RV, did you buy ???  ;)

REAL, i actually had a limit at .21, then pulled it cause i got skeered....thought it might pull back more due to the buying strength the last few days.  i sprained my knee, kicking my ass all morning...may wait til the end of the week to buy in now, or just take it off my streamer, but it sure is fun to watch.

New out...slightly gapping this am....up on the berlin exchange.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2006--
Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM) today
announced its receipt of an order from Ethanol Africa for the use of
Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) at Ethanol
Africa's new Bothaville, South Africa ethanol production facility.
Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract
high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried
grain ("DDG"). Veridium's technology has the capability of removing up
to 75% of the corn oil from within the DDG in two stages.
The first stage extracts 1.1 to 1.3 million gallons per year and
corresponds to about 30% of the corn oil in the DDG for a 40 million
gallon per year facility. The second stage of the Veridium technology
recovers another 30% to 45% of the corn oil in the DDG, corresponding
to another 1.2 to 2.2 million gallons of corn oil per year out of a 40
million gallon per year ethanol facility. 3 million gallons per year
of high grade corn oil converts to 3 million gallons per year of
biodiesel. This equates to a 7% increase in fuel production out of a
40 million gallon per year ethanol facility, and a significant
increase in plant productivity out of the plant's existing
infrastructure.
The new Ethanol Africa order is for the first stage of Veridium's
technology and the system is expected to be installed in line with the
onset of operations at Ethanol Africa's new Bothaville, South Africa
ethanol production facility later this year. Ethanol Africa is
headquartered in Bothaville, South Africa, and intends to build eight
40 million gallon per year ethanol production facilities.
"Rising fuel prices and greenhouse gas emissions are global
issues, and we are hopeful that this order will be our first of many
such international orders for our ethanol process technologies," said
David Winsness, chief executive officer of Veridium's industrial
design division. "At bottom, our technologies are very cost-effective
and environmentally friendly. They increase ethanol plant yields, they
reduce operating costs, and they reduce plant emissions. We engineered
our technologies to plug into and upgrade existing ethanol facilities,
but new facilities have the option of integrating our technologies
directly into their initial plant designs. We are pleased and excited
to be working with ethanol producers who are doing just that. Ethanol
Africa is progressive company and we are grateful for the opportunity
to work with them on their first and future ethanol facilities."

SOME NEWS................

Veridium Receives Order for Tornado Generator Technology
Monday April 24, 8:00 am ET

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 24, 2006--Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) today announced its receipt of an order from a petrochemical company for the use of Veridium's patented Tornado Generator(TM) technology.

While the terms of the order and the specific details are required by Veridium's client to remain confidential, the technology will be generally used to enhance the operating efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of conventional oil extraction and refining operations. Veridium expects that this order is a prelude to more orders from this client for numerous additional Tornado Generator(TM) systems that are designed for this application.

Veridium has granted exclusive right of first refusal manufacturing rights to INSEQ Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INSQ - News) for the manufacturing of the equipment required to implement Veridium's technologies. INSEQ is expected to manufacture the current Tornado Generator(TM) system in addition to Veridium's eight previously announced Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) and two DAF Recycling Systems(TM) over the course of this year.

Veridium and INSEQ are respectively 70% and 80% owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News) whose mission is to develop and support clean companies and technologies that facilitate the efficient use of natural resources and catalyze transformational environmental gains.

nice lookin' chart, eh fellahs?? 8)

I see a nice "g" pattern formation...break of $0.32 should take this higher.

lots of room for RSI and stochastics to move up.

Long term investments are short-term investments that have gone wrong.

rv

up...down...up...down...up....

anyone playing this on a regular basis.  it seems to rise 5%-7% a day and drop the same...man, i'd be rich if i could trade in hindsight.

rv

anyone see any more selling going on, it looks like it's bouncing off the reisistance @ .30, and to me, it looks like most of the selling was last week on Wed/Thurs.  any thoughts on this conclusion?  i bought in at .27, thinking that all of the selling was thru...

vic666

RV,

sit back, relax and enjoy the run up....as I said yesterday, $0.32 is first resistance, but in all likelihood, it's gonna be ripped out  >:D

this is going higher... ;)

check out this 10 day, gourly chart....perfect ascent...with support at the ascending trendline...very methodical and reliable stuff.... :)

Thanks Vic, and your advice is about 30 min. late....played $10k on it for about an hour and made an 11% profit.  i know that's small potatoes, but i couldn't bare for it to go down my buy order, so i sold w/ a profit....if it's still around .30 at the end of the week, i'll buy back in...i really like this stock (and the entire ethanol sector)....applaud Vic...

vic666

sorry RV...am at work and just got off for lunch...and sorry about the chart....was bigger than 250 KB and have no time to play around.

applauds to you on making a quick grand....smart trading...as they say..."It's always a good day, as long as you have a green day"!!

Enjoy your day!  :)

vic666

ok..time for full disclosure again....

just sold my 50K shares at $0.30....bought in at $0.27 yesterday. (didn;t quite like the sudden high vol. drop by GSHF...may not be much...but I'm lerning to follow technicals first and ask questions later....unlike in the past, when I used to justify a position I held). those still long....good luck...VRDM is a great stock so far...$0.32 break will be real good...watch out for that.

i'm evaluatijng NMKT as we speak....looks tempting to buy in before it blows up.

anyway, gotta get back to work again....adios!  ;)
