I've been tracking IMTS for 9 months and today's volume appears that something big is about to be announced.  Of course, this is just speculation.

The company is going to debut it's new, lower price-point simulator in November and already has pre-launch sales.  Also, Brunswick (bowling centers) is trying their simulator on a test basis.

May be worth a look.  Stock is near a 52-week low.

ps Go MMIC.ob!

IMTS.ob - Interactive Motorsports has been extremely boring to hold, but that could change soon.

The long-anticipated product release could occur any day now.  The "SMS Reactor" will be exhibited at the IAAPA EXPO November 16-19.

The PR about the event was released in August!

Keep in mind this is an illiquid stock. So, limit orders only.  I would consider under $.04 a good entry point.

I've been wrong on this one for 10 months (avg down).  Investing was my strategy before I discovered 3StocksOnFire.  However, volume has been increasing and news about new sales is going to be released any day now.

In the last 10Q, the company mentioned that 4 qtr sales would help the company return to profitability (just like last year).

hey Poorman - I'm an IMTS bagholder like you.  My first buy was at 25 cents in Feb 04. Yeah I bought the top :-[. I doubled up my position a few weeks ago at .031. Why not I figured, since the cost to do so was just 300 bucks. I'm warily optimistic about IMTS. Fundamentally, it seems to be a decent little penny. I figure it's a matter of time before it gets a run again. Volume has been percolating a bit of late. I think the drop from around .06 in August to .02 in the past couple months has been bullish, because I have seen many times where a penny stock drops hardest just before it goes on its run.

7 of the past 8 trading sessions have been updays, the other session was an unchanged day.  I will be holding at least to the end of the year.  We should receive news on new Reactor sales any day now.

The best case scenario (which is a stretch) is that Brunswick orders new Reactors to be installed nationwide.

Good luck,

Mediocre new out today.  I don't consider this a huge deal, but it helps.  As mgmt said, they expect to be profitable in the 4th quarter.

Interactive Motorsports Reaps Benefits From IAAPA Show
Thursday January 12, 11:25 am ET

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 12, 2006 -- Interactive Motorsports and Entertainment Corporation (OTC BB:IMTS.OB - News) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Perfect Line, has secured contracts and advances for 18 simulators, including 8 new SMS Reactor simulators, since the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) convention in November of 2005. The announcement came from William R. Donaldson, Chairman and CEO of Interactive Motorsports and Entertainment Corporation.
Four of the new SMS Reactor simulators are scheduled to debut within a mobile experience at Daytona Beach, Florida in February. Another four Reactor simulators have been ordered by Burroughs and Chapin for installation in its NASCAR SpeedParks. A total of ten of the original simulators have been purchased for installation in entertainment complexes, four in Brainerd, Minnesota and six in Kissimmee, Florida.

In addition to the IAAPA orders, three original simulators were installed under a revenue share agreement within the new Bass Pro Outdoor store in Clarksville, Indiana in November.

In rally mode today up 45%.  Be careful, this is an illiquid stock.

Finally our boat has come in!  I have no idea what is driving the stock, but someone or some group is deliberately buying.

I am looking to taking 50% of my holdings off the table at this point.

hey Poorman, that was some nice volume on Friday 1/27 eh? -- 1.9M shares 52wk high for volume.

True dat!

I'm not cashing out yet. It's been about two years since this stock ran so it's time could be coming. It's not a bad little stock fundamentally. I've seen a lot worse on the OTC that is for sure. A profitable quarter could be a catalyst.
