Browsing the 10k I am forced to reduce my description of INSQ from "junk" to "excrement" Nothing like a steaming turd to freshen the portfolio! >:D  A quick synopsis from the company's description and risk factors:

INSEQ holds two inactive subsidiaries related to its former online dating businesses: Incode Corporation, Intrance Corporation
Ethanol and online dating. Oh the synergies!! Nice to know if the ethanol thing doesn't work out they can fall back on their former business model.

There is substantial doubt concerning our ability to continue as a going concern.
Oh don't be such a Debbie Downer!

We may be unable to satisfy our current debts.
Sounds like my brother's situation with his credit cards

We lack capital to fund our operations.
I had the same problem when I went to buy the Seattle Seahawks

Our use of percentage of completion accounting could result in a reduction or elimination of previously reported profits.
Who needs profits?

It is impossible to say that the market price on any given day reflects the fair value of INSEQ, since the price sometimes moves up or down by 50% or more in a week's time
You mean it ain't a blue chip?

lucas...lol! most of those lines you copied down are part of the general disclaimers that come along with an annual/quarterly filing...especially with pink sheeters, BB stocks...

anyways...I ain;t sure if you are long on this one...but just wait for the bubble to burst before selling...the bubble is just now swelling on the ethanol plays...haven;t read into INSQ, except that it's part of Greenshift's portfolio of companies...but Veridium has more value as a company in my opinion.

i'm long greenshift, but also realize that these are BB stocks...so stay in these as long as ethanol stays on the airwaves...kinda like the bird flu sector recently, and then the chinese stocks, etc.

good luck fellah!  ;)

do you all think it will hit $1.00 or more? the recent price increase is relatively small when you look at the two and three year charts and the macd is not even discernable.  this stock is just now hitting other bulletin boards as a buy recommendation. will it make us all millionaires if we hold for a year or so (ethanol is going to be big, midwest area, south america and archer daniel midland already in it) or will it break all our hearts like amre?

Rockwithit

I am in in the .0034 range
i just read the 10q and now expect to see a gap up in am
then a sell off

I figure the cats out fo the bag, and feel smart money will take it off the table and switch into the ipo that is due...

Your post is a bad sign. When rookies come out of the woodwork asking if a stock that traded at 15/100 of a penny a week ago will hit $1, a return of 67000%, it usually is indicative the stock is near a top. I'm sorry if this post comes across offensive, but I feel compelled to be a straight shooter here. Maybe it will help you in your trading evolution. When I see a post like that, it is a sign to me that the dumber money has entered the picture. I say dumber because most of the money that's currently flowing into INSQ is already dumb money. That includes me. I bought the open on Monday. But I'll play the part of the blonde if it will make me a quick buck. A $1 stock price in a year? Please. Be reasonable. That would be a market cap of $5 Billion for a company with 2005 revenues of $2.4M.

lol...watch this rip out the gate 2morrow

Lucas Scott

So much for ripping out of the gate. It did give us a nice gap up though and I sold at the open for .0098. The 10Q, Rookie Rex's post, and dmxbr's latest pump all made me nervous about continuing to hold.  I think we see a retrace to .003 or .004. From there it could set up for a rally to new highs.
