Fellows Energy Doubles Production at Carbon County from Workover Operations to Date
Monday July 10, 5:52 am ET
Additional Workovers and New Drilling Planned

BROOMFIELD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2006--Fellows Energy Ltd. (OTCBB: FLWE; "Fellows") an early stage oil and gas company focused on exploration and production of natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountain Region, announced today that it has doubled production as a result of its recently-completed preliminary workover operations on its Carbon County project, along with its joint venture partner, MBA Resource Corp. Fellows performed preliminary work in early May on the GCS 1A-18-14-8 well. Recently completed work on the GCS 1-19-14-8 included repairing parted rods, exposing previously perforated formations, and repositioning the pump. Production in the GCS 1-19-14-8 well has increased from around 65 mcf per day to over 525 mcf per day. The field now produces a total of approximately 40 million cubic feet of natural gas per month, up from 20 million per month at the time of acquisition by Fellows in March.

Previous work on a third well performed by Fellows, consisting of preliminary replumbing and reconfiguring of the water and gas systems, has increased gas production in that well by 50% to date. In all, the project hosts eight previously-drilled wells, four of which are producing. Fellows plans to perform additional workovers on the shut-in wells prior to drilling on the undrilled acreage, which will consist of up to 20 additional wells on 160-acre spacing.

The Carbon County project comprises 5,953 gross acres (4,879 net acres) with production derived from the Ferron sandstone, the same formation from which the adjoining Drunkards Wash field operated by Conoco/Phillips derives its production. The project also includes an associated gas gathering system and a six mile pipeline and compression facility. Gas is marketed into the transmission pipeline operated by Questar Gas Resources, which crosses the project acreage.

Sproule & Associates of Denver, Colorado completed a "Reserve and Economic Evaluation" of the project in October 2005. Sproule reported that production from the four currently producing wells can be significantly enhanced through operating improvements and that the four shut in wells also have potential to be brought into profitable production similar to the adjacent Drunkards Wash field. Sproule also concluded that the acreage contains potential for up to an additional 20 wells on 160-acre spacing, with total proven, probable and possible reserves of 20 billion cubic feet ("Bcf") and a net present value of $65 million. In addition to the acreage for which the $65 million valuation was returned, Fellows also owns rights to adjacent acreage, covering in excess of an additional 5,000 acres, which it believes will also has similar potential.

"We are proving our theories about the potential of the wells and the effectiveness of our inexpensive workover operations," said George Young, President of Fellows Energy. "We believe we are well on our way to increasing cash flows from production and proving up the $65 million value determined in the Sproule report. We have doubled production in the short span of four months since acquisition, and have learned valuable information to prepare us to drill new wells this fall on the open acreage of the project."

About Fellows Energy Ltd.

Fellows an early stage oil and gas company led by an experienced management team focused on exploration and production of natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountain Region using traditional and new technologies. Current strategy is to pursue both short- and long-term opportunities to leverage the 230,000 acres of current assets that management believes are characterized by reasonable entry costs, favorable economic terms, high reserve potential relative to capital expenditures and the availability of existing technical information. We use certain terms in this press release, such as probable, possible and potential, that the SEC's guidelines strictly prohibit us from including in filings with the SEC. U.S. Investors are urged to consider closely the disclosure in our Form 10-KSB, File No. 0-33321, available from us at 370 Interlocken Boulevard, Suite 400 Broomfield, Colorado 80021. There is no guarantee that the projects that Fellows has recently acquired will increase the value of its shares of common stock, or that Fellows will acquire rights to explore and operate any other such projects, or that in the event that it acquires rights to explore and operate other such projects, that these actions will be successful or increase the value of Fellows' common stock.

This press release may contain forward-looking information within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and is subject to the safe harbor created by those sections. There are many factors that could cause our expectations and beliefs about our plans to acquire additional exploration or production properties, our plans to drill or our drilling results to fail to materialize: competition for new acquisitions; availability of capital; unfavorable geologic conditions; the complexity of coal bed methane exploration and production; and prevailing prices for natural gas and general regional economic conditions. Fellows Energy Adds Two Former Questar Executives to its Development and Production Staff
Wednesday July 19, 9:20 am ET

BROOMFIELD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2006--Fellows Energy Ltd. (OTCBB: FLWE - News; "Fellows"), an early stage oil and gas company focused on exploration and production of natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountain Region, announced today that it has added experienced and accomplished exploration and development staff, formerly among the top management of Questar Corp. (NYSE:STR - News), to its management team. Gary L. Nordloh has joined Fellows as Chief Operations Advisor and Ronald E. Hogan has joined as Chief of Development. They will immediately commence evaluation and development activities on the various projects in Fellows' 230,000-acre portfolio, as well as on new projects currently under consideration.

