$4mil in PROFITS is huge for a subpenny.

Not only that, but a 2500% gain in net profit is huge in anybody's book - I wonder how soon it is before this gets on the Streets radar. Doubled my position today. GLTA that are already in.

If PYPR was able to generate a net profit of $3,642,556 in just one quarter, imagine if they do this every quarter!!!

$3,642,556 on an annualized basis is $14,570,224. You give PYPR a P/E of 20 and get a market cap of $291,404,480. Divide it by the shares outstanding of 5.63 billion and you get a price per share of $0.05.

Remember though what PYPR's CEO said... "I am very pleased with our progress considering that none of our major ventures or acquisitions will be reflected until the 4th quarter 2006."

This means we could see MUCH BIGGER numbers next quarter!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! That puts our current stock valuation at around 6 cents per share. It's going to be a great Christmas.
Wow is correct! I'd have to say that $3 million took me by surprise. Tommorrow should be interesting, we have the mm's at a .006 ask and .008 bid. :)

OK, i'm feeling sour for not doing enough research and losing enough money with this stock today, but guys, sell it. this stock is only gonna go down more.

Funny, you would think that the stock would nearly double after a reported profit increase of nearly 3000%. Instead it drops nearly 20%? Why is this? Well, together Mr. Mike Terrell and Mr. Jack Brown own nearly 66%, yes 2/3rds of the companies shares. Only they could make a 20% movement like that. The fact that they made the company's stock go down can't be proved, but ... come on guys. If they had faith in these profits, why would they sell now?

If you do some research, this company leaves me suspicious. As of now, they seem to be getting invovled in "development projects in Latin America" Before that they sold debit cards, before that they sold ostrich meat, and before that "water purification systems for Latin America."

Furthermore, according to their disclosure statement upon the sale of stock they list their "principal executive office" as a mailboxes etc box in Dallas. If you don't believe me do the
4020 N. MacArthur Blvd.
Suite 122-259
Irving, TX 75038

http://cityguides.local.yahoo.com/TX/Irving/Business+to+Business/Shipping/B2B+Courier+Services

Their pinksheets list the total number of company employees as "2" Also the $5 million dollar increase on the income statement is completely reflected on the balance sheet as nearly 100% accounts recievable. Not one penny of this profit has actually been seen. This makes me think that if, in fact, this sale actually happened, it probably came from one transaction. Why was this transaction never reported in a release between the last financial statement and now? (especially since these types of stocks love to announce every darn little thing in a HUGE announcement). Where is this profit coming from?? Certainly not their debit card website. Even their financial statements admit that they are in no position to compete against big companies selling similar products.

Also: I am not 100% sure on this, but it should be said. Anyways before I say this.
It seems like Michael S. Terrell (CEO) is a good guy, and is committed to helping the environment.I found some previous papers on the internet that he wrote about it. It is possible that the stock has been compromised by a 3rd party, and the company itself is not to blame.

Anyways: According to the same document (https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/612745/612745_FR19.pdf) and go to PAGE 7. It lists a "Jack Brown" owning a whopping 33% of the company's shares. What is the signifiance of this. Well, the company is located in Dallas, TX and their was a Jack A. Brown who has was previously convicted of a serious securities fraud 2 years ago, who strangely enough lived in a town called Tyler, TX about an hour out of Dallas. THIS COULD BE a COINCIDENCE, since "Jack Brown" as a common name, but anyways, here is the article:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr19005.htm

The infamous (unaudited) quarterly income statement that shows the huge profit increase is right here:
https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/612745/612745_FR21.pdf

All these numbers compare the 1st 9 months of 06' to the year ending 2005'
Now lets examine 1st, the balance sheet:
1. Cash is down about $20,000, prepaid expenses the same, and accounts receivable up at whopping $5.3 million dollars.
2. Onto the Liabilities side of things: $1.8 mil in tax, supposedly due to these new sales, nothing to strange here.

Now, the income statement:
Their sales jumped from $5.3 million to $17 million along with a strange $5.4 million dollar "commission income" ... commission on what? The Financial statement says commision for "marketing microforests" and it says it earned $5.3 million. How much "microforest" could possibly have been sold?

At the end there is a place for Mike Terrell's (Michael S. Terrell) signature, but there is none there.

I dont know thats my 2 cents. Maybe i'm just being sour.

PayPro, Inc. Announces Stock Buyback Program

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Mike Terrell, CEO of PayPro, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PYPR) announced that the company's board of directors has authorized management, in its discretion, to purchase up to 1 Billion shares of PYPR common stock over the next 12 months. The repurchase program is effective immediately. Any repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock.

PayPro CEO Mike Terrell said, "Taking into account the climate of the penny stock market in general, our rapidly increasing revenues and profits, and todays reaction to the SLJB collapse, which hurt investor confidence in all penny stocks, I felt the price drop we experienced today was the perfect time to initiate our stock buyback program which will increase our loyal shareholders stock value at the expense of the daytrader flippers and shorters. I have stated before and will state again that there will be no reverse splits and the O/S will be reduced by the company buying back shares and returning them to treasury."

Time for a little valuation once again. Here's how I see it:

3.6 million (3rd quarter) net profit, with the 4th quarter supposedly even better.

So let's assume 10 million in net profit for 2006 (which is a lowball, IMO)

6,600,000,000 / 10,000,000. = .001515 EPS

.0015 X PE of 50= 7.5 cents per share!

Keep loading up, Ladies and Germs.

Good to see my post is being ignored. I see another release has been issued a few hours ago claiming that up to a 1 billion shares will be repurchased, to give us an advantage. How noble. Where would that money come from? Remember, ALL OF THE RECENT PROFIT IS ALL ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. For those of you who haven't taken business classes, it means while the transaction has occurred, no money has transferred hands. Currently, Paypro has about $140,000 in free cash. Purchasing 1billon shares at even par value of 0.001 would cost a million dollars, cash they dont have. Purchasing them at one cent each would cost 10 million dollars, money they definetly don't have even after these profits supposedly come in.

madzero1

and p.s. what the hell does a 50% drop in some other obscure penny stock (SULJ), have ANYTHING to do with the price of paypro's stock? sounds like paypro expected the earnings report to be met with more enthusiasm then there really was. The stock unexpectedly stayed level after the earnings release, so paypro figured selling the stock at 0.007 was better then 0.001.... Now they will let the price drop more and rebuy the stock they sold that made the stock price go down for a cheaper price. I think they pulled this same scheme sometime in June.

This news is very exciting. Shows everyone the company is true to its word and follows through on what it says. Very refreshing in today's market.

I agree with your numbers being lowball. We know they received $80 Million for the 2 bill restricted shares purchased at .04/sh (these shares are included in the 7.6 B o/s, NOT in addition to) during the 4th quarter. If we add in the other projects, the numbers grow significantly.
