Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. Reports Revenue in Line With Expectations After Merger
SEA GIRT, N.J., Aug. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DDSI), an industry leader that develops products for homeland security, including the supply chain and criminal justice markets, filed its 10QSB for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 this week.

Commenting on the results, DDSI CEO Anthony Shupin said, "We are right on track this quarter. Due to the consummation of the CGM subsidiary in the prior quarter, our revenues have increased 1,182 percent from the same three-month period last year." Shupin added, "Although our losses in the same period increased by 225 percent, we are optimistic that our current growth plan should help us to eliminate unnecessary expenditures and improve that number. DDSI incurred additional expenses due to the acquisition (interest, accounting and legal fees), upgrading the infrastructure and adding sales personnel, which are reflected in those numbers. We are optimistic that our plan to increase sales while carefully eliminating unnecessary expenditures will help us to improve that number."

CGM, acquired by DDSI in March 2005, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Homeland Security products.

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. Subsidiary to Introduce New Products at American Trucking Association Technology Event
Sep 20, 2005 2:42:00 PM
2005 PrimeZone Media Network
SEA GIRT, N.J., Sept. 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CGM Applied Security Technologies, a subsidiary of Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (DDSI) (Pink Sheets:DDSI), an industry leader that develops products for Homeland Security including Supply Chain and Criminal Justice markets, is participating in the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Technology Fall Event being held in Valley Forge, Pa. this week. The ATA is the national voice for the trucking industry and a driving force in effecting positive change for the industry and America. CGM will be presenting information about its innovative Trucklock 1130(R) and TS4A(R) tractor brake lock products.

"The protection of unattended cargo in the supply chain requires secure and cost-effective basic theft protection and our products meet those needs for the trucking industry," said Anthony Shupin, chairman and CEO of DDSI. "Unattended cargo moves freely throughout the United States at the rate of over approximately 40 million cargo shipments daily and we, as a nation, need to address this as part of our standard plan for Homeland Security."

The Trucklock 1130 is a permanent installation on the trailer using common standard replacement parts. It requires no external power source and can only be activated once the trailer is at rest. There is no new technology or process for the driver to learn. This simple and easy-to-use system allows total security over the trailer when on the road or unattended in the yard.

The TS4A tractor brake lock device ensures that a rig will not be stolen when left unattended. The unique design of the TS4A allows the driver to simply engage the lock, which basically cuts the air line from the tractor to the air brakes both in the tractor, and if hooked up, to the trailer through its unique and proven effective locking system. The device is compatible with any air brake system and modifications are available for most tractor models used in the United States.

ACCORDING TO THE "NOBO" SHEET, THERE IS A REAL CONNECTION BETWEEN DDSI AND SAUDI ARABIAN TRADERS.  THE SAUDI ARABIAN FACTOR IS REAL. IT IS INFORMATION REPORTED ON THE "NOBO" SHEET, A SERVICE THAT DDSI SUBSCRIBES TO THAT TRACKS WHO IS BUYING AND SELLING AND WHO CURRENTLY OWNS SHARES IN THE COMPANY. TRANSFER AGENTS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP TRACK OF COMPANY OWNERSHIP FOR ALL SECURITIES AND THEIR FINDINGS ARE PRINTED ON THE "NOBO" SHEET

DDSI OUSTANDING SHARES ARE 623 MILLION

623,000,000 X .0006 = $374,000 CURRENT VALUE OF COMPANY

PROJECTED SALES IN 2006----$10,000,000

STOCK IS UNDERVALUED BY A FACTOR OF 10 OR MORE IN MY OPINION

CGM HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 1977, THEY AREN'T GOING OUT OF BUSINESS ANY TIME SOON

PATIENCE WILL BE REWARDED

PEOPLE WILL BE SAYING "GEE, I SHOUDA BOUGHT THAT STOCK WHEN IT WAS CHEAP".

IT'S CHEAP NOW

Non-Residue, Tamper-Evident, Self-Voiding Seals Introduced by DDSI's CGM Applied Security Technologies
>SEA GIRT, N.J., Feb. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- With a range of applications across industries which require tamper-detection solutions without leaving residue on the items it protects -- from trailer doors, pharmaceutical packaging and aircraft to impounded vehicles -- hi-tech NO-REZ adhesive seals are self-voiding and available in blue, red and an array of other colors, even when purchased in small lots.

Introduced by CGM Applied Security Technologies, Inc., a unit of Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc., these units are a true breakthrough in safeguarding valuable items inexpensively.

"For items potentially subject to tampering that require protection without damage, NO-REZ is the solution," says CGM Applied Security Technologies President Erik Hoffer. "Users can safeguard their valuable items inexpensively without worrying about them becoming stained by residue upon removal. And for the many shippers who wish to employ a system of color-coding, there's an excellent selection of color options."

Particularly when used in conjunction with a properly sealed shipping container, NO-REZ seals cannot be tampered with without leaving behind indisputable evidence; specifically, the message "VOID OPEN VOID" appears across the seal itself. Yet, the seal leaves behind absolutely no residue, thus eliminating the need for clean-up.

The evidence provided by NO-REZ can be invaluable in informing inspectors and owners that a break-in or breach has occurred. The seals can also play a vital role in greatly reducing the likelihood of dangerous devices or substances being stowed away in shipping containers without being detected by authorities.

Printable and easily adaptable to die cutting, NO-REZ seals can be used with most conventional label dispensing devices. In addition, they can be used in conjunction with other sealing products as an exterior laminate to provide both visual and functional protection.

About five percent of overseas cargo currently transported into the United States is protected by some type of tamper-evident product, and use of such tapes and seals is a mainstay of shippers dealing with electronics, clothing and pharmaceuticals.

Other NO-REZ applications include single-use decals (like parking validation labels and illegally parked stickers) and seals for data ports, envelopes and documents.
