Good morning !

I'm about to sell GOAM, as I've explained on the daily newsletter. That will leave about 33% of capital available to buy a new stock on fire, so please, bring me good suggestions :)

I guess my daily capacity is about 20 new stocks, so, you know, the first 20 stock symbols I get as a reply to this post will probably be the ones that will be covered.

But you can continue talking about stocks and trading strategies all day if you please. This is your thread !

Thanks for your participation :)

SCUR beats consensus, guides higher. wish I'd bought more. As MF says, this could be the stock to own in 2007. Looks good for tommorrow.

I love it. I own it at $9.25 on the Main Portfolio. I think it is worth $30.

Technically, the medium term trend is still bearish but the resistance only comes at around $12.5, so plenty of upside. The short term chart below shows the possibility of a reversal island, from bearish to bullish.

Fundamentally:

- Market cap is $538 M. Develops network security solutions that allow organizations to exchange critical information safely with their customers, partners and employees;
- Balance sheet: ugly, negative working capital of $29.4 M. Long term debt of $110 M;
- Revenue trend: Nice, growing every year since 1999. $174.6 M revenues in fiscal 06. Price to sales ratio is 3.08. The industry average is 1.71. Looks rich;
- EPS trend: awful, ($0.76) EPS loss in 2006.
- Guidance: Non GAAP income of $0.03 - $0.04 per share in Q1 2007. That gives me about $0.12 EPS for a full year (non GAAP). And that means an earnings multiple of 70.

I don't know what Motley Fool sees in the company, but I don't see anything that leads me to buy the stock. I dislike it.

Good luck, though :)
