CinTel Corp. Expands Business Area to Encompass Online Game Server Solutions

LOUISVILLE, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/30/05 -- CinTel Corp. ("CinTel") (OTC BB: CNCN), a
leader of Internet traffic management solutions, today announced it has
applied for a patent in Korea ('Proxy system for online game server
systems,' Patent Application Number 10-2005-0113944) related to enhancing
the user capacity of online game server and that it will forage into the
game server market based on this competitive advantage. Leveraging its
expertise in real-time processing of massive network traffic and
multi-terabyte data management accumulated while developing products such
as iCache (caching solution), PacketCruz iLog (data management and analysis
solution) and load balancer (web-server load balancing solution), CinTel is
developing a proxy engine for online games and has filed for the above
patent. Online gaming market has grown annually more than 20% in the last
several years and is showing particularly strong growth in Asian countries
such as China, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand, and especially in Korea.

The patent application submitted today by CinTel will dramatically improve
the performance of online game server systems and allow significantly
larger number of simultaneous users and is quite suitable for MMORPG
(Massively
Multi-player Online Role Playing Game). Until now, the success of some
popular MMORPG games was constrained by the limitations of their servers
which restricted the total number of simultaneous users. In particular,
Korea is the undisputed leader in MMORPG, and Korean MMORPG games are the
top hits in those Asian countries. In keeping with this trend toward
MMORPG, major game studios are presenting new MMORPG titles. The most well
known MMORPG success story is probably the 'World of Warcraft' by Blizzard.
As CinTel's prospective patent is expected to dramatically improve the
performance and capacity of the online game servers, CinTel is looking to
develop strategic alliances or relationships with leading online game
companies either through licensing of the patent or sales and supply of the
proxy servers that embed such new technology.

Mr. Sang-Don Kim, the CEO and President of CinTel, says, "Going forward, a
large part of our strategy is to leverage our technology and
know-how garnered from developing products in the internet traffic
management market and to apply them to different business areas. Proxy
servers for online games represent our first such attempt at diversifying
our product mix outside of our core area of business. I am hopeful that
all of the blood, sweat and toil over the last eight years will bear fruit
in the form of a diversified product mix and sales in new business areas.
We will focus and expand on business areas where the need for processing
massive network traffic is the most acute. Aside from proxy servers for
online games, CinTel will soon be able to identify and announce other new
application areas where CinTel's current technology and know-how may be
leveraged into."

setravis,

what are your thoughts on the run since early november...to me, it seems like it has a lot to do with the complete paydown of the money that it owed to Cornell thru' the SEDA agreement. I believe that was a massive effort on part of this tiny company and goes to show how...amongst say 100 companies that are financed by cornell, 90% are eaten alive bcoz they almost bever ever find the funds to pay cornell back....and a few handful of companies, the lukcy ones, the outstanding ones that manage to generate the revenue, do in fact payback Cornell and get out of it's stronghold...leading to - u guessed it - higher, much higher prices.

alos, fundamentally, a lot of good things are going on for this company...especially the recent reiteration of the fact that they'll be able to generate 13 mil in revenues this year thru various contracts.

what is your take on where the price may be headed? today I noticed it took out the 0.27 high from friday...looks like there is a lot of momo building up on this one for a run to $1.00, yes, that's 1 dollar....your thoughts?

thanks!  :)

Made a great run for a penny stock. I would like to think that $1 you speak of is not out of the question. Things sure are bullish. I think the price is headed higher, but we do have to look for pull backs along the way. I find when I am holding a penny,I must keep a day to day watch on it,let the chart do the talking. Myself I have never traded in so many penny stocks until I found this web site. If you can read below from barchart.com.
I will just add the link, that way you will be able to read it.

