Think this is on an uptrend again?

This looks intersting to me as it looks like it has bottomed at .004 and is extremely oversold for no reason.  I am taking a stab at 1.3 mil and see what happens could be a quick 1-2 bagger.

This is about 85%  SLWF.  I caught AMRE if you goto OTCBB and look for big volume stocks at 10:30-11:00 this is when they send to paid suscribers.  THis is the only otcbb stock that has had a boost in volume during this period.  Just like AMRE did.
