"Technically" its not a perfect cup w/handle because the right side of the cup is higher than the left but I think you are correct into referring to it that way.  Thats what I would call it because you would play it basically the same way.  One would make the buy with a break of the handle high.

This is another way to see it:

Wow....I must applaud you for digging this up again! ;)

HOUSTON, Jun 28, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ENGlobal Corporation (ENG, Trade), a leading provider of engineering and systems services, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ENGlobal Systems, Inc. ("ESI"), has been awarded a contract for three remote instrument buildings by JGC (USA), Inc., a subsidiary of JGC Corporation ("JGC"). JGC, based in Yokohama, Japan, is an international engineering and construction company and a new customer to ENGlobal. The contract value is approximately $2 million and will be performed in ESI's Houston, Texas facility.

ENGlobal expects to provide engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, control systems, installation and testing services for the buildings. Upon completion and system testing, ESI will ship the remote instrument buildings to a major petrochemical plant in Saudi Arabia. Delivery of the buildings to the Port of Houston is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2006.

The remote instrument buildings are significant in size and scope with the largest remote instrument building being 18' wide x 88' long x 14' high. The remote instrument buildings will be fabricated to include distributed control systems for multiple units within the plant, together with safety shutdown systems and other third party systems.

"This is ENGlobal's first project with JGC (USA) and we are highly privileged to interface with JGC Corporation in Yokohama, Japan. This contract further solidifies our commitment to ESI's international project capabilities, especially in Saudi Arabia, where we performed a similar project for six buildings within the past year. Both JGC and ESI are looking forward to the successful completion of the remote instrument buildings in 2006. This project continues to add to ESI's growing backlog," said ENGlobal's President and Chief Executive Officer Michael L. Burrow, P.E.

HOUSTON, Jun 27, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ENGlobal Corporation (ENG, Trade), a leading provider of engineering services, today announced that, for the second straight year, it has been named in The Zweig Letter "Hot 100" Firm Rankings as the fastest growing architecture, engineering, and planning (A/E/P) firm in the United States. ENGlobal also topped the "Hot 100" list in 2004 and received a second place ranking in 2003.

The "Hot 100" list is compiled by ZweigWhite, a national firm that provides management consulting services for the A/E/P industry. ENGlobal will be honored, along with the other "Hot 100" A/E/P Firms, at the sixth annual Zweig Letter Hot Firm Conference and Celebration to be held in October 2005 in Chicago, Illinois.

"ENGlobal is especially pleased to retain its number one ranking on Zweig's Hot Firm List," said William A. Coskey, P.E., Chairman of ENGlobal Corporation. "This repeat ranking gives us particular satisfaction in that it demonstrates that we have increasingly grown our business through internal initiatives as well as through mergers and acquisitions. We want to thank our valued clients for their continued support and especially want to recognize the over 1,500 ENGlobal employees for their hard work in helping us become one of the fastest growing companies in the United States."

Mark Zweig, publisher of the Zweig Letter, said, "To be number one on the Hot Firm list for two years in a row, ENGlobal Corporation has to be proud. It takes a total commitment to growth - and there are always critics of it, both inside and outside of companies - to achieve this kind of success. The bottom line is high-growth architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms consistently outperform the economy - and attract both the best clients and staff."

Bullish Facts on ENGlobal Growth

ENGlobal Investors. I work in South Louisiana for a Shell Petrochemical Refinery and I have numerous acquaintences within the petrochemical and oil & gas industry. I know a few engineers and piping designers who work for ENGlobal. I recently spoke to a couple of those acquaintences who work for ENGlobal. I told them I recently purchased ENGlobal shares to hold over the next few years and asked how the work load was in-house and on-site at local facilities. They told me that Exxon Mobil locally in Baton Rouge, who is a big client of ENGlobal, extended their contract and that ENGlobal is now hiring to keep up with the work load. Naturally as an ENGlobal Investor I questioned them on anything encouraging that they might be hearing within the local ENGlobal office. These guys have been with Englobal for a couple years and managers have recently met with employees within the past couple months encouraging them to think about purchasing ENGlobal stock and take advantage stock options. I asked them if the company had ever encouraged so adamently purchasing the company's stock before since they'd been working with the company and they said no. I took this as a very good sign. I'm an engineer and I've been thinking about potentially making a move within my industry while it's hot and ENGlobal I've been told through numerous sources would be a good candidate. The local office has a backlog off work that could last up to 6 years with current turn-a-round, grassroots, and facility upgrade projects. Trust me....I know what I'm talking about. I've been working in the oil & gas and petrochemical industries for 15 years so I have a good feel for the industry. Another good investment is ABP. I have an inquantance in the industry who has encouraged me to buy ABP now as well as ATPG.
