So what do ya think guys, time to pull in another multi-bagger?? Heading into hurricane season along with some recent developments and an explosive chart.

Receieved an order for the sentry 5000 from nextenergy to be supported by the US deparment of Defense.

QuoteTitan Energy Development, Inc. Receives Order for a Sentry 5000 to be Utilized in U.S. Military Program SAN DIEGO--(Business Wire)--Aug. 17, 2006-- Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it received an order for a Sentry 5000 mobile utility system from NextEnergy, a nonprofit corporation founded to enable the commercialization of energy technologies that positively contribute to economic competitiveness, energy security and the environment. The Sentry 5000 system will be used in a program supported by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) grant to develop mobile utility solutions to provide on-demand power anywhere in the world.

The NextEnergy purchase of the Titan Sentry 5000 was made in conjunction with the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armament Command/National Automotive Center as part of a DoD-sponsored project called the "Advanced Mobile Microgrid Power System" (AM2GPS). AM2GPS is tasked with finding solutions that will allow government agencies and other entities to efficiently deploy mobile power control and conditioning assets to any location in the world within 48 hours.

"Given the potential of Titan Energy to become a significant player in Michigan's growing alternative energy industry, we are delighted to play a role in helping them access high value markets such as the U.S. Department of Defense," said Jim Croce, CEO of NextEnergy. "The Sentry 5000 is a perfect product fit for the AM2GPS program because of its unique set of onboard mobile utilities."

The Titan Sentry 5000 offers maximum disaster recovery at an effective cost. The Sentry 5000 provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation (dependent on load utilization) before refueling. It allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity.

Marketing alliance
QuoteSafe Travel Care, Inc., Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC Form Strategic Alliance to Market Mobile Disaster Response Utility Product SAN DIEGO--(Business Wire)--Aug. 14, 2006-- Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC of Clintonville, Wisconsin to market Titan's Sentry 5000 mobile utility product through Seagrave's nationwide network of dealers. The alliance allows municipalities and emergency response organizations greater access to the self-sufficient first response units via Seagrave's 40+ dealer network in the United States and Canada.

"The Sentry 5000 is a natural product fit with fire apparatus sales and service," Brighton Diesel Diagnostics, Inc. President Steven Fitzgerald says. "The interest that's been generated from recent showings at national and regional shows indicates there's a real need for this type of mobile response unit, whether for hurricane response or other community emergencies."

"Seagrave sales staffs are in communities every day working with firefighters and municipal leaders to help them prepare for unplanned emergencies," says Tim Steinmetz, Seagrave's vice president of sales. "The Sentry 5000, like our wide range of fire apparatus solutions, is one more tool we can offer to help them respond faster and better."

Steven Hurt, Vice President of Engineering for Titan Energy Development, adds, "The complimentary nature of our markets being first responders, HazMat teams, and other front line disaster relief organizations makes this relationship efficient and easier for those we aim to serve. In addition, partnering with a first class organization like Seagrave is what many organizations strive to do."

Merger:

QuoteSafe Travel Care, Inc. Signs Nonbinding Agreement to Merge with Titan Energy Development, Inc. SAN DIEGO--(Business Wire)--April 6, 2006-- Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV) announced today that it has signed a nonbinding agreement to merge with Titan Energy Development, Inc. of Detroit, Michigan. The intended merger is pending due diligence and the execution of a final agreement. Titan Energy Development, Inc. is the manufacturer of a mobile, multifunctional utility system called the "Sentry 5000" designed for disaster recovery and response situations.

The Sentry 5000 was designed and developed by Titan to be a smaller, completely self sufficient "first response" unit that will provide vital services in situations such as manmade or natural disasters. The Sentry 5000 generates electricity, provides heating and cooling, water filtration and satellite communications and is small enough to be transported by a pick up truck or SUV and operates on diesel fuel.

FOUS,

I watched this one all day and never jumped in.  On stockcharts the 200ema is above price, therefore, I stayed away from this one.  But now I realize that stockcharts 200ema must be an error. >:(

Otherwise, you can see from the yearly chart SFTV does have a few spikes but with today's volume, I believe this one can go higher. :o

Whoops, Chart :D

Fous,

What would be your call for entry, midway down on the big white candle today?  I have never entered a stock that was up 136% in one day before, lol.  So yeah, multibagger sounds good, but what is your plan, or are you already in?

You called it pretty good catching the 2.70 dip on TNEN, BTW  ;D

hmnnn i just looked at it on stock charts as well and got the same 200 ema as you.
Im really confused there must be some kind of error in SFTV's data. i noticed that my chart was only loading data from 2005 and on. Then i switched it back to as far as it went which was to 1999 and it shows SFTV trading as high as 16,000/share which puts the 200 ema at around 1.50?? So i don't know what the deal is with the chart or which one is right. But when i have my chart set up for 2005 and on the moving averages are clustered which is great to see it breakout from on heavy volume, which usually signifies most of the moves that stocks make when they go from under a dime to over a $1, depending on the amount of speculation.

Ive never entered a stock after a 136% rally either toky, and i highly doubt i ever will :) Todays move was full on bull power to break through resistence and who knows it might shoot up another 100% tomorrow but im not willing to put my money at that kind of risk of the downside potential. My guess is that there will be some profits taken off of the table for sure tomorrow. For entry, You got it toky. Right near the midpoint of todays candle which is where i would be looking for an entry, prrobably just below it as penny stocks are more volitile and will most of the time extend a lower shadow beyond the midpoint support of the candle or even close below it and then run the next day. Its so hard to say with penny stocks, i really do hate them with a passion, i only love them a handful of times/ year when they make me a bag :)

Ok ive set up my chart to try and represent the moving averages most accuratley. Before december of 2004 SFTV was trading like 4 shares/day above $2. then in december volume started trading in the low thousands near the same prices it trades now so that seems to represent the beginning of time to trade at its real value. So the moving averages start from december 04 which seem to better represent the true value of the moving averages better and avoid distortion.

The buy zone for me would be in the range of .009 and .008. Whether or not im gonna enter i dont know, if i do it will probably be a pretty small position. Me and pennies havn't been to good of friends latley.........

Good Luck!

Recent Developments As of April 3, 2006, we entered into a nonbinding letter of intent with an established manufacturer of mobile utility systems to merge their operations into the company. The decision to consummate this transaction is pending due diligence and further negotiations. Although we have completed this acquisition, we must raise significant capital to operate this business. Therefore, unless we are able to sell our shares or find debt financing, we will not have sufficient funds to carry on our business operations for the next 12 months. To date, limited funds from sources have been raised, and there can be no guaranty that any offering will yield the funds necessary for us to carry on our business operations. Without sufficient funding we will be unable to continue as a going concern. On December 19, 2005 Jeffrey W. Flannery was elected as our president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and secretary of the company.
