Dear member,

We have the pleasure to invite you to www.otcbbcoverage.com

OTCBBcoverage is a new project, managed by David Randolph (writing under his real name: «César Borja»). The project is still at an early stage, and its goal is to be an important source of knowledge exchange for OTCBB stocks.

Best regards !

Very Interesting ... David (Cesar) always mentioned there wasn't enough information on OTCBB stocks to make an informed decision.  Now I guess he is doing something about it.
ALL THE BEST wishes to you in your new venture !!!!

I didn't realize you guys were using pseudonyms. Ramsburg - is Ramsburg your real name? Is David/Cesar actually Cesar Borja the Latin singer?

Hmmm... I guess someone has to say it.  After looking over David's new site and admiring his analysis skill on his picks, I have to ask one question.  Isn't this the stuff we paid for here at 3SOF?  ???  Rams, G and Michael are doing a great job here but it was David's stock picks and continued analysis that I paid for last year, only to see him bail out of 3SOF to start another service?  What gives?  David leaves with hardly any explanation and now shows up somewhere else with the same services that he should be providing here.  Can someone explain this to me?

Hi Basonista,

I guess there is some kind of confusion here: 3SOF is a portfolio managing service, we buy and sell with pre-defined trading plans, daily newsletter with instructions, etc. OTCBBcoverage is a completely different concept, it's not a stock picking site neither a portfolio managing service it's a knowledge base for OTCBB stocks / OTCBB community site.

And David didn't leave 3SOF, we all still discuss plays but this is a project cesar has wanted to do for some time. Something «extra» 3SOF, but that could be useful to our T2T concept.

I'm not sure what can I explain more about that, but I think that's a positive thing to have this new OTCBB site.

Calm down Basonista.  To me this appears to be a positive move.  G, Michael and Rams have been doing a great job managing 3SOF daily while allowing David (Cesar) to pursue finding undervalued gems.  Lets see what develops.  After all 3SOF is a work in progress with some wonderful investors/ people.

GLTA.

The number of stock advice sites out there is overwhelming. Just this week we've had the launch of Fous' **********.net and David's OTCBBCoverage.com. I'd have to quit my day job to keep up with all of them!

Thanks for your response, Ramsburg.  I agree 100% that this site that David has started is a good thing.  Anything that helps us understand and get a more intelligent view point on OTC stocks has to be good!

And don't worry, there is no confusion on the purpose of 3SOF as compared to OTCBBcoverage.  I signed up for 3SOF last summer knowing exactly what I was buying - mostly stock picking advice from you and David but also the expertise of SO many of our posters here as well as this great community.  I guess what bothers me the most about this, and please let me know if I missed something pertaining to this, is that one day David was doing the analysis (posts) on the stocks in the portfolio and all of a sudden, he wasn't.  No explanation other than for personal reasons.  My thoughts (and I'm sure many) were that something horrible had happened in his life - death in the family, personal illness, divorce, etc. and I was willing to accept that for whatever reason, he was no longer able to take such an "active" role in 3SOF.  Again, please let me know if I missed something that updated us on his reasons for his "departure".  I know he is still part of the team and has input into the stocks that are picked and I appreciate this.  But now he is doing what I paid him to do here, on another website.  I can see that I am in the minority here but I don't like this and I don't have to like this.  His coverage on CHID, I want to see here.  His coverage on NMKT, GSHF, PKCY, etc. I want to see here.  This is part of what I paid for.

Now, with that said, I also feel that 3SOF is stronger now with the addition of Michael and EliteG.  These guys are really outstanding and I look forward to reading their posts everyday.  And the contributions of people like Melf, SE, la-onda, Terlisa(o), Lucas, Wrangler, Aussie, etc, etc can't be beat.  I will continue my membership with 3SOF, even with the more "limited" role that David has taken.  This is a great service and I am happy to be a member of 3SOF.

Basonista is right and there is no possibility of him being wrong in this matter. I too am a happy member of this site but this situation was not exactly handled right. We have all been very lucky that the transition has been successful but as paying members we were left in the dark. The positives in this situation have outweighed the negatives which I am very grateful. You guys are doing a great job and I guess the real point of this note is that I really hope it continues. That shake down was a little frightening but as it is often said around here that the site is in development.

Thanks

uc.

I haven't registered at OTCBBCoverage but I have gotten a few emails from them. How do I opt out of that? I don't think OTCBB should be spamming those who haven't registered with them. The initial email was cool that introduced the website, but now we should be able to decide individually if we're interested in receiving daily updates from them.
