Not a big fan of the penny, but when everything was in red today,  I wanted some green.  Scanned the charts and came up with this stock today.

No news, but like the chart and 3x in volume, broke out into a new high .40. today.

It's my big winner of the day!!!  After reading the profile in the company.  I liked the fact that they are creating a test for Alzheimers.  Because as of today the only way to tell if someone has Alzheimers is to cut into the brain to look for the calcification produced by the disease state.

Reached a new high today of 0.46.  It's got momentum.

Finally, my leading "value concept" stock remains Applied Neurosolutions (APNS:OTC BB - commentary - research). The shares of this microcap have risen solidly since I mentioned them earlier this year. But this development stage biotechnology company has made meaningful progress on its Alzheimer's test. The company has also revealed the existence of a very early stage but promising drug to treat the same disease. The market cap is tiny so be careful. But that's precisely its appeal: a micro-cap price on a potentially large profit stream
