What do you think of FLOW david?

Nothing special ... 200 days moving average doesn't like it. I don't know much, didn't have time to see much. Good luck if you own it :)

Hi David.  There are 2 interesting stocks in the range of 500' to 1.000' in market cap.  SIMO and IFS.  They are still Small cap? Why do you prefer < 500' ?
Keep it simple !!

Hi David.  There are 2 interesting stocks in the range of 500' to 1.000' in market cap.  SIMO and IFS.  They are still Small cap? Why do you prefer < 500' ?

The lower the market cap, the easier it will be for a huge and fast move to unfold.

Because each dollar or cent of the share price represents less when the market cap is low. For one stock, $1 might mean a $1 M value creation. For another it might mean one thousand times more, that is, $1 B.

Yet, for you that own 500 shares, $1 are $500, it doesn't matter which of the two stocks you bought.

You're talking about $800 M companies. A 10% move there means a value creation of $80 M. Those $80 M of value creation in a $100 M market cap mean 80% for your investment, instead of just 10%.

An idea can be worth $20 M. That only makes a $800 M company move 2.5%, not even worth the effort. But the same idea on a $20 M market cap company might mean 100% on your money.

Of course, the higher the potential return, the higher the risk. But a high reward, high risk proposition is what the 3 Stocks on Fire Portfolio is all about.

I think you get my point ;)

Thanks :)

The 3 Stocks on Fire Portfolio rose 8.84% today to $24,654, up 64% from the initial capital of $15,000.

Still a long, long way from the $150,000 objective of this experience, which came from a debate at the Premium area of 3 Stocks, about little capital trading strategies vs big capital strategies.

I'll have a very relaxed and fun weekend with my family, I wish the same to you all :)
