading exporter of quality tilapia fish
products to the U.S., currently commanding 10 percent of the market."

No assurances can be made that definitive documents will be executed or
that HQ will borrow any or all of the $40 million.

It means their credit is worth more than their market cap.  I'm going to bone up a little.  I remember some kind of loan not too long ago.  I believe that the owners were going to put their shares as collateral as not to dilute the company.  Don't quote me just yet, I'm checking.  Ok the original deal was going to be 70 million,  I guess it could be good news that they only need 40 million now, or it could be bad  that they couldn't get the whole 70.   I think it's probably good.  Back in Oct. and Nov.  we were talking about the fact that 75 million of the 116 or so million o/s are owned by the insiders.  They said they aren't sellin'.  There was also speculation that the true objective in seeking this financing and expansion was to make the AMEX.
If all of this seems to ring true, that leaves a 40 million float,  the strategy is working itself out, and we are one step closer to the Amex.  There was alot of hype on this one a couple months ago.  Bagholders may be fed up and dumping,  I'm still holding - barely.  Just have to wait and see what tomorrow brings.  Good luck.

doesn't look like we're gonna hit that 200 ma.  Alot of selling today

Time to re-examine this one again?
The fundamentals have improved and the chart may (sloppily) be at the bottom of a cup and handle.  Earnings coming out in 2 weeks - expected May 15 2006.
Should show nice growth.  Upbeat CEO.

Feedback anyone?
