Thoughts on this stock anyone?

This stock just got upgraded, so theres a huge jump in volume and price.  Is this a good time to get in?  I think it still has alittle bit of room left.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

I've been watching this one, especially thru .85 .. can it do it? earnings seemed ok? does anyone know more about ZANE especially down side risk here?
