The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to institute an investigation of certain combination motor and transmission systems and devices used therein, and products containing same. The products at issue in this investigation are used in electrically powered and hybrid powered vehicles and other products that include two electric motor-generator assemblies and a mechanical power transmission device.

This has $3.00 written all over it, that would give it a market cap of $100 million......Don't forget even though theres a pending lawsuit, they still have the technology and are currently negotiating to license it out to multiple industries........

Not sure whats going on, probably early speculation by insiders on positive outcome, who knows. But this is sure trading nicely! Like I said in earlier posts, the market cap on this is a joke when you think of their technology/partnerships and even the possible infringement awards that could be handed down in their favor.

Solomon is so hot right now, up 20% to 2.25$

Hurts to see it up this high after  buying in the 20's and getting out just above a dollar.
I have to work at holding these longer! I did the same thing on NTAH got in in the low 50's and out with a nice gain but nothing like I should have got, it ran to almost 3$.

I wonder if Toyota could be buying this stock? So much volume with no news.
