G's Place has been closed for renovations. Apparantly a water pipe burst and there was extensive flooding on the message board   EliteG has moved to G's Place II, but the problem is it's a studio apartment. There isn't any room there for the rest of us   All are welcome to hang here at Luke's Place until G's Place reopens. Help yourself to anything in the frig. Hopefully the water damage at G's Place is not so bad and it can reopen this week.

Dispensing with the analogies, I don't see the problem with Saturday and Sunday being an open forum to say whatever. During the week I understand the desire to focus on the market. It's not so necessary on weekends IMO. And read-only threads have little appeal to me, as pontification doesn't float my boat. So hopefully Luke's Place can be a forum for the G Place Gang while G's Place is being repaired. Maybe EliteG himself will post here!

hey SuperG - no smite required! I didn't pay to see it. My brother is a manager at a theater so I saw it for free. Good thing too as it was terrible!

Any good penny plays out there today? I need a quick winner next week to make me forget the gapping I took from DIET. NIHK looks like it could be good next week. The only other penny on my OTC watchlist that's having a decent day is HRAI, but looks like it could just be a dead cat bounce.

Good thing EliteG got out of SEVI. That one never appealed to me. Gap ups that don't open above a previous high will usually fill the gap in my experience. On the chart it looks like the gap was filled the day it gapped, but there's a bad data point there - a false low.

GZFX is starting to move. Circuit City deal news next week.

I haven't researched any fundamentals...just looking for new highs and big volume.  I've been going back thru G's old posts to get a better idea of his criteria.  I'm not sure why he sticks with pennies but anyway, I know he loves volume and breaks of recent highs.

MEDC, AFOP, SVVS.

Personally, I like AFOP the best...lowering volume in pullback/consolidation, new 52 week highs in the last week.

I guess MEDC is technically the only penny but they all were recently.  If MEDC would pullback to about .75...

I like the recent volume action of all these.  Somebody with better technical knowledge than I might choose to comment further.

watch Glif.ob next week chart is ready again....came down from 0.085 to support 0.025. We bottomed out since november at 0.02. This is a multi bagger. Without or with stockster.

MEDC is suspect for the short term just because of this Stockster pick-who are these people anyway, no TA or Fundementals just buy and bail, might be Ok for a scalp but I would be pissed if they mention any stock I am long in-immediate sell flag on any weakness.

SVVS- I would love to go out partying with these guys footing the bill but I don't see settling with Am EX as a positive. The fact that the CEO pulled his little stunt speaks volume about this companies attitude to shareholders-the trust is broken!

I think the next month is going to be critical to the markets-bird flu spreading or an attack on Iran will set the stage.

I am staying at cash for now with a short swing or daytrade thrown in. I have gone so far as pulling my money out of my brokerage and transfering cash as needed. Been locked out before and not interested in repeating that. Hope I am wrong and the bull market continues.
