GIGA MEDIA GIGM

Company is on a brilliantly executed management turnaround, it has had a great 2006 already, faltered some recently, but now consolidating. Fundamentally undervalued, Q2 numbers and PR on on-going developments should help further upward movement. Technically chart looking for support around $8, recent purchases by a declared 10% holder of equity confirm insiders have high confidence in long term direction.
Whether GIGM can do anything decent stock wise in the next 30 days I am not so sure, but you never know.

I cannot post a chart right now as my main PC has crashed, so I need to rebuild it. Will post it as soon as I am able.

My 'form' in the stock picking contest has been crap in fact I would guess on a cumulative basis I am bottom of the heap :D Hopefully this is not the kiss of death for GIGM :o

MRY is my pick...
I think MRY is going to be seeing some new highs.. strong resilience on down days and bullish movements during up days...
Memry Corporation engages in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of products and components primarily for the medical device industry. Its shape memory alloys product line comprises betatitanium alloy, semifinished materials, wire, strip, tube, formed components, and subassemblies. The company's specialty polymer extrusion product line includes co-extruded tubing, total intermittent extrusions tubing, thermoset polyimide tubing, single lumen, multilumen, taper/bump, braided reinforced tubing, and wire coating.

hi,
my pick is LUM,Luminent Mortgage Capital Inc.
i haven't had much time to search for stocks so i quickly went to barchart.com this morning and pulled this one out.
it is a mortgage company , which might put some people off in this current market but they have some special tax deal going with the government. (great funadamental pitch  ;D)
the chart looks bullish with the 13, 50 and 200 pulling away from eachother. dmi also making a move. i am hoping for a lower open this morning for a better entry.
good luck to all,
maxi

Ticker: ISV

Once again, ISV is going to be my pick.  They are a technology & medical company, focusing on eye-related treatments.  They have a fantastic product and a great potential as an investment.   They have recently been beaten down from their high of $2.70, and may be preparing for run to new highs.  They have recently touched the 200 ema, and I expect a strong reacion upward.  I am looking for about 50% gain on this trade this month.

My pick for this edition is EGI- Entree Gold Inc.

EGI recently took a hit to its shareprice with this news:

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060515/0129197.html

Entree Comments on Surprise Mongolian Government Tax Measure

EGI reports that the National Parliament of Mongolia appears to have approved a new, excess-profits tax on minerals, in a surprise vote on the night of Friday, May 12. The measure was passed, without industry comment and little parliamentary debate, by a majority of members present (35 out of 45 parliamentarians). There are 76 elected members of Parliament, meaning that the legislation was approved by less than 50 per cent of the Parliament.

The legislation, reportedly, allows for the imposition of a new tax beginning at a rate of 68% when copper prices reach $2,600 a tonne ($1.18 per pound), and when gold reaches $500 an ounce. Although the details of the legislation, and its potential impact, remain unclear, Entree's management believes it could deal a serious blow to mining, mineral exploration, and investment in Mongolia.

While the news hit the price of the stock hard I am hoping that the goverment and EGI, along with the other companies in Mongolia, will negotiate a settlement or convince the parliment that this new tax will stifle progress and lead to divestment throughout the region.

Stock price is up from recent lows and I believe good news will be coming out soon. If good news about the company and favorable news is released from the Mongolians at the same time we may see EGI take off to previous levels or higher.

OMNI

Omni has been on a tear in 2006 almost quadrupling in share price.  It has posted increasing revenues and earnings.  Recently, it has completed an acquisition to add to the top and bottom line.  On June 2, it came out and said its 2nd quarter sales would beat the street.  Then on June 28, it gave another release that said that earnings would be higher than previously stated.  Given all these bullish indicators, I expect it to continue going up, at least until the next earnings report where investors may sell the news.
