earnings announced to come out on March 15th.  I told myself if the price would stay below .50, that i'd increse my postion, and the next day (I swear it) it ran up to .70 and then settled into the current prices...but, i bought more and have a .68/sh cost.  i know that they had not included the entire 60 million contract on previous earnings, and stated that they still had 15mill still to complete and bill for.  gosh, i'm getting kinda gitty about this one.....

I believe it's time for lift-off.

I hope!

(I just found this thread after starting a new thread on ZENX, i will delete the other but this is what i posted when i did not think there was a thread yet...  I did an search and many references to ZENX came up in msg bodies but not this thread...  Is there a way to search msg headers??)

Howdie

anyone out there watching the current run up of ZENX...  the trend has been steady and strong!  RSI is now at 89

I happily sold half at 1.30 thinking we were due for a pull back, but now it has firmly established new highs of the year and the volume is still there.

My gut is telling me to sell the rest on Monday and then buy back on a pullback....  has anyone out there seen similar companies hold these runs?  I guess that my question is has anyone seen a further break out to the upside from a RSI 89...  ZENX has to have a correction at some point right ??

Peter Lynch said that the key to his success was selling too early...

SETRAVIS   could you run this one through your TA....

Cheers Joe

Check out the news about the hurricane landfall forecast. We are in the midst of a 25 year long active hurricane cycle, 2006-2007 forecasts 13-16 named hurricanes.
This is a hurricane play which will move up quickly with announcements of new contracts.
This one should show very good growth for the next year or so.
Expecting this company to gain sales momentum in the areas of expansion and increased capacity that they have focused on in the past quarter.

For the first quarter period, the Company reported revenues of $3.7 million, a 13% increase over the $3.2 million reported in the prior year period. The Company reported a net loss for the first quarter of $114,513, versus net income of $120,057 for the prior year period. The loss was primarily attributable to an increase in G&A expenses. The increased G&A was due to investments in manpower, operating and travel expenses, salaries and insurance as the Company makes the necessary preparations for anticipated growth.

Ron Carte, Zenex's Chairman and CEO said, "The first quarter saw Zenex continue to put in place the foundation the Company will require to successfully execute the growth strategy we have in place. The first quarter revenues reflect a three year trend of growing first quarter revenues. At the same time our working capital position of approximately $11 million is essentially the same as last quarter and of that, we still maintain a cash position of $7.5 million. We reported a small loss for the quarter, however, it should be pointed out that we have put in place aggressive marketing initiatives in 2005 and 2006, with the result that we expect revenues to grow significantly this year. In order to facilitate that growth, we need to have in place the manpower and the administrative support necessary accommodate that growth. It's important to recognize that our revenues grew 13% in the quarter, but our cost of sales rose only 6.6%. This is a result of a key segment of our growth strategy, which is to control our job costs and increase our margins as we are growing."

"Some of the steps we have put in place in 2006 include the previously announced largest roofing contract in the Company's history, as well as rounding out our services offering with the acquisition of a concrete restoration company and the addition of a standing seam division. We also added a key new addition to the Board of Directors with the appointment of General Genega as a director. We look forward to continuing to implement our strategy of growing the company both organically and through targeted acquisitions and we believe the actions we've take during the first quarter will greatly help us achieve that."

W.P. Hickman has two companies,

Horizon Resource Group
and
SodexHO

That work with them.

Both facilities management. What ancillary benefit could ADDL get from them being able to offer ADDL's roofing expertize, products and work to their own clients?

Recent confusion regarding trading ADDL online

Subject: Aduddell

Good Morning,

I hold shares in ADDL.ob and am interested in buying more. There is a
hold on online orders for the stock, could you explain why please?

Thank you,

It depends on the reasons cited by whatever online broker you are using.
There was an episode a short while ago where Ameritrade restricted
on-line trading in ADDL shares due to an unauthorized breach of their
system during which some accounts were used to trade shares. The result
was that Ameritrade now requires orders to be placed through a broker.

You will have to ask your on-line broker for a specific reason if you
are using a different broker.

Builders hope to sell potential tenants on environmentally friendly project
Seeing green

By Richard Mize
Real Estate Editor
EDMOND — The way Gary Brooks sees it, if time is money and rent is money, then time is rent — and saving time can save rent.

That's one angle on the thinking behind the 50,000-square-foot office building that Aduddell Development Group plans for itself and tenants at Kelley Pointe, the mixed-use office-residential project at 33rd Street and Kelly Avenue.

Market ready

Aduddell Development Group will occupy 10,000 square feet of the space, with the remaining 40,000 square feet leased out, Brooks said.

Mark Beffort of Grubb & Ellis-Levy Beffort is handling marketing. Brooks was a principal with Beffort in the former Grubb & Ellis-Beffort Brooks Hogan.

The building will come at a time when the office market is ready to absorb new Class A space, said Ford Price of Price Edwards & Co.

"The Class A market right now is as tight as it's been in 20 to 25 years," Price said.

"If ever there was an opportunity for a developer to build new speculative office space, now is the time."

Hurricane center chief issues final warning
A departing Max Mayfield is convinced that the Southeast is inviting disaster.
By Carol J. Williams, Times Staff Writer
January 3, 2007

MIAMI — Frustrated with people and politicians who refuse to listen or learn, National Hurricane Center Director Max Mayfield ends his 34-year government career today in search of a new platform for getting out his unwelcome message: Hurricane Katrina was nothing compared with the big one yet to come.

Mayfield, 58, leaves his high-profile job with the National Weather Service more convinced than ever that U.S. residents of the Southeast are risking unprecedented tragedy by continuing to build vulnerable homes in the tropical storm zone and failing to plan escape routes.

He pointed to southern Florida's 7 million coastal residents.

"We're eventually going to get a strong enough storm in a densely populated area to have a major disaster," he said. "I know people don't want to hear this, and I'm generally a very positive person, but we're setting ourselves up for this major disaster."

I only posted the beginning of the article to save space on the board.

I am buying shares all this week. Plan on adding monthly for the rest of the year. Company is tight-lipped, but they do what they say they are going to do. Not much trading interest due to sector. My opinion is these guys are set up to be a serious play one day. I am expecting them to buy/merge Simon Roofing of Florida, and/or Baker Roofing of N.C. as both of those companies are in emergency roofing with large contract wins.  I will continue to updae this thread with new info. as I acquire it to make it faster and easier to DD this stock.

Thanks Much,
>:D
