GNTA continued to gain today with nice volume, but TGB finally took profit.

And how about INSM?  Nice gain today.  I am looking for a little more buy indicators to show.   ;)

GNBT resistance of $1.64 broken in 30 minutes!

Could today be considered as a "mini profit taking" for GNBT?  There was early market open dip with quick recovery followed by morning long drop with afternoon gain.

Resistance of $1.64 was reached early and was attempted again in the afternoon's trading.  New resistance is at $1.72 with support at $1.38.  BTW, 52 week high of $1.54 was broken yesterday.  http://quotes.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=gnbt
Trading volume remained high at almost 11 mil compared to 3 month average of 3.5 mil.

RSI (14) is above 70, so I must approach each trading day by day and look out for profit taking.  But the anticipation for Friday's meeting with FDA may continue to push the price up.

As anticipated, looks like profit taking day for HOM.

Ok, let's look at INSM more closely.  More buy indicators today.  Almost bought at $2.25 this morning, but wanted to see what happened in the afternoon.

Today's trading volume of 1.7 mil is lower than 3 month average of 2.6 mil.  I would like to see more increase in volume.

How about monitoring FNSR for rebound?

Good evening LL,
THanks for the posts, I did jump into INSM today at 2.25, i was never in GNBT but watched and learned...  Be careful with HOM i only sold 1/3, i believe that this will hit 6+ by earnings (around feb 14) there will be a dip but i believe that if there is a significant dip it will be short lived.  On the other end if it makes it over 6.25 i will take another 1/3 off and hold the last 3rd.

FNSR does not look as appealing to me... more thoughts??  SVA has more potential to rebound in my eyes, the next 2 days should confirm on your template if it is to happen need some volume there

I am excited about SMTX and NWD this week...  Target for each is 2.50 range...  GLTY cheers joe

Thanks for the comments joet.

That's the "neat" aspect of this world of stock trading.  There are tens of thousands of stocks to trade.  And you don't evern have to trade at all.  If you have any concerns at any time, you can continue monitoring "on paper" or sell if you are holding shares.  You should only buy any stock if you are "comfortable" with the buy.  No one is holding a gun to our head to buy any stock.  The decision to buy any stock or not is absolutely ours to make.  ;)

You can always buy back shares or if it doesn't work out, or you can pursue another stock(s).

And that was the objective of this MB thread after all - to learn and continue to "evolve" so that we can all be more effective stock traders.

Good morning,

I've been getting ready for the trip out of town this weekend, so I will do a concise post and probably won't be able to post until late Sunday or Monday holiday.

As anticipated, profit taking for GNBT (sure looks like we are following the 3-4 day gain cycle - then rebound should return next trading day?).  HOM had a small rebound, but continuing profit taking this morning.  INSM and FNSR had a nice rebound also.  TGB is resuming its gain while GNTA continues to sell off.

According to template, INSM looks to continue gaining until RSI approaches 70-80+ again.

Have a nice valentine's day everyone.

camaaron,

If you had followed this MB thread, you would have sold GNTA as RSI hit 70-80+.  Unless sell indicators move to the buy indicator column, there may be more selling before GNTA rebounds.

Good evening, just returned from our weekend trip.

Nice gain day for GNBT with HOM rebounding also.  Generex meeting with FDA fueled the price gain jump.  I also noticed GNBT on CNBC ticker this morning.

Gotta unpack, so I will keep this short.

Good evening,

Will GNBT resume its gain and what will happen to HOM?

Good morning,

Will GNBT rebound?.  NVAX and INSM may be rebounding as well.  NVAX gain may be due to PR release, so look for short-term profit taking http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=NVAX  Also, GNTA rebounding.

I am watching RHEO for rebound also.

If RHEO does rebound now, it may be a steady gain as RSI climbs back to 70-80+.  Perhaps RHEO may be a good mid-term candidate?
