Ingen Technologies, Inc. - Max World News Prepares News Release

Thursday February 23, 7:15 am ET

- Secure Balance(TM) Can Save Millions in Unwanted Medicare Costs -

CALIMESA, Calif., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG - News), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announces that Max World News has completed the filming and script for releasing the news about Secure Balance(TM) to more than 800 television stations throughout the country and abroad.

The Max World News production crew completed the filming and interviews at the Company's workshop in Jacksonville, Florida on February 11, 2006. They were able to interview the guest lecturer, Raj Katana, MD, as well as Jacob Green, MD; both renowned neurologists in the medical industry. The emphasis of the news story is as follows:

"As the Baby Boomers move into retirement, there is a growing concern about how things like Medicare and Medicaid will be able to pay for their medical care should they get hurt and have to go to the hospital. According to the Center for Disease Control (C-D-C), more than one-third of adults ages 65 and older will be the victim of a fall, which could lead to death, or at the very least, expensive hospital visits and treatments. Prevention may be increasingly necessary to help keep down the rising costs of healthcare. One of the most dangerous hazards facing senior citizens is the risk of a fall and the possibility of a concussion or a hip fracture. As people get older, the cilia in the inner ear, which are responsible for balance, tend to break, which can lead to a loss of balance and increase the chances of a potentially dangerous spill. According to the Center for Disease Control, non-fatal senior falls cost more than 19 billion dollars annually and that cost is rising each year. The best offense against hip fractures is a good defense ... Through new technology there's now a two part treatment process. The first diagnoses if a person is at risk for falling, and the second helps the body to strengthen its balance reflexes though a type of physical therapy called vestibular rehabilitation using the Secure Balance Therapy Trainer. It's estimated that 30 to 40 percent of all falls could be avoided each year, something that this new technology could possibly help accomplish. Dr. Raj Katana says having the new technology could be very beneficial to his elderly patients."

"I receive emails everyday about how our Secure Balance(TM) products have helped improve, and in some cases, indirectly save the lives of patients. More recently a concerned shareholder sent me the following link about a press article in Minnesota regarding fall prevention. We are trying as hard as we can to make everyone aware of Secure Balance(TM) and its' benefits. Fall prevention is one of the 'hottest' topics in healthcare," said Scott Sand, Chairman & CEO.

The following link will provide you a current press story regarding costs related to fall injuries in Minnesota:

About Ingen Technologies, Inc.

Ingen Technologies, Inc. is a public company trading under NASDAQ OTC: IGTG, which has been in business since 1999. IGTG is a medical device manufacturer and a growth-oriented company that owns US patent(s), trademarks, and proprietary medical products.

The Company's flagship product is OxyAlert(TM), a second-generation design of the Company's BAFI(TM) product line. Both of these products have been issued two US Patents: Patent No. 6,137,417 issued on October 24, 2000 and Patent No. 6,326,896 issued on December 4, 2001. Both of these products are low-oxygen safety warning devices used on remote oxygen cylinders for patients, commercial aircraft, military transport, and fire and safety equipment. OxyAlert(TM) technology encompasses the use of digital sensing and RF frequency transfer so that care givers can access a hand-held remote to monitor the actual oxygen level of any oxygen cylinder at a reasonable distance.

The newest product, OxyView(TM), has a patent pending, and is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual safety warning of oxygen flow for patients in the hospital, surgical room, outpatient therapy, nursing homes and emergency response facilities. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of the oxygen flow rate near the patient. It could quickly inform the physician or technician of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.

The Secure Balance(TM) product is a private-label product that includes a vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. The vestibular function testing system is manufactured by Interacoustics LTD. in Denmark and is referred to as the VNG. The balance therapy system is manufactured by SportKAT®, Inc. in San Diego, California. The Secure Balance(TM) program provides equipment, education and training about balance and fall prevention to physicians and clinicians worldwide.

The Pure Produce(TM) product is a continuing research & development program currently under design. This program uses hydroponics technology to grow various plants without the use of soil, fertilizer and water consumption. The Company anticipates entering the nutriceutical and pharmaceutical markets over the next two years.

"Our team of professionals has developed our medical products for the ever-increasing elderly population. Our products are superior to any of our competition and they allow for effective medical product availability to seniors, and at the same time the increasing senior population allows for a steady growth in sales and profits," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies.

