ouch  :-[

but I cant leave this yet.. too much volume.. I have to wait it out and go with my instinct on this one but its easier for me to say because my entry was .42.  I hope this is a huge shakeout by MMs that were not prepared for yesterdays breakout.

I agree the volume is what makes this continue to be interesting (even for me though I am down big) since volume on the uptrend was about equal to that of the downtrend, and we are now at essentially the same volume traded yesterday.  A base does seem to have been formed here for now, and on my 3 minute chart hints at cupping upward.

The story is amazing if true, a compound that can kill various influenza viruses on contact and appears to be ingestible as well.  Only AVII had such a silver bullet story until now, but they had no disinfectant, so this story would possibly trump the AVII story.

That is very true -- if there is any truth to this study, then this stock will sky-rocket.
I am always skeptical of OTC stocks with a miracle cure though...  Almost sounds too good to be true, because if they can kill bird-flu, then were looking at a 20-bagger here on hype alone.

I believe those numbers were losses, not profit, so in fact the numbers are improving!

Here is the press release:
-----------------------------------------
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2006--Patricia Gruden, President/CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB:EFSF - News), announced today that eFoodSafety.com, Inc. has completed its product formulations on what it calls the "Total Solution" to the potential Bird Flu pandemic. eFoodSafety's Citroxin formulation has definitively proven in independent laboratory testing to eliminate the H9N2 virus, which is the surrogate organism used in all laboratory testing for the Bird Flu, on both hard and porous surfaces.

eFoodSafety's Citroxin formulation can be sprayed on bird cages and hen houses without it being harmful to animals or humans in surrounding areas if ingested.

Humans who have contracted the H5N1 virus, commonly known as Bird Flu, can rely on eFoodSafety's Citroxin O2 formulation, an ingestible product that the company believes will prove to have dramatic effects on the Bird Flu virus. The Citroxin O2 formulation is currently undergoing human clinical trials on the Influenza Viruses A and B, however testimonials from humans who have taken the product with influenza-like symptoms indicate very promising results.

The company further reports that interest in the Citroxin formulations from large multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical corporations has been very encouraging and anticipates pursuing all opportunities presented.

"It is eFoodSafety's contention that these two products can prevent the spread and effectively treat the potential pandemic Bird Flu virus. We anticipate the product will soon be ready for mass production and distribution," stated Mrs. Gruden.
---------------------------------------------

The bold statements are, well, pretty bold!  I guess I am willing to ride this out a bit longer since I never had the chance to be in on the ground floor of NVAX, GNBT, etc. moves.  My downside is now limited and worst case, my EMFP has already taken care of losses here so far.

LOL, I am a newbie too, its all a question of degrees.  And we all make mistakes at all levels.  Even Warren Buffet took a big hit on his dollar trade.

Gave you an applaud to get you out of negative points land.  Now if I can just get out of negative return for this stock LOL!

Indeed - very bold.  It would be a lot of fun if this is the next big mover, I am in at $0.45.
The true test will be if/when they start to distribute this cure >> "We anticipate the product will soon be ready for mass production and distribution," stated Mrs. Gruden."
I just don't know what their definition of "soon" is.... 1 month?  4 months?  1 year?

Yes, that part of the language is rather vague.  But the more I think about it, if it can stop h5N1 by being ingestible, then even a year away is probably fine timing because all the vaccine companies would need at least a few months to figure out the exact vaccine for a human to human transmission, and even then you need to inject it!  If this Citroxin O2 forumulation takes out influenza in general (again, like AVII) but is edible rather than injectable, wow.

A bunch of ifs for now, but if I was in at 0.45 like you and Elite, I would definitely be holding no question.  I am in at .55  :'(

Ok....im not sure if this is a valid point or not that someone on another board is making but the statement in the article is:

"definitively proven in independent laboratory testing to eliminate the H9N2 virus, which is the surrogate organism used in all laboratory testing for the Bird Flu, on both hard and porous surfaces."
The point is..its the H5N1 virus that we are concerned about, and hasn't all testing in labas by other companies been done on the H5N1 and not the surrogate H9N2? thats the posters point, she thinks its a pr wording that has eluded everyone into believing its a concrete cure. So, not sure if this warrants any thought or not, but something perhaps to scrutinize a bit. Just decided to point it out becasue perhaps it does have something to do with the large pullback...glta

So...please reread and see if there is any validity to her claims or is it still a viable n/r...i have no idea..lol.

I sold my position yesterday at close.

AIDO also had avian news mid morning....its up now, but had a good pullback...also had insider buys in the last couple of months...may want to keep it on watch...or G do u have any comments on it?

Also, AEGCF and RBCV announced merger news and they are both up larger...not sure how much more they can go, but they both came from very low lying previous pps.

Any comments G always appreciated.

Well said, applaud. This is one of the biggest reasons why I don't buy OTC stocks. They are usually not on the up and up and are very manipulated.Good Luck if your in.

Julia,

These are good points I am considering them myself, I admit there is much that is vague in the PR.  But as far as humans and H5N1, the company is actually making the boldest statement I have yet to have heard about a potential cure for H5N1 in humans:

"Humans who have contracted the H5N1 virus, commonly known as Bird Flu, can rely on eFoodSafety's Citroxin O2 formulation"

Every other company that I can remember has only really tested in lab rats, etc. so far, though human trials are planned.

But what is vague is how they expect it will cure humans, they seem to base it on testamonials, and perhaps on their Influenza A and B trials.  But they seem to suddenly have a PR department that is working overtime in the last week, I expect they will keep at it and explain more...
