RDCM COULD BECOME JULY'S SOMERA........RADAR IT

PROFITABLE & STRONG OVERALL 2Q 2006 RESULTS WILL BE REPORTED SOON......per company

LOW FLOAT....

STRONG BALANCE SHEET...

TARGET: $4++ AFTER EARNINGS

RDCM HIGHLIGHTS:

- 80C/SHARE CASH

- NO LONG-TERM DEBT

- HAS WON SOME LARGE CONTRACTS RECENTLY

- PRODUCTS ARE IN HIGH DEMAND CURRENTLY BY CELLULAR OPERATORS.

- PUBLIC FLOAT IS RELATIVELY SMALL AT ABOUT 9M SHARES.

- P/S RATIO = 1.3

- 2006 P/E = 18

RDCM provided the following guidance for 2Q 2006 to be reported in about a month:

...."Management projects that its revenues for the second quarter of 2006 will range between $6.0 million to $6.5 million...."

[This would generate net income of 4 - 6c/share depending on the revenue.

Compare these figures with 2Q 2005 revenues of $4.84 and net income of 1c/share.

I believe that RDCM could go over $4/share after 2Q 2006 earnings release.

During 2Q 2006, RDCM announced a multi-million $$, multi-quarter contract with Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ: PTNR).

PTNR is a leading Israeli mobile communications operator providing GSM/ GPRS/ UMTS services and wire free applications under the brand. PTNR selected Radcom's UMTS monitoring solution. The Omni-Q system enables Partner to manage 3G service performance across various local sites from a single control center.

"Our Orange(TM) subscribers, currently numbered at over 100,000, demand high service quality and RADCOM's quality monitoring system helps us maintain it," said Alon Berman, Vice President Technologies for Partner.

"We are leading Israel's 3G revolution by offering a wide range of 3G services, and this investment in quality demonstrates our commitment to ensure customer satisfaction."

RDCM has been punished severely for having reported a small loss of $119M in 1Q 2006. I believe that a strong bounce will start next week and will continue into anf after earnings in mid July.

Commenting on 1Q 2006 results, Arnon Toussia-Cohen, President and CEO of RADCOM, said,

..."we are pleased to have achieved non-GAAP breakeven for the period, a testament to the soundness of our underlying business platform and lean expense model, and remain on track for achieving our 2006 growth objectives. With worldwide 3G deployments gaining momentum, demand for our comprehensive, powerful and flexible 3G service monitoring solutions continues to grow."

.."Interest has been particularly strong from cellular operators, as demonstrated by our recent win of a strategically important multi-quarter deal with Partner Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: PTNR - News), Israel's GSM cellular service provider, and by the nationwide deployment that we are carrying out for one of North America's largest cellcos."

..."Mr. Toussia-Cohen continued, "In line with the strategy that we set for ourselves last year, we continue to focus on building our worldwide sales and marketing capabilities. To address significant emerging opportunities in the Far East, we have established strong channels and marketing partnerships in China and an initial presence in Korea, and are currently evaluating other Far Eastern markets."

EVOL has won significant contracts during the quarter ending June 30. Therefore I believe EVOL might surprise the market when it reports 2Q 2006 in just a few weeks from now.

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=evol

Stephen Gartside, president and CEO, said in the company's 1Q 2006 earnings release:

"With the exception of the decline in first quarter revenue, we are pleased with our performance in the period. New order bookings, our leading growth indicator, increased for the third consecutive quarter, and we are anticipating continued strength in the current quarter, particularly in the areas of Activation and Numbering solutions. In the first quarter we won new Activation business with three large overseas customers and took into production our first Latin American customer, in collaboration with a new channel partner. In addition, we put new Numbering Solutions projects into production for three domestic customers. We are seeing a strong interest across our product portfolio and are optimistic about long-term prospects for converting that interest into sales, particularly in the area of wireless service activation.

I purchased FRPT.OB (FPI) a few months back and it is up already 200% from below $2.00 a share to over $6.00 a share. There is a good board on FPI on ragingbull just search for FRPT.

The bottom line for FPI is that they have the most survivable combat support light trucks, engineering vehicles and transports there are. They have already prototyped and are demonstrating a replacement vehicle called the MUV-R (pronounced Mover) for the Humvee while the larger companies are still working on the concept.

Revenue is growing fast. The government basically gives FPI contracts for as much business as they can handle but since there is a lot more business than FPI even with a huge ramp up of production can handle, they have begun partnering with other companies.

For the recent Iraqi Light Armored Vehicle contract, FPI has partnered with BAE. BAE was awarded the contract but FPI will produce about half the vehicles, gets all the parts and other support business and gets a license fee from BAE.

Within the next three months, FPI will likely be awarded new contracts for both the Buffalo and Cougar vehicles and a development contract for the MUV-R. It is likely that the MUV-R will be picked as the interim replacement for the Humvee in Iraq. sometime late this fall. FPI is already searching for a suitable partner because the volume of production will require a large physical plant and workforce.

Some Statistics:
FPI's Sales
2003 -> $6.25 million
2004 -> $10.27 million
2005 -> $49.7 million

2006 Q1 -> $34.8 million
2006 Q2 prediction -> $49 million  ( * Solid low ball estimate based on production see note)
2006 Q3 prediction -> $58 million
2006 Q4 prediction -> $65 million

2007 conservitave Prediction $350 to $550 million

Note: FPI has announced 59 Cougar's and 6 Buffalo produced/delivered in Q2. These vehicles add up to around $49 to $52 million in revenue. In addition, FPI will get approximately $2 million in spare parts business. There are sometimes deliveries of additional vehicles not announced. Normal production of Buffalo vehicles would be 9 to 12. The lower production may be explained by the expansion of the production line for Cougar's and a draw down in man-power for the Buffalo lines. FPI is currently trying to hire an estimated 50 to 100 people based on it's employment adds many of which state multiple positions. If additional vehicles are delivered, then the revenue prediction would be low. BAE may pay a license fee to FPI in Q1 which would be additional revenue.

I have counted 8 different threads started on this stock,
3 by you, started Today, then Feb 27,and 15May.
Not to mention the thread in Previous 3SOF Picks.

In Stock Picking you will find a 5 page thread running on this stock...here
http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=2303.60

Why start a new thread when all you have to do is use the search to find a thread,and run an update with your comments to that thread that already exist.  ???

Many traders here puzzle me here by starting new threads on a pick when we already have one running,If only they could use the search and do an update to what is there.
Many threads on the same pick is just clutter on this site.
The only time I see 2 different threads needed is ,
A thread for the Long side pick .
A thread for the Short side pick.

Anyways, good luck with your trades.