Guys I'm not into pumping, but IGTG could represent a great ground floor opportunity here. They will move to the OTC if all goes well within 30 days ( I base this on the 20th Jan release which set a 30 to 60 day target as long as SEC approved filings see quote below. Also see this Jan 27th release http://www.ingen-tech.com/press/detail.asp?ArticleID=78

IGTG is moving nicely on lowish volume and now sits right at key resistance, but also interestingly right at a gap up to $0.66. So a gap fill represents 70% gain from here alone.
Chart looks good and is right at a pivot point, once news hits the wires of the OTC move, combined with a bigger audience realising this company actually has a profitable portfolio of products......Very soon this will get volume

Jan 20th 2006:
Corporate attorney, Richard Weed, is now finalizing the schedule to move the company on to the OTCBB. "While attorney Pete Wilke completes the final SEC filings for EDGAR, Mr. Weed will begin the process of filing the documentation needed to complete the move to the OTCBB. This is expected to take 30-60 days, depending on the SEC's satisfaction of the EDGAR filings." Said Thomas Neavitt, CFO.

A bit of opportunity calculation:

MArket Cap: $4.6M
Shares outstanding: 12.2M
Shares authorised: 100M

Recent press releases show IGTG to be launching 2 key products with the following statements:

Feb 22nd: Secure Health (who will distribute the Secure Balance Product) has the ability and resources to reach 2% of the chiropractic market over the next 12 months. This could represent company revenues of more than $21M.

Jan 3rd: OxyView™ , the Company anticipates penetrating 10% of the market throughout the year of 2006. This allows for $2.8M sold to hospitals and surgical facilities, and another $12M sold to oxygen suppliers/medical supply chains for patients using outpatient oxygen therapy during the first year. With the enthusiasm and demand the market has displayed towards the OxyView™ product, potential sales over the next 3 years could be as much as $40M per year for the Company.

So IGTG are saying they 'could potentially' see new revenues from these 2 products of $34M over the next 12 months or so.

For sure they are just statements of possibility, but currently IGTG has only a $4.6M market cap and only 12.2M shares out.

Nice upside potential.

Ingen Technologies, Inc. Announces Aggressive Buy Recommendation From Chartered Financial Analyst
Wednesday March 1, 7:15 am ET
- Chartered Financial Analyst Report of IGTG -

CALIMESA, Calif., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG - News), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance (TM), announced today that its common stock has been recommended as an "Aggressive Buy" by Empire Research Associates, Inc. ("Empire Research"). Empire Research is a NJ-based consulting firm that specializes in investment research, financial consulting and economic analysis. Mr. William Walling, a Chartered Financial Analyst, has over 35 years experience in developing analyst reports for large and small companies.

Commenting on this development, Scott Sand, CEO of Ingen Technologies, said: "We are very pleased to receive this recommendation as an Aggressive Buy from Empire Research. Its research group has over 100 years of top-drawer experience in evaluating securities, and is led by Bill Walling, a Chartered Financial Analyst, who is also a former four-time member of the Institutional Investor Magazine All-America Research Team. When we engaged Empire Research to write a research report about Ingen, we specified that we wanted an objective analysis, for the intended benefit of our shareholders, other investors, and management. We believe Empire Research has met this standard by identifying and discussing Ingen's corporate challenges and opportunities. We are, of course, gratified that it has reached the positive investment conclusion that both our outlook and common shares are attractive. In particular, I want to bring to your attention a couple of key statements about Ingen's outlook from Empire Research's 21-page Basic Report on our Company. These are: '... We believe that Ingen's burgeoning product line will: (1) serve a large and growing population of the elderly, domestically and internationally, and (2) provide innovative and competitively attractive features, which should permit rapid market penetration. The outcome should be initially, rapid growth in revenues, followed by rising earnings...' and 'Basically, we expect Ingen's product quality and marketing prowess to boost revenues, earnings, and its share price, despite the prospect of more shares being issued to finance growth. More specifically, we expect Ingen to raise sales to a $10 million annual run rate in 12 months, which would be a 12-fold increase over the $0.8 million of revenues for FY 5/31/05. As a result, this should move Ingen into the black in FY 5/31/07 - for the first time. In turn, we would expect a favorable response from investors, moving IGTG's price up to an estimated $0.75 per share (even after an assumed 250% increase in shares). Thus, we think IGTG can approximately double in a year, providing it with a very attractive risk/return relationship. Continuing prospects of rapid growth should cause further appreciation thereafter, in our opinion'."

