Yes la-onda...I am invested...of course been bagholding this for a few months, now just waiting for it to possibly turn around again...chart is looking better, and ethanol related news could be what is needed to cause another run.

Needs to break that .24 res which is the last high it created on highest volume ever.

Breaking News: Human BioSystems Forms Subsidiary For Ethanol Business - HBS BioEnergy

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2006-- Human BioSystems ("HBS") (OTCBB:HBSC) announced today the formation of HBS BioEnergy ("HBE"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Human BioSystems.

HBS BioEnergy will operate as a separate company and subsidiary of HBS for the purpose of developing the bio energy business including the two ethanol fuel production facility projects to be acquired from EXL III Group Corporation ("EXL III") pursuant to the Letter of Intent ("LOI") mentioned in the press release dated July 27, 2006.

The formation of this subsidiary is the first step toward establishing the organizational structure to consummate the acquisition and to carry out HBS's plan to build the facilities that will produce renewable fuel sources for the U.S. market.

The commencement of any meaningful operation of HBE is dependent upon the signing of definitive agreements between HBS, EXL III and its principal Mr. Claude Luster III pursuant to the Letter of Intent signed in July, 2006. The acquisition is expected to close in the fall of 2006, after certain conditions are met, including but not limited to completion of satisfactory due diligence by HBS, the negotiation and completion of a definitive acquisition agreement and Consulting Services Agreement, approval of the HBS and EXL III boards of directors and other customary conditions.

Human BioSystems is a developer of preservation platforms for organs and other biomaterials. The Company, headquartered in Palo Alto, California with research facilities in Michigan, has been granted four patents by the U.S. Patent Office. HBS also announced recently the signing of a letter of intent to enter the BioFuels business through the acquisition of two ethanol production facility projects from EXL III, an equity partner in ethanol plant ventures.

My bad I searched HBSC and found this but it turned up something that was well over a year old.  I didn't think the up 13% w/out news was appropriate.  since that post appeared to be over a year old.

Hey LS, ya...unfortunatley, when one does the search on a ticker, it shows the date of the first post done on it rather then showing the date of the last post,therefore it can be confusing when trying to find the most recent post.

Nothing really grabbing too much of my attn these days, but I am constantly looking for g-spot breakouts...and I'm really mad at myself for using up all of my cash today on ACTC that i bought at 1.65 late in the day as I thought it would continue..but it failed, probably continue soon enough though. I then noticed that AAGH had hit its g-spot of .244 and was looking like a great g-pattern breakout...so I sold my ACTC at a loss hoping to throw the cash at AAGH...but, by the time I did that, the pps went up too high for me and I decided to let it go with out me...now watch it skyrocket alot more...of course it will. Could have slapped myself for this screw up...oh well.

I'm wondering if NNBP will hit its g-spot soon...keeping my eye on that for now and a few others in the g-pattern stage, but they still got to prove themselves.

Double Bottom (Reversal) Pattern   

The double bottom is a major reversal pattern that forms after an extended downtrend. As its name implies, the pattern is made up of two consecutive troughs that are roughly equal, with a moderate peak in-between.

Although there can be variations, the classic double bottom usually marks an intermediate or long-term change in trend. Many potential double bottoms can form along the way down, but until key resistance is broken, a reversal cannot be confirmed.

It is important to remember that the double bottom is an intermediate to long-term reversal pattern that will not form in a few days. Even though formation in a few weeks is possible, it is preferable to have at least 4 weeks between lows. Bottoms usually take longer than tops to form and patience can often be a virtue. Give the pattern time to develop and look for the proper clues. The advance off of the first trough should be 10-20%. The second trough should form a low within 3% of the previous low and volume on the ensuing advance should increase. Volume indicators such as Chaikin Money Flow, OBV and Accumulation/Distribution can be used to look for signs of buying pressure. Just as with the double top, it is paramount to wait for the resistance breakout. The formation is not complete until the previous reaction high is taken out.
