Very good fundamentals:

Another NTRI in the making. I've been "pumping" it since I learned about it on July 6th.

Well done Ram. Applaud. I rode NSI for awhile and did quite well, but got antsy and left it too soon. You are absolutely correct- this could very well be another Nutrisystem. I'm in on the first pullback. Fundamentals are superb. All the best.

I was done trading NSI when it went above $6, and turned out to be dead wrong.

MED is a long haul buy. Look at WFMI's AH rally. This is the right stock in the right sector. My prediction is that more KKD shorts will take their profits (since it's now dead) and look into these healthy food stocks.

MED is in the same sector as NTRI and DIET. MED is the stock David should have picked on January 9 when he picked DIET for the 3Stocks portfolio. It would be a 3-bagger now. Got a big gap up and heavy volume after reporting Q1 earnings. MED is executing on its meal service plan the way we hoped that other stock would.

Ascending triangle on the intraday chart. Buy a breakout at $17.

Don't wait for your "ship to come in" and feel angry and cheated when it doesn't.  Get going with something small – Irene Kassorla, psychologist

Well, my ship did not come in today, but the upturn in the market in the afternoon was nice to see.  It was also an opportunity to get rid of some of the slacker stocks that I have been reluctant to dump.  And I will be especially careful when replacing them.

IFO was down over a dollar and finished up a bit – a very good sign for that stock.  I can see this as a big winner in the coming months.  Please put it on your watch list.

Another stock which was on shaky ground yesterday was MED.  It was hit yesterday by a large insider sale at the end of the day.  MED also fell hard in the morning but showed strength at the close – finishing the day over 15 – actually over 16!  This should be in the IBD 100 and hopefully get a boost.

DXPE made a nice comeback from a bad drop and HANS had a nice gain so I would suspect that these would still be #1 & #2.

TIE, the top titanium producer announced a massive insider buy – this with the recovering market, pushed it up $4. I picked some up near $33.  It is a quality stock at a reasonable price.  http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=tie

Much of the portfolio finished in the green, but I am not totally sold on the recovery.  Miners have a big climb back.  CWPC made a nice move, and COGO followed through today.  XTHN and TTM are still getting beaten to a pulp.

I still did not jump back into the Ethanol stocks yet.  Here is an informative article on the subject: http://biz.yahoo.com/bizwk/060519/tc20060519225336.html?.v=1

It should be a good weekend – I am headed to the Yankees/Mets on Saturday.  It is the hottest ticket in NY.  It should be a great game as both teams are in first place.  I hope you have a great weekend too.

The most exciting diet stock since NTRI.

Great chart, Great numbers, under $20 and on the IBD 100.

This is on the Snowcat Hot stock list for the past two months.  Yow!!!

Take a moment to look at it.  You will be glad you did!

Stocklemon Reports on Medifast

The Real "Skinny" on Medifast (AMEX:MED)

Medifast has become a darling of the market over the past 6 month, but it seems like investors should be looking beyond the headlines and get the real "skinny" on Medifast. It is the opinion of Stocklemon, that Medifast has become grossly overvalued as they have not returned as much money to shareholders as they have to insiders. Valuation On Monday of this week, Nestle announced their purchase of Jenny Craig for $600 million.

MED was $4 when I bought it for the first time. That day was the London subway bombing day.

I let go MED way too soon the same way I did in the case of NTRI (or formerly NSI).

My Opinion - you will get a reaction bounce up today - I'm targeting $18 +

Then I'll short this back down

snowcat

med rebounding, but be careful - it could be a short squeeze - bring the price up again and then drag it down.

HSR MIGHT make a run for it today as it looks like it will close above 15 - then fall on Monday as COGO and many others have that made the ibd 100.

The good earnings by HSR may keep it there on the other hand.

My opinion is to stay away from it for now. Avoid uncertainties at "all cost."  ;)

Here are some interesting items from "Stocklemonaid".

It seems that HOM and MED which were "outed" by Stocklemon. have the same market makers.  Something fishy is going on!  Also, the publisher of Stocklemon is a pretty shady dude!

http://stocklemonaide.blogspot.com/

I sent this poorly written letter to the SEC and and AMEX.

Sirs

AMEX stocks, MED and HOM, were both featured in an online investigative reporting site, "Stocklemon", which reports on "stocks with troubles brewing".  After the reports, the stocks took big drops:

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=MED&t=3m&l=on&z=m&q=l&c=hom

The interesting thing is that these are both AMEX stocks and they both have the same market maker.

I think there may be some improper trading going on with the market maker of the stocks and "Stocklemon".  I think you will find other curious patterns too.

If someone gambles on the stock market and loses some money based on market conditions, that is one thing.  If the stocks are being manipulated just so a few people can make some money, I think this should be looked into.

Here is some information on the market maker for these stocks:
http://stocklemonaide.blogspot.com/

Thank you,

Snowy

You should send one too, you are not doing anything today anyway!

This is the address for SEC complaints:
http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml

AMEX:

[email protected]

If someone is manipulating the market after I research and invest in a stock, either I want in or I'm gonna report them.

You should report them too!  No one is gonna make Snowcat  look bad but Snowcat!!

Wait! What if this is a manipulation too! - I write a letter to the SEC, they prove that Stocklemon is a bunch of leaky scumbags, they throw the lot in jail and MED soars!
After I sold it!  I am playing right into their boney hands.  Damn!

I must write another letter!  This time to the president of 3SOF, Dick Trickle!
