Not good news...bid is at 0.0255 we might test 0.025 today..

Shipman,
Though I like being quoted, I bailed on EYII several weeks ago.  The stench from HYRF was too much for me, and EYII and HYRF are too linked together as the mornings news about product not meeting standard shows.  If you still hold, good luck ... I could not stand the pain.

Thanks Big dog,
I appreciate your skepticism.  I feel it came out in your post.  Your post seemed to be the most thought thru speculation,  and I thought it might be prudent to repost your thoughts.  Thanks for understanding,  and I didn't think you were still holding anyway.   Looks like we're in need of more than luck here, maybe a prayer.
Could this be the doji we've been waiting for?  who knows?

so far we matched 6 months low today that was 0.023. Any thoughts ?

Level 2 showed much buyers at 0.023... .  So many mm at 0.02 at the bid....some one explain ? Meantime we recovered.

Thank you for your inquiry. The first batch of filters delivered in August and early September did not fully meet EYI's product specifications in that they didn't properly remove enough of all of the contaminants MARTI said they would remove. Unfortunately, we can not comment any further.

Well today wasnt too pretty. The symmetrical triangle had a close slightly below the ascending trendline though formed a hammer candlestick wich is a low reliability bullish reversal pattern.

The low of today was met by resitence of the low that was formed on 11/29/05 just before the last rally, as well it retested the top of the descending trendline that price action recently broke through yesterday.

Hopefully tomorrow things will shape up a bit better and bounce off this low like it did on 11/29. If it doesnt. Count me out.

Good luck everyone

EYII should attempt to recover with some magnitude either Friday 12/30 or Tuesday 1/03. If it does not, then I am lost on this one.. The potential of CODE BLUE still looks very positive to me and if we get the initial PO that we all want we will have  multi-bagger here..

I am looking for a close above .033 (that tells me we have seen the bottom) to add to my position..

This came out today from AGORA (hold the shares eom) :)

Dear EYI shareholders,

In our continuing pro-active efforts to keep investors apprised of the most relevant and timely information on EYI Industries and its target markets, AGORA is pleased to present you with this latest Industry Report which demonstrates the need for a product such as the Code Blue™ water filtration system throughout many parts of China.

In the last 40 years China has transformed itself from a rural economy to an industrial giant with a significant presence in the world economy. This rapid transformation has fuelled economic growth that easily outpaces that of most developing countries. China's rapid economic development has exerted a significant toll on its natural resource base, particularly water resources. Inadequate investments in basic water supply and treatment infrastructure have resulted in widespread water pollution.

In China today approximately 300 million rural residents, one-third of the rural population, consume drinking water contaminated with high levels of arsenic, nitrates, animal and human waste that do not meet minimum drinking water quality standards.

This is momentous as EYI has recently entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period in China. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.

AGORA Investor Relations

http://www.shanghaidaily.com/art/2005/12/29/232272/One_third_of_rural_residents_drink_unsafe_water.htm

ABOUT 300 million rural residents, one-third of the rural population, drink unsafe water, a senior official said yesterday.

Of those people, 63 million drink water with too much fluorine, 2 million drink water with arsenic, 38 million drink bitter and salty water, another 190 million drink water with harmful substances and 11 million people in snail fever-affected areas also drink unsafe water, the official said.

Furthermore, close to 22 million people in 318 cities have reported water shortages annually in the past five years due to droughts, said E Jingping, vice minister of water resources. He was attending a national conference on flood control and drought relief in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province.

''It's the top priority of our drought relief work to ensure safe drinking water and safeguard people's health,'' said E, also secretary-general of the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters.
