Did you get into GST?  I do like the chart, in at 2.92 this AM as the opening gap was filled.

It seem that we should have smooth sailing on the recent news to the first resistance at 3.36.  I see a possible lower shadow if it trys to fill the Gap between, 2.41 and 2.50 from August 25, but if it does that could be good for the future ride up... I see solid support at around 2.34 and do not expect it to stay down there for long if it even tests it again?

My target is the 3.90 area to begin with... next significant resistance?  thoughts on my read of the chart?

Did you sell your TNEN at 4.4??  I sold early at 4.02, and up it continues...

Cheers Joe

Not sure if the formation has had enough time to form to be meaningful, But I see a cup with a handle forming... and a gently downward sloping handle is said to be a part of the formation...  thoughts here

Terliso are you still a buyer if it drops to 2.52

Not sure yet Joet, I've been day trading recently... 3% to 5% profit i'm taking it.

what I'm doing is, I buy volatile stocks 20 seconds before the close & put a sell order for the next day @ 0.10 cents profit & I always got lucky ;D ;D ;D

Sometimes I put various sell orders like 0.05, 0.15, 0.20 cents it is all depends on my judgement of the last candlestick :D

good trading!

Terliso your posts ( and picks) are super!

GST looks strong for this week, G-Pattern forming, volume increased friday, if it breaks 2.99 and especially 3.14 it will be a bonnafied g-pattern, if it breaks down to fill the small gap at 2.5 it will not... would you still enter on that pull back?  Is this also a small coiled spring?

Your close/open strategy looks interesting, sometime i would like to hear how it is working for you. 3% adds up nicely.

Please let us know when you find more TNEN's  Have you built a screener that finds stocks that are crossing the 3 magics on volume?  Seems like it could be a good project as i learn the wealth lab program...

Cheers Joe

Is that a bull flag in the making?   I also sold TNEN too early but for nice gains regardless...applaud.

I nibbled some in the upper $2.80's and will add if it dips to the $2.50's

Terliso, anyone, still watching GST, The sector is decidedly out of favor this week.  I was stopped out of my position at 2.60 last week.

technically the chart looks OK... if we get volume... thoughts?  Support at 2.40 has held nicely.  perhaps a bear flag in the making as it filled the gap to 2.48.  I will be watching it
cheers Joe

today's news:

Dutton Associates Announces Investment Opinion: Gastar Exploration Rating Changed to Strong Speculative Buy in Update by Dutton Associates

Well, I actually added Friday despite my better judgement...like you said, it's not the best sector to be in right now.  Looks like it recovered after the gap fill but ya never know...looks like a lot of downward pressure. :(

ok, I nibbled my last bit today at $2.09

Down to pre-breakout support.

FYI, this is purely a speculation play for me and I don't have that much tied up in it.
