Lehman (LEH) raised their price target on DO this morning from $59.50 to $72.00.  They must have looked at your nice chart.    Applause.

I wanted to say it right away but Lehman Bros raising their target today means a client is unloading.  Doesnt mean it wont go up...but had lil chance today.

Ain't it the truth!  I felt that way on May 27 when Merrill Lynch (MER) came out with their "Steel Stocks Are a Steal."  I fgured that they had alot to dump on the market   

JPMorgan (JPM) downgraded the steels on Friday from overweight to equal weight.  If they've been overweighted the sector during this horrific selloff in the steels, and only now downgrade the steels, we must be nearing a bottom.
