The OS and AS has always been available to shared holders because the TA has not been gagged.

SMMW is working towards full financial transparency and we expect the 2005 financials soon.

SMMW is committed to a higher exchange they looked and the higher pink sheet exchange, but that has been delayed so SMMW is looking to go the OTCBB.

SMMW has stated on least four occasion no Reverse Split.

SMMW management has been committed to purchasing and retiring shares. They have personal committed 750K to purchase and retire shares out of the open market.

Dan stated officers and insiders currently own 56% of the outstanding shares.

Dan stated 2005 revenues are around 2 Million and expects
2006 to be between 8 to 10 Million.

All the above are positive, but with all stocks we have some negatives....

The OS is approximately 69.6 Billion. Restricted shares are slowly being unrestricted and added to the size of the float. I think at last count we had around 22 Billion restricted.

We have had a tremendous amount of volume with no movement in pps.

Also I think a lot of people expected the financials last week, but we are still waiting on them.

LOL,  Bought all day today at .0001 not much but 30mil shares worth.  Now I am 100% up.  Could be interesting on Monday.  Did some DD and it looks like they are buying back 30-40 billion shares and trying to fight the shorts.  30-35 billion are shorted thats half the o/s shares.  If the company does buyback the 30 billion they are saying they are and they retire them.  OMG look out this thing will fly.  GL for anyone playing this one.

This is huge last week we had 0 yes zero mm's on the bid now we have 14 on the bid.  Only 4 MM's left at .0002 and the bid support is getting huge.  What we are seeing here is the beginning of a huge run just like paim did.

I am liking this better and better everyday and I think we are setting up for a big run  This just added to this group which hasnt had a losing pick yet they have a huge following.  Everything they pick doesnt just go up but goes up big a week or two after they post it.  So it even gives you time to get in.  They are not a pump and dump they just make good picks I dont know how they do it.  I was even told that this site is on alot of the MM's favorites list.