Mr. Nordloh served from 1989-2002 as President and CEO of all of Questar Corp.'s non-regulated activities, including the exploration and development operations, mid-stream and marketing operations within the affiliated companies of Wexpro QGM, Questar Exploration and Production (including all predecessor companies, Celsius Energy, SEI, and Universal Resources), and Questar Energy Trading. Those operations covered all of the Rocky Mountain and mid-continent regions, as well as Canada and California. At the same time, Mr. Nordloh served as Executive Vice President and Director of Questar Corp. From 1984-1989 Mr. Nordloh served as the Engineering Manager to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the same companies. His previous positions included engineering and management positions with Hamilton Brothers Oil Company and Amoco Production Co. Mr. Nordloh received his B.S. degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1971.

At Questar, Mr. Nordloh oversaw the growth of the non-regulated companies, which included a 15.6% compound annual growth rate (cagr) in production, a 19.3% cagr in reserves and a 17% cagr in earnings resulting in large part from new discoveries, project developments and acquisitions taking place during his tenure.

Mr. Hogan retired from Questar Exploration and Production Company in December 2005 after 17 years with the company. At Questar, Mr. Hogan served as General Manager of Wexpro (a Questar Corp. subsidiary) and General Manager of Questar Exploration and Production's Pinedale Division. He was primarily responsible for managing all aspects of drilling, completions, reservoir evaluation, production, personnel and budgeting for the Pinedale Project, considered one of America's largest tight sand development projects.

His nineteen years of experience prior to Questar included serving as the Production Engineer for the Rocky Mountain Region for Chevron Oil Co., and Production Engineer for MAPCO, with responsibilities in the Altamont-Bluebell field in Utah and the Coronation area of Alberta, Canada. Mr. Hogan graduated in 1969 from the Colorado School of Mines with Professional Degree in Petroleum Engineering and in 1974 with a Masters of Science in Petroleum Engineering.

"We are pleased to add Gary and Ron to our staff, and we are excited to have them join forces with our existing team," said George Young, President of Fellows Energy. "Their combined experience and track record are of the highest caliber in the oil and gas industry in the Rocky Mountain Region. We not only will benefit from that experience and knowledge, but will also be able to take advantage of their wealth of industry contacts for new project generation, access to drilling contractors and capital, and many other positive intangible factors. Along with our current staff and our strategic arrangement with Thomasson Partner Associates for project generation, they will add significantly to the base we are building for a dynamic, emerging energy enterprise."

Fellows Energy Restructures Holdings to Refocus Project Development Activities in Two Transactions Valued at $6.5 Million
Tuesday June 5, 9:58 am ET

Provides for Redemption of Floating Rate Convertible Debentures

BROOMFIELD, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 5, 2007 -- Fellows Energy Ltd. (OTC BB:FLWE.OB - News), an early stage oil and gas company focused on exploration and production of natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountain Region, announced today that it has entered into two transactions with Thunderbird Energy Corp., its joint venture partner, valued at $6.5 million. These include the sale to Thunderbird of its interests in the Carbon County project and joint venturing for further development on the Weston County project.

The sale of the Carbon County interests is expected to close on or before July 15, 2007, for a total sale price of $3.0 million, payable in cash and the assumption of debt. Fellows will retain its interests in the 5,242 acres held in the adjacent Gordon Creek project. Development drilling on the Carbon County project by Thunderbird after closing the sale will be in relative proximity to the Gordon Creek acreage, potentially enhancing its value and serving to promote its ultimate development.

In addition, Thunderbird and Fellows have agreed for the expenditure of funds by Thunderbird for the drilling and completion of three wells to the Dakota formation on the Weston County project, upon its final acquisition of a 50% interest in that project. Fellows estimates that the cost of such drilling will be approximately $3.5 million. Upon the completion of such expenditures within the next 24 months, Thunderbird will receive an additional 25% working interest in the Weston County project. Fellows will reserve the option to commence drilling under the previous joint venture structure if Thunderbird does not commence drilling by May 31, 2008.

Fellows has further negotiated, subject to final documentation and applicable approvals, to redeem the outstanding balance of its floating rate convertible debentures held by Palisades Master Fund, L.P. and Crescent International Ltd. (including those formerly held by JGB Capital L.P.). The redemption will take the form of a cash payment from a portion of the funds derived from the sale of the Carbon County interests, and the conversion of the balance of the debentures at a price of $0.1375, well above the current trading value of the Company's stock. Upon closing, all of the floating rate convertible debentures now owed by Fellows will be fully redeemed.

In addition, Fellows continues its leasing activities on the Bacaroo project in Colorado, and now holds interests in over 16,000 acres in an area delineated by Thomasson Partner Associates, Inc. on the basis of over 4,000 line miles of seismic data. Fellows is currently reviewing further joint venture proposals for the drilling and development of the project with industry partners.

"We are excited to retire the debentures through the sale of some of our interests," said Fellows president, George Young. "Not only does the sale price represent a significant gain over what we paid for those interests a year ago, but it will also strengthen our capital structure, improve our balance sheet by retiring debt, and at the same time provide for the potential development of our properties, including the adjacent Gordon Creek acreage. We now expect to have three quality projects advancing in their development through the expenditures of joint venture partners."