Ingen Technologies, Inc. Third Quarter Increase Over $300,000 in Sales
PR Newswire - March 07, 2006 07:15
- OTC-BB and OxyView(TM) Will Strengthen Sales Even More -

CALIMESA, Calif., March 7, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announced today that its third quarter sales compared to last year have increased substantially.

The total sales from June 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006 are $846,269, and in addition there are $225,000 in orders during this period with scheduled deliveries for March and April. Last year, total sales from June 1, 2004 through February 28, 2005 were $501,758. This year has an increase of more than $300,000 in cash sales with an additional $225,000 accrued sales deferred for next quarter.

The company has engaged the Newport Beach-California law offices of Richard O. Weed to prepare the documents necessary for OTC-Bulletin Board status. Mr. Weed has engaged a Market Maker to qualify IGTG with the NASD. "With the last 2 years of IGTG audited returns filed, inclusive of all of the 10-KSB(s) and 10-QSB(s), the NASD requires that the company have the past two years filed, and are current with their most recent quarters in order to qualify for the OTC-BB," said Thomas J. Neavitt, CFO. The law office of Peter J. Wilke has recently prepared and filed the 10-QSB(s) for 2003 in order to complete the past 2 years (2004 and 2005) respectively.

The company has engaged Anita Beck, President of Global Regulatory Services Associates in San Juan Capistrano-California, to provide the company with information pertaining to the requirements for registration of the OxyView(TM) product. Anita Beck will prepare the appropriate submission to FDA, if a submission should be required. The company expects to have the FDA requirements complete and satisfactory in the very near future in order to market OxyView(TM). "This affords the company to tap into the $15M per year revenue stream suggested by the Chartered Financial Analyst Report," said Chris Wirth, Director.

"Ingen is moving fast at this time. Anita Beck has submitted the OxyView(TM) material with the FDA and is in close communication, along with the OTC-BB finally being submitted for approval and under control by attorney Richard Weed, and with the SEC filings current from the quarter ending August 30, 2003 and under control with attorney Peter Wilke; the company will experience another benchmark in our attempt to continue forward positive growth in revenues and products," said Scott Sand, Chairman and CEO.

IGTG want people to buy their shares

Ingen Technologies, Inc. Announces 'Focused Financial Research'
PR Newswire - March 13, 2006 07:15
- Chartered Financial Analyst Report -

CALIMESA, Calif., March 13, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announced today the Chartered Financial Analyst Report developed by Empire Research Associates.

RECOMMENDATION: OTC: IGTG "AGGRESSIVE BUY": "We recommend the common shares of Ingen Technologies, Inc. ("Ingen" or the "Company") as an Aggressive Buy and therefore suitable for purchase by risk-oriented investors," said William Walling, Chartered Financial Analyst and former four-time member of the Institutional Investor Magazine All-America Research Team.

Further, CFA William Walling stated: "Ingen is a medical equipment company that currently sells a single product, its Secure Balance(TM) device, which diagnoses and treats balance disorders, which are a major source of falls in the elderly. Its sales have recently taken off. Ingen also claims to be close to offering two oxygen safety products -- OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM) -- aimed primarily for hospitals, surgical centers, medical suppliers, emergency response and commercial applications for patients/people using oxygen. Both products stem from Ingen's BAFI technology, under which it holds two patents. Hence, we believe that Ingen's burgeoning product line will: (1) serve a large and growing population of the elderly, domestically and internationally, and (2) provide innovative and competitively attractive features, which should permit rapid market penetration. The outcome should be initially, rapid growth in revenues, followed by rising earnings, which heretofore have been understandably absent during Ingen's infancy. We can't yet quantify the expected increases in revenues and earnings, but are comfortable declaring we expect them to appear and to become substantial. In fact, our forecast of sustained revenue growth for Ingen should leverage its rate of profit growth, given the Company's low overhead format (largely due to major outsourcing)."

The key investment risks which stock purchasers must take into account are the likelihood of: (1) the sale of more common shares, or their convertible equivalent, to finance corporate growth, and (2) continuing share price volatility (which we expect to moderate).