CinTel Corp.'s $12M-$14M Project Is Delayed

LOUISVILLE, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/20/06 -- On October 26, 2005, CinTel Corp. (OTC BB: CNCN), a leader in Internet traffic management, had made the announcement
that it expected $12M-$14M in contract value to be signed by 2005.
However, today, CinTel announced that due to the request from the
prospective end user that particular project which was obtained in
cooperation with Hyundai HDS has been delayed until year 2006. CinTel had
entered into a strategic alliance relationship with Hyundai HDS in August
2005 with the view of focusing on providing a total solution, including
main storage, for financial institutions. The prospective end user, which
is one of the largest financial institutions in Korea had already used the
solution provided by CinTel-Hyundai HDS alliance on a trial basis, and a
definitive agreement was to be signed before the end of 2005. Due to the
increased number of customers, transactions and database and its search for
greater stability, the prospective end user had been seeking to upgrade its
existing system. However, due to difficulty of (a) the Herculean task of
migrating billions of terabytes of data, and (b) bullet-proofing the system
from failures, the prospective end-user had only a few days ago officially
requested to Hyundai-HDS and CinTel a longer test period to assure itself
of the fail-proof nature of the solution. Essentially, the reason for the
delay in signing the purchase agreement may be said to be due to the
end-user's need to thoroughly test the system's stability, as it is a very
high-profile financial institution. This large project is merely delayed;
the demonstration is going smoothly; the prospective end-user is not
considering any other alternative solution; and CinTel expects to sign the
purchase agreement as soon as the prospective end user becomes completely
assured of the stability of the system.

CinTel Corp. in Consortium With KT Corp. Secures a Significant Kuwaiti Project

LOUISVILLE, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/23/06 -- CinTel Corp. (OTC BB: CNCN), a leader in
Internet traffic management, announced today it has secured and signed a
contract worth approximately US$450,000 for the global system integration
project in four Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. ("HHI"; www.hhi.co.kr)
plants located in Kuwait. CinTel Corp. in consortium with KT Corp
(formerly, Korea Telecom Corp.; www.kt.co.kr) has been contracted to build
the voice, data and network project, including supply of iCache for this
project.

HHI is one of the best and leading heavy industry companies in the world
and is renowned for its shipbuilding and plant construction. To facilitate
seamless communication between the plant construction site in Kuwait and
its headquarters in Ulsan, Korea, the consortium of CinTel and KT will be
providing a communications network using KT's satellite network. HHI has
selected the CinTel/KT consortium for this project to build and maintain
the voice and data communication network.

CinTel will play a vital role in the data network portion's architecture
design and system equipment selection. The Kuwait project will require
establishing a wireless data network of 10Mbps between the Kuwait
headquarters branch office and the four plants, and a satellite network
between the Kuwait branch office and the Ulsan main headquarters. CinTel
will install iCache to dramatically improve the limited network bandwidth
and response time to the Kuwait branch office.

As this is the first time that HHI is establishing its own data network at
a project location, CinTel/KT consortium expects there may be many more
such projects overseas with HHI. This represents the first overseas
project since CinTel and KT began their cooperative working relationship
starting with the National Museum of Korea (www.museum.co.kr) project in
2005. CinTel and KT have demonstrated they have an enviably solid
relationship and expect they will be able to cooperate in many other
projects. Sang-Don Kim, the CEO of CinTel said, "This first major overseas
project with HHI is quite meaningful for CinTel as it targets the overseas
markets as one of the key growth areas for revenues for CinTel. We will
continue to focus on HHI and other overseas projects in conjunction with
KT. In this HHI Kuwait project, CinTel is responsible not merely for
supplying the internet traffic management ("ITM") solution, but also for
the management and building of the entire data network. CinTel will
continue to expand its expertise-base gathered through ITM solutions into
other network solutions."

CEO of CinTel Corp. Commits to Purchase of US$135,000 of CinTel Corp. Shares

LOUISVILLE, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/26/06 -- CinTel Corp. (OTC BB: CNCN), a leader in
Internet traffic management, announced today that Sang-Don Kim, CinTel's
CEO, will purchase approximately US$135,000 of CinTel shares in the open
market within the next sixty days. This purchase will take place
irrespective of the price of the stock and be subject to applicable laws.
The source of funds used to purchase the shares will be Mr. Kim's personal
funds.

Commenting on the stock purchase, Sang-Don Kim said, "This acquisition on
the open market represents my commitment and belief in the future prospects
of CinTel. In my personal view, the recent drop in the share price
substantially undervalues CinTel and is not reflective of the fact that
CinTel is in its best financial and operational health ever. The pipeline
of future sales, despite the delay of the large project for the financial
institution, is very rosy. CinTel offers a very favorable investment
opportunity for any mid- to long-term investor." Mr. Kim continued, "As I
am prevented by U.S. securities laws from making any profits from the sale
of this purchase within a time-period of less than six months, I want to
demonstrate my confidence in the future of CinTel by making this
open-market purchase. I believe the combined strength of our domestic and
overseas projects and the prospective acquisition(s) presents a strong
platform for growth and profits for CinTel. Investors will understand the
fact that the CEO of this company has a very positive long-term view of the
company's prospects."

CinTel Corp., while based in the U.S., has its main business operations in
Korea and provides enterprise technology solutions to deliver faster
