I think $0.85 - $0.90 should provide some support, below that and it could be as low as $.70 before we find support.

I would like to see a reverse here and a close above $.90 today.

CHID has broken every support indication that I could reason.  I would hate to see all of the profit evaporate.  Should not we place a stop here in the $0.80s to protect what profit we have left?

capricho

Got out...can't stand the pain of seeing profits evaporate. I'll wait until next week to see about getting back in at a lower support level.

Hi,

Another sell off, we are now at .90 support. Should with a stop in case soemthing doesn't act right??

thanks
rafael :)

Hi Merixafa,

We are using no stop on this trade. We believe this selling is normal behavior for this kind of moves, and we expect to see CHID going much higher than the recent highs.
A stop price on such a volatyle stock could just compromise our position like happened before (XING for example).

Patient will be the key factor for this trade ;)

Now we are at .84-.85. Is this still a normal behavior?

please update.
Thanks
Rafael :)

so there are a lot of potential buyers asking: «when do I have the chance to pick CHID again below $0.90 ?»... I'm not a futurologist, but the perfect answer to this question would be another question: «For how long would be possible to buy CHID below $2.00 ?» ;)  >:D

So, all these buyers can now buy CHID under $.90 now -- of course, I would expect to see a surge in volume soon, if there really are a lot of buyers wanting in at these low prices.

I think the general market woes and the fact it's friday and we just had a huge run, has caused the depression on CHID -- I would say that when/if optimism resumes (hopefully next week) Chid will be back over a dollar.  (god I hope so!)

Yikes, if it goes to .82 I'm out too.  At the risk of going down with the Titannic, I'll have to find a life raft, dress as a woman, and call myself Charlotte.

Hello,

It's always hard to see nice profits going down like this... But its all part of this activity, and we should look at this naturally.

But the General market is weak... Everyone must play their risk accordingly, but for us at 3SOF Portfolio with 6.66% per stock we wish to hold CHID further as we believe this is just a side effect of this dip on the market and general short term pessimism.
Some stocks are not for monitoring every little movement... that is how we feel on CHID right now. CHID started to go up because it was under valuated, and the market noticed about that, nothing has changed on CHID's expectations and under valuation, so we look this big dip as an excellent buying opportunity (not selling signal, I actually bought a few more shares to my private portfolio at 0.86 few minutes ago).

We were looking to $0.90 as the perfect support, but with this general pessimism, especially on a Friday, many traders decided to closed positions before the weekend, making this $0.90 barrier to be moved to the .81/.82 level.

Off course, this is our opinion, we may be wrong, and anybody uncomfortable with our current strategy on CHID is free to disagree and take profits out of the table ;)

Best regards !

thank god i wasn't stopped out, 6% gain today!

Nice rebound today!   Let's hope we can close near the HOD.  Having a nice white hammer on a down friday could be considered bullish.

Lets see some william wallice actions!!!

From Wikipedia, "On 23 August 1305, following the trial Wallace was removed from the courtroom, stripped naked and dragged at the heels of a horse to Smithfield Market. He was drawn and quartered, strangled by hanging but released near death, emasculated, eviscerated, beheaded, then divided into four parts (the four horrors) at the Elms in Smithfield. His head was placed on a pike atop London Bridge, which was later joined by the heads of his brother, John, and Sir Simon Fraser. His limbs were displayed, separately, in Newcastle, Berwick, Stirling, and Perth."

beroz - You must have shorted CHID ;)