Another key positive in our Ingen investment thesis is that we see little technological or commercial risk in Ingen's products (including the two forthcoming "Oxys"). This is highly unusual for a small corporation. We take this as a tribute to management's understanding of its niche medical equipment markets and what product features offer attractive benefits to its customers. Further, the matter of marketing execution is in the talented hands of CEO Scott Sand, who has a strong track record in this regard. That the targeted senior population is already large -- and growing -- is well known. President Bush noted in his State of the Union Speech (1/31/06) that: "This year, the first of about 78 million baby boomers turn 60..."

"Basically, we expect Ingen's product quality and marketing prowess to boost revenues, earnings, and its share price, despite the prospect of more shares being issued to finance growth. More specifically, we expect Ingen to raise sales to a $10 million annual run rate in 12 months, which would be a 12-fold increase over the $0.8 million of revenues for FY5/31/05. As a result, this should move Ingen into the black in FY5/31/07 -- for the first time. In turn, we would expect a favorable response from investors, moving IGTG's price up to an estimated $0.75 per share (even after an assumed 250% increase in shares). Thus, we think IGTG can approximately double in a year, providing it with a very attractive risk/return relationship. Continuing prospects of rapid growth should cause further appreciation thereafter, in our opinion," stated William Walling, Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ingen Technologies Begins Production of OxyView(TM)
Tuesday October 10, 4:00 pm ET

Proprietary Technology to Be a Part of the $4 Billion Respiratory Therapy Device Market

YUCAIPA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 10, 2006 -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:IGTG.PK - News), a medical device manufacturer and research developer of "next generation" medical technologies, announced that production of its newest OxyView(TM) medical device has commenced. Deliveries are scheduled for October 2006.

Ingen's OxyView(TM) is a proprietary medical device that provides a visual signal of gas flow through a conduit. In particular, OxyView(TM) is a pneumatic flow meter that provides a visual cue, viewable with the human eye, as to the flow of gas through a cannula, which conventionally employs very low pressure and gas volume to the patient wearing it. The Company's proprietary device is adapted to be engaged between the nose or mouth-mounted cannula, where a compressed oxygen supply is delivered to the cannula through a flexible conduit. OxyView(TM) delivers an easily readable confirmation of actual continuous flow and volume of oxygen.

Ingen's OxyView(TM) application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Application Serial Number 60/780,980, filed on March 10, 2006. Patents have also been filed in Japan, People's Republic of China and in the European Communities in order to satisfy exclusive relationships with various overseas distributors.

According to the most current government reports and public statistical data, respiratory diseases are increasingly common ailments in both advanced and developing countries. With some 8-9% of Americans suffering from asthma, Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease (COPD), bronchitis or other respiratory conditions, the high incidence and prevalence has translated into a large market for disposable respiratory products of $15 billion worldwide in 2005 with 70% related to asthma. Excluding asthma inhalers, the market for respiratory therapy devices still exceeds $4 billion and is expected to grow at 10% CAGR to over $6 billion by 2010. Further, the studies indicate an increase of patients with COPD, who are a prime population for the continuous use of oxygen in hospitals, long-term care facilities and in the home. Many innovative drugs and medical devices are in the pipeline to treat respiratory diseases. The Company has targeted these markets for the sale of OxyView(TM).

Ingen Technologies CEO and Chairman Scott Sand said, "With the long-awaited introduction of our OxyView(TM) product and the resulting production, the growth potential for Ingen and the benefits to our shareholders are greatly improved. OxyView(TM) is FDA Registered and Classified, and sells for $14.95. We look forward to a successful introduction."

The Ingen website offers multimedia information about OxyView(TM).

YUCAIPA, Calif., Oct. 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:IGTG.PK - News), a medical device manufacturer and research developer of ``next generation'' medical technologies, announced today that production of its newest OxyView(tm) medical device has commenced.

Patents have also been filed in Japan, Peoples Republic of China and in the European Communities in order to satisfy exclusive relationships with various overseas distributors.

Further, the studies indicate an increase of patients with COPD, who are a prime population for the continuous use of oxygen in hospitals, long term care facilities and in the home. Many innovative drugs and medical devices are in the pipeline to treat respiratory diseases. The Company has targeted these markets for the sale of OxyView(tm).

Ingen Technologies CEO and Chairman Scott Sand said, ``With the long-awaited introduction of our OxyView(tm) product and the resulting production, the growth potential for Ingen and the benefits to our shareholders are greatly improved. OxyView(tm) is FDA registered and classified, and sells for $14.95. We look forward to a successful introduction.''
