It is now at "support" at $0.49 so lower risk buy point as tight stop if it does not hold.

The 50-200-EMA are next to each other so could cross or move back apart but often this makes for a bigger move. Stochastics moving above 20 would be a good sign

Well, they have another 'conference' to hopefully get things moving with this stock.

I think they had better get a better speaker though, or we don't stand a chance of any movement upward until they release their earnings.

Next support: 0.43.
Next resistance: 0.5

Market is merciless, may reward strong hands but only if they can withstand the pain. I am not long CHID but would like to buy it if the market stabilizes.

Is that last candle an engullfing bull?
The positive divergences betwen ROC, Macd Histogram and price are still there.
In fact we can see the same divergences in a significant number of titles and in NASDAQ COMPOSITE aswell.
Can that indicate a nearby reversal?
That could be good in general and would be nice for CHID.

What do you think?

Yes, good catch, that is a bullish engulfing pattern (though ideally the white body would have totally engulfed the previous candle on the low side too).  This is also looking like a hammer formation on the weekly chart presently, and that together with the MACD getting so close crossing above the zero line, all point to good things ahead for CHID.

Up and down it goes, where it ends nobody knows....Or do we.....;)

CHID had a first reaction at the $0.49 support, even with low volume but it's a good technical sign. The $0.49 support worked pretty well during March and April just before the last big rally. CHID it's still trading inside the recent descending channel; it needs to breakout this channel up in order to generate a short term technical buy signal and gain consistent momentum to the upside.

A couple of new conferences are scheduled for next week; we expect CHID to improve its presentations, and caught investor's attention. That should not be a difficult task (well, not with the same speaker off course), and timing looks better than ever.

Trading Plan:
Hold CHID

Yes in deed... ;)

CHID had another white candle, managing to close near the highs of the day. The technical setup is looking better now, but we still need the technical signal, CHID closed the day at the top of the descending channel, volume has increased a bit, but was still low. All we need is to see CHID closing above yesterday's high with increasing volume and ready to break $0.60, remember that since the start of the big sell off on CHID we never watched 3 consecutive white candles (that would create an irresistible technical setup ;))

We'll continue to Hold CHID.

CHID is back to it's familiar pattern again.  It did this patter when it was trading in the $.60 range a few weeks ago.

It would climb up to the high $.60's and then in literally minutes crash back down to the low $.60's or high $.50's.

Now it's doing that only in the $.50's -- someone is depressing the stock price whenever it shows strength, could be naked shorting??

Well, our men Simon and Teng were at it again in NY on Wednesday (stock rose OK that day ) and again in Vegas yesterday (stock opened higher but fell).   Today is lackluster as well, though I am just happy these days when CHID manages to maintain its support above .49 or so.

But I am wondering, with these conferences done, should we expect a delayed pop?  I seem to remember NVAX getting such a delayed pop after they did presentations, though admittedly those were great presentations.

In general, what other catalysts might be out there?

The only catalyst is the acqusition that will hopefully happen soon....  >:D

CHID decided not to continue with the first acquisitio :-(. Mr. Simons is an idiot... I really do not see the purpose of the 3 presentations they just gave...
