Chid is continuing to decline - I bought in higher and am looking to exit in the .70's if it continues to slide.

I would like to be in when the first acquisition is announced, but CHID could be much lower before that happens.

Any thoughts on CHID's TA?

Thanks!

dbryan, here is my take on CHID's action.  I wish I would have seen this earlier but the chart below shows the recent high of $1.185 was no fluke, it was a bounce off of overhead resistance and validated the descending trendline.  CHID has pretty much just gone down since that bounce.

The last few trading sessions has seen CHID either gap up at the beginning and fade the rest of the day or move up quickly in the morning and fade.  This tells me that people are looking to get out of the stock when they have the chance.  Yesterday printed a low of .74 - the lowest price in 13 trading sessions and resulted in a candlestick that engulfed the previous 2 day's gains.  Not a bullish outlook.

On the brighter side, CHID closed at the 50% fib retracement level yesterday (.77) and if it can produce some strength today, could result in a good bounce point.  The fact that CHID violated the .77 point and came back to close at it is bullish but it will have to stay above it to still be in good shape.

The big difference between the last upward move and this one is a huge increase in volume but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to push us past that descending TL.  Will it return and move us higher?  Where will support be established?  Those are the million dollar questions.  It probably would have taken some knockout numbers on their last report to take out that TL but maybe it will come soon.  I'm watching this morning for weakness and if I see any, I'm out.

Forgot to mention that this is the weekly chart.  ;)

Hello guys,

I believe CHID may find strong support at .68-.70 area. I attached a pdf of the chart, (sorry but for some reason I cannot save it as png files). CHID is still in a short term down trend, with lower lows and lower highs.

Currently I am out of the position, but I will jump back in if it triggers my target zone (.70) if it jumps back up on fire on any news, I rather pay the premium.

Good trading to you all,

rafael :)

My iPod battery hasn't been able to fully charged ... this one is very easy to use, a lot cheaper than changing with Apple, and my iPod works as new now!

Wow - that hurt.  CHID dropped like a rock thru the .68 level.  I was hoping it would reverse after last weeks close - but no such luck.

Looking to buy back in sometime next week.

wow, using this site has cost me a bundle.  I bought 10K worth at $1.04 in my RETIREMENT account.  I only hope the DD is good and this eventually goes back up.

I sold today in my regular account another pile I bought at $0.98.

I never should have bought above the SOF price but the posted reviews have been so positive.

Market really doesn't trade based on fundamentals but technicals and momentum I suppose.

if you're short term chid, focus on the momentum and speculation news. If you're long term, focus on the fundamentals. I am long-term so I buy a little more every time it goes down a few percentages. I believe the chinese market has a long ways to grow.

Good goley moley an 80% gain has completely evaporated. It's got another 8 cents to drop to hit the bottom of the channel in this chart: http://tinyurl.com/n3x93  Hopefully that trendline will hold, but it could overshoot like it did on the top side.

GO IN THAT HOUSE OF PAIN THAT YOU SEEM TO WANT TO BE IN, BUT GET AWAY FROM ME.  I'M TRYING TO WORK, DAMMIT.

Below 0.60 would be a good buy again for CHID .... :D

If you are currently holding CHID @ the moment around this level, I think there is no point of selling now because the buying opportunity is maybe waving now just around the corner ;)

I'll put CHID on my watchlist for the 3rd time ;)

Goodluck Traders!!

Well... this one hurts... :(

CHID closed on our entry price, and like said before by someone, we just evaporated a +80% profit opportunity here... It's easy to see that we should have used a trailing stop level at some point, but our strong Fundamental outlook on CHID made us hold CHID all the way.

The market has been severe with Chinese stocks (and all the others too), even under-value stocks like CHID didn't survive this selling massacre. The truth is that we were really not expecting this behaviour on CHID.

We don't believe CHID has much downside further, the breakout level is here, and the ascending support is near $0.60, so there is no point to stop this position now, taking in consideration that we would be certainly buying it now again.

Hold CHID

Never thought I would be so happy to see CHID at $0.70!  Good decision to keep holding it, seems to be mostly upside potential from here.
