Nighthawk Systems Announces Additional Sales

NEW JERSEY March 23, 2006-- Nighthawk Systems Inc. (OTCBB:NIHK), a leading provider of intelligent wireless power control and emergency notification products, announced today that it has received an order for 3 boxes of Thin Mints to help support the CEO's neices Girl Scout Troop and has sold 4 candy bars to support the cleaning ladies sons' baseball team.

These sales are as worthless as all the other actual sales that don't seem to help the share price but the company likes to release the info anyway.

Local bagholders were overheard saying"What the F?" and "I can't believe the CEO couldn't sell some Caramel Delights, those things are awesome"

Stay tuned for more on this breaking story.

Hilarious, Supergeek.  :D
I'm still in too, with 50,000 shares.
Down about $1600, an average of 24%.
Unloaded 70,000 mid January and 20,000 3/2 to reduce risk and for small profit.
Very glad I did, but still hoping for recovery.
Trying to keep a sense of humor.   :)

I'm still here too, catrader. I'm going to sit tight for a while. If we breach .08 I may reconsider and sell at least part of my holdings. Sitting on 50k shares.

Hi guys

I'm bagholder too- 32k @.125

today nice rebound but on no volume. MACD, Slow STO and ADX- negative( not to say -very)
CCI and MFI turning north.
Too much resistance above

Checked their finances- all negative plus big dept, but that info all up to Nov 2005.
Nothing could find later. Last Q report should be in Feb 2006. Last Annual report was on )04/15/2005

Called the company-the person who could answer my questions gonna be back in several days.
Wander, if they call me back

But, if you check news- since Dec 2005 they got many contracts and orders. That should be in Feb Q repot- but no report

The bottom line- nothing promicing
The last support @0.08 is not a real support because was on  no volume

Need to sell, but with this one can't force myself to do it

Sad

I'm taking a chance, but I loaded up the boat with shares of NIHK on monday in my ROTH IRA @ .085. as well as still holding shares @ .12. I like what they sell. I work for a Large Fire dept. in Missouri on a Hook and Ladder company and benifit from and know the importance of the systems. They sell "low cost" alerting systems for firehouses. With the financial cut backs large and small cities are being forced to make, as well as my city, they will flock to companies like Nighthawk when they need updated alerting systems.

Maybe just change this topic to "bagholders" and everyone can bitch about the crappy penny stocks they are stuck with.  I once owned at ton of shares in a stock that traded 2000 shs a day - whenever I sold some, the price would drop 10%!

But in 5 years, when NIHK is at .15, we will all be looking back and laughing about this

Wait!   BREAKING NEWS.......................

Nighthawk will now be offering Doritos in their vending machines (not the one in the lobby, the one by the Men's room).....film at 11.

Now where's the sob who convinced me to buy this stock.........

dhiraj19

News alert: Dont smite me, as I know many are pissed with this share like me.. I just wanted to let others know what I read. ( should be applauded  ;) )

Continuing snowcat's story: Doritos found their way to alabama.  ;D

Rickjust's chart shows a Liquid Pattern. I might throw some coin at it next week.
GO IN THAT HOUSE OF PAIN THAT YOU SEEM TO WANT TO BE IN, BUT GET AWAY FROM ME.  I'M TRYING TO WORK, DAMMIT.

Still holding my shares at a pps  of .139...and waiting it out...still hoping for the best :)

So...is the .08 seen twice on the charts here considered a double bottom...not sure if a certain time frame is required to make it a true db.  If so, how well does that indicate that a possible healthy move north is due?  As i'm wondering if i should add to my position to avg. down.

thanks
